Es wird angestrebt, 200 Stellen innerhalb von 2 Jahren kontinuierlich zu akquirieren und dauerhaft zu besetzen. Es sollen 5 BAQ ab 1.5.15 eingestellt werden. Der Einsatz erfolgt nach regionaler Zuständigkeit. Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gemeinsamen Arbeitgeberservice, den Handwerkskammern, der Vereinigten Unternehmerverbände Aachen, der Industrie- und Handelskammer sowie den Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaften der einzelnen städteregionalen Kommunen ist im Vorfeld seitens der Geschäftsführung besprochen worden. Seitens dieser Ansprechpartner wurden positive Signale für die Zusammenarbeit gespiegelt. Nach erfolgreicher erster Integration eines Kunden nimmt der erste Coach seine Tätigkeit auf. Eine kontinuierliche Aufstockung der Coaches erfolgt mit zunehmender Zahl der integrierten Kunden. Das Jobcenter StädteRegion Aachen plant hier einen Betreuungsschlüssel von 1:15 bei Normalfällen und 1:10 bei Intensivfällen. (German)
