Durch die gemeinsame Umsetzung von neuen Effizienzmodulen und die Vernetzung von Betrieben in den beteiligten Industrieparks soll eine neue Infrastruktur errichtet und die industrielle Basis modernisiert und weiterentwickelt werden. Hierdurch wird der Austausch zwischen den Beteiligten und mit Gemeinden und Forschungseinrichtungen gestärkt und eine Grundlage für weitere Entwicklungen und Innovationen geschaffen. Zur Umsetzung dieser Projektziele wird eine Infrastrukturträgergesellschaft errichtet, die zusätzlich zu bestehenden Energiekonversionsanlagen und -netzen in eigene, neue und gemeinsame Infrastruktur- und Kommunikationselemente investiert, diese betreibt und die über die Vernetzung gewonnenen Informationen zur Weiterentwicklung der Industrieparks und der Betriebe nutzt. Unternehmen aus der Region können sich an der Infrastrukturgesellschaft zu offenen, transparenten und diskriminierungsfreien Bedingungen beteiligen und die neue Infrastruktur zu ebensolchen Bedingungen nutzen. Through the joint implementation of new efficiency modules and the networking of companies in the industrial parks involved, a new infrastructure is to be built and the industrial base modernised and further developed. This will strengthen exchanges between stakeholders and with communities and research institutions and provide a basis for further developments and innovations. To implement these project objectives, an infrastructure management company will be set up which, in addition to existing energy conversion facilities and networks, invests in own, new and common infrastructure and communication elements, operates them and uses the information obtained through networking to further develop industrial parks and businesses. Companies from the region can participate in the infrastructure company on open, transparent and non-discriminatory terms and use the new infrastructure on equal terms. (English)

La mise en œuvre conjointe de nouveaux modules d’efficacité et la mise en réseau d’entreprises dans les parcs industriels concernés visent à mettre en place une nouvelle infrastructure et à moderniser et développer la base industrielle. Cela renforcera les échanges entre les parties prenantes ainsi qu’avec les communautés et les instituts de recherche et créera une base pour de nouveaux développements et innovations. Afin de réaliser ces objectifs du projet, une société de transport d’infrastructures sera mise en place pour investir, exploiter et exploiter des infrastructures et des communications propres, nouvelles et communes, en plus des installations et réseaux de conversion d’énergie existants, et utiliser les informations obtenues grâce à la mise en réseau pour développer les parcs industriels et les entreprises.
