Menschen, die bislang weit vom Arbeitsmarkt entfernt waren, sollen in sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigungsverhältnisse auf dem ersten Arbeitsmarkt integriert werden. Nach Aufnahme der Beschäftigung werden die Teilnehmenden durch einen Coach begleitet und unterstützt. Bei Bedarf sollen Qualifizierungen für teilnehmende Langzeitarbeitslose gefördert und so mögliche Defizite ausgeglichen werden. Anfangs erhalten Arbeitgeber Lohnkostenzuschüsse, die im Verlauf des Beschäftigungsverhältnisses abgeschmolzen werden. Betriebsakquisiteure in den Jobcentern sollen Arbeitgeber gezielt für das Engagement für Langzeitarbeitslose gewinnen. Schwerpunkt ist die ganzheitliche Verknüpfung der individuellen kundenbezogenen Arbeit mit den Anforderungen und Möglichkeiten des Arbeitsmarktes. (German)
