Das halbjährige Projekt verbessert die sprachlichen Kompetenzen der Teilnehmenden und vermittelt einen realistischen Blick vom örtlichen und regionalen Arbeitsmarkt sowie von den betrieblichen Anforderungen. Mehrere Betriebsbesichtigungen sowie ein 20-tägiges betriebliches Praktikum vermitteln einen Einblick in Arbeitsalltag und Anforderungen am Arbeitsplatz. Aufbauend auf den Vorkenntnissen und Qualifikationen der Teilnehmenden sowie ihren beruflichen Vorstellungen werden realistische, vor Ort umsetzbare Berufsperspektiven entwickelt. Alle Beteiligten - die Teilnehmenden, das Projektteam, die Fallmanager der Arbeitsagentur bzw. des Jobcenters des Landkreises - kooperieren eng miteinander, damit der Prozess der beruflichen Integration gelingt. Am Ende des Projekts kann die telc B1 bzw. die telc B2 Prüfung abgelegt werden. (German)
