Aufbauend auf Erfahrungen der vorherigen BIWAQ-Projekte und insb. des Projektes „NordStart NB“ ergeben sich Ansätze, die wir weiterentwickeln und ausbauen. Im HF 1 wird die Arbeit mit den LZA im Mittelpunkt stehen und sich an den Bedarfen ausrichten. Die Beratungs- und Coaching-Angebote werden mit zielgruppenspezifischen Basisschulungen, prakt. Erprobungen o. berufsspezifischen Angeboten ergänzt. Hierbei wird der TN in seinem soz./familiären Kontext betrachtet. Durch die Etablierung einer „Beratungsstelle für digitale Bildung“ in der Kiez-Akademie wollen wir durch Angebote einen selbstverständlichen Umgang mit digitalen Medien für LZA und MA der UN forcieren. Im HF 2 werden die weitere Vernetzung der UN, die Hilfe bei der Bewältigung der Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung, und die partnerschaftliche Einbindung der UN zur wirtschaftl. u. ökologischen Entwicklung des Quartiers forciert. Durch HF-übergreifende Aktivitäten soll das Quartiersimage weiter aufgebessert werden. (German)
