The target group is the unemployed who are unemployed for more than 12 months and who, due to their personal, social or professional situation, are likely to be integrated into the 1. Of more than a year. Project implementation In order to generate the greatest possible benefit for participants from participation in the Land Labour Market Programme, a highly participant-oriented approach is used. The core of the implementation will be case management geared to the participant. The individual support is ensured by an integration companion, who acts as a contact person for the participant from the initial interview to the follow-up. The integration companion will be advised, accompanied and conveyed according to needs and will find individual solutions. Through the intensive care, the participants are gradually motivated and activates their fate to take into their own hands. The guided help for self-help promotes and optimises self-management, so that even after successful placement in work, the persons concerned can secure their employment relationship in the long term. Furthermore, the integration partner is working towards an optimal link between the existing labour market policy instruments and the regionally available offers to reduce specific barriers to placement. Strengthening self-responsibility and activation for the labour market is characterised by two main components: the individual interviews as well as the independent processing of previously agreed steps towards integration into work. For the organizational process, a rhythm for individual appointments with each participant every 14 days is recommended. As a result, the participant will be given a space for self-responsible processing after appropriate preparatory work with the integration companion on the jointly agreed steps towards integration into the labour market. The integration companion provides the participant with advice and support throughout and can intervene quickly in case of complications. Furthermore, the integration partner is working towards an optimal link between the existing labour market policy instruments and the regionally available offers to reduce specific barriers to placement. Objectives: — Identify and specifically reduce individual impediments to placement in order to improve the ability to work on the labour market — Motivation for participation and empowerment — Identifying skills shortages through demand-based offers and optimising the application behaviour — Further expansion of existing networks into actors and employers — Creation of sustainability through diverse cooperations with other labour market actors and providers of social services — Project-related quality management is developed and maintained (English)
