Das Projekt unterstützt KMU bei der Herstellung von Entgeltgleichheit (gleicher Lohn für gleiche oder gleichwertige Arbeit für Männer und Frauen), um ihre Attraktivität als Arbeitgeber zu erhöhen und so im Wettbewerb um Fachkräfte zu bestehen. Die Analyse der Entgeltstruktur erfolgt mit Hilfe des „EG-Checks“, wobei die diskriminierungsfreie (Neu-)Bewertung von Arbeit eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Die Durchführung erfolgt vor allem auch im Dialog mit den Arbeitnehmer/innenvertretungen vor Ort. (German)
