Sprache ist unabdingbare Voraussetzung für berufliche und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe. Durch die Wiederauffrischung und Vertiefung der Sprachkenntnisse soll der Zielgruppe der Maßnahme die Möglichkeit gegeben werden, sich dauerhaft auf dem 1. Arbeitsmarkt und damit in der Gesellschaft zu integrieren. Ein Jobcoach mit Kontakten zu lokalen Firmen und Einrichtungen fungiert als Wegweiser und Türöffner. Sie entstehen für den Teilnehmer neue Möglichkeiten. In den bisher absolvierten Integrationskursen kommt der berufliche Aspekt zu kurz. Weiterhin werden die Teilnehmer in berufsbezogenen Modulen (s. Kursplan) wie "Bewerbungstraining" und "Soft Skills" (s. Kursplan) für die Arbeitswelt fit gemacht. (German)
