    Das Projekt verfolgt das übergeordnete Ziel, die dem paritätischen angeschlossenen Mitgliedsorganisationen und den Verband sowie die Mitarbeitenden vor dem Hintergrund der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung zukunftsfähig aufzustellen, Organisations- und Personalentwicklungsstrategien zur Sicherung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit aufzubauen und so auszurichten, dass sich die Sozialwirtschaft in Schl.-Holst. mit einer eigenen Haltung an der Gestaltung der Transformationsprozesse beteiligt und in den Organisationen konkrete Instrumente zur Personalgewinnung, -qualifizierung, -bindung, -entwicklung aufgebaut und nachhaltig umgesetzt werden. Durch verschiedene Qualifizierungsmodule wird auf unterschiedlichen Digitalisierungsgrade und Arbeitsfelder der teilnehmenden Organisationen eingegangen. Hierbei geht es um die Kompetenzbereiche Wissen, Können und Haltung. Alle Teilnehm. werden eine konkrete Fragestellung aus der eigenen Organisation bearbeiten und in einer Transferveranstaltung vorstellen. (German)
