In context of the project, the target group will be prepared for the respective neighbouring countries’ job market. With this they can lower or overcome their existing inhibition for the “unknown” behind the border. Potential employers (next to the named personnel service providers other companies will be approached) will be included in the training programme. With this it is possible to compare the job vacancies’ concrete profiles with the participations’ qualifications and possibilities. To strengthen the competence of self-placement, methodical experience from “work first” will be used. (English)
