Through the networking of existing cycle paths, the small project aims at creating a new cross-border leisure offer for citizens. This also serves to improve the joint marketing of the Eurodistrict PAMINA as a particularly bicycle-friendly region. Civil society is also actively involved in the project and its actions. Following the event and as part of the small project, the following actions are planned: — the signposting of the cycle circuit — an inauguration of the new cycle route — the introduction of regular guided bike tours along the cycle route with the trained Rheinpark guides The purchase of headsets is necessary. The aim for the citizens of these guided bike tours is to discover the specificities of the border region. Free guided tours are offered as part of all public events of the PAMINA-Rheinpark/Parc Rhénan e.V., in particular on the “Open Day”, “Crossing weekends of encounters and mobility on the Rhine”, as well as at the inauguration of the circular cycle path. As far as the Rheinpark guides are on their own, participation fees will be charged. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(German)
