The growing number of French business contacts of our company requires a safe use of the French language. Increasingly, our employees need to communicate with French colleagues. In order to prevent loss of information, it is imperative to train both the understanding of listening for recording and factually correct recording and evaluation and/or dissemination of information, as well as the intuitive application of correct phrases and codes of conduct expected by the interlocutor in French. For this, appropriate training is a basic requirement. We would like to send ten employees, who are increasingly in contact with French employees, to a one-week intensive French course. It is planned to conduct two intensive French courses with 5 participants each. The first course will take place from 14.06. — 20.06.2019 and the second course from 08.07. — 12.07.2019. Die wachsende Zahl an französischen Geschäftskontakten unseres Unternehmens erfordert einen sicheren Umgang mit der französischen Sprache. Vermehrt müssen unsere Mitarbeiter mit französischen Kollegen kommunizieren. Um Informationsverluste vorzubeugen, ist es zwingend notwendig, sowohl das verstehende Hören zur Aufnahme und sachlich richtigen Erfassung und Wertung bzw. Weitergabe von Informationen zu trainieren, wie auch die intuitive Anwendung richtiger und somit vom Gesprächspartner erwarteter Floskeln und Verhaltensnormen in französischer Sprache zu vertiefen. Dafür ist ein entsprechendes Training Grundvoraussetzung. Wir möchten zehn Mitarbeiter, die vermehrt mit französischen Mitarbeitern Kontakt haben, zu einem einwöchigen Intensivfranzösischkurs schicken. Es ist geplant zwei Französisch-Intensivkurse mit jeweils 5 Teilnehmern durchzuführen. Der erste Kurs findet vom 14.06. – 20.06.2019 und der zweite Kurs vom 08.07. – 12.07.2019 statt. Im Rahmen des Änderungsantrages vom 01.07.2019 wurde mitgeteilt, dass nur 9 TN am Projekt partizipieren. (German)
