    Durch die 4. Hamburger Qualifizierungsoffensive in der Altenpflege werden ungelernte Pflegekräfte sowie ausgebildete Assistenz-und Fachkräfte in der Altenpflege berufsbegleitend fortgebildet und nachqualifiziert. Den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern werden somit zukunftssichere Beschäftigungsverhältnisse in der Wachstumsbranche Altenpflege ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus wird im Projekt die auf zwei Jahre verkürzte Ausbildung im neuen Pflegeberuf systemübergreifend entwickelt und erprobt. Parallel wird eine Fortbildung zum neuen Pflegeberuf für Lehrkräfte und Praxisanleiterinnen konzipiert und angeboten. Schließlich hält das Projekt ein umfassendes Informations- und Beratungsangebot zur Berufswahl und zum Verbleib im Pflegeberuf vor. Es trägt zur Sicherung der gesetzlich geforderten Fachkraftquote bei und flankiert zudem die Hamburger Strategie zur Sicherung des Fachkräftebedarfs. (German)
