Das Projekt verfolgt das übergeordnete Ziel, die dem paritätischen angeschlossenen Mitgliedsorganisationen und den Verband sowie die Mitarbeitenden vor dem Hintergrund der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung zukunftsfähig aufzustellen, Organisations- und Personalentwicklungsstrategien zur Sicherung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit aufzubauen und so auszurichten, dass sich die Sozialwirtschaft in Schl.-Holst. mit einer eigenen Haltung an der Gestaltung der Transformationsprozesse beteiligt und in den Organisationen konkrete Instrumente zur Personalgewinnung, -qualifizierung, -bindung, -entwicklung aufgebaut und nachhaltig umgesetzt werden. Durch verschiedene Qualifizierungsmodule wird auf unterschiedlichen Digitalisierungsgrade und Arbeitsfelder der teilnehmenden Organisationen eingegangen. Hierbei geht es um die Kompetenzbereiche Wissen, Können und Haltung. Alle Teilnehm. werden eine konkrete Fragestellung aus der eigenen Organisation bearbeiten und in einer Transferveranstaltung vorstellen. (German)

The project pursues the overarching goal of setting up the joint affiliated member organisations and the association as well as employees in a future-oriented context against the background of the ongoing digitalisation, to develop organizational and personnel development strategies to ensure employability and to align them in such a way that the social economy in Schl.-Holst. participates with its own attitude in the shaping of the transformation processes and that concrete instruments for the recruitment, qualification, retention, development of personnel are established and implemented in the organisations in a sustainable manner. Various qualification modules address different levels of digitalisation and work fields of the participating organisations. This is about the areas of competence knowledge, skills and attitudes. All participants will work on a specific question from their own organisation and present them in a transfer event. (English)

L’objectif global du projet est de mettre en place des stratégies de développement organisationnel et de développement des ressources humaines afin de garantir l’employabilité et d’orienter l’économie sociale à Schl.-Holst. avec sa propre attitude dans la conception des processus de transformation, et de mettre en place des outils concrets pour le recrutement, la qualification, la rétention, le développement et la mise en œuvre durable de l’économie sociale à Schl.-Holst. Différents modules de qualification traitent des différents niveaux de numérisation et des domaines de travail des organisations participantes. Il s’agit des domaines de compétence du savoir, des compétences et de l’attitude. Tous les participants traiteront une question concrète de leur propre organisation et les présenteront lors d’un événement de transfert. (French)
