In order to create stable employment relationships from the subsidised employment, participants will be closely supervised (coaching) in addition to the accompanying municipal integration aids (coaching) and, if necessary, qualified in relation to occupations. Ziel ist es im Landkreis Waldshut die Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit im Rechtskreis des SGB II abzubauen. Personen, die seit mehr als zwei oder fünf Jahren im Leistungsbezug sind (verfestigte Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit) konnten mit den bisherigen Verfahren zur Integration in Arbeit nicht nachhaltig erreicht werden. Diese Personen haben zum Teil nicht mehr die nötige Tagesstruktur oder sind arbeitsentwöhnt. Mit einer Aufnahme in das ESF-Bundesprogramm soll ihnen ermöglicht werden auf dem allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt, bei eigens für das Projekt gewonnenen Arbeitgebern, wieder Fuß zu fassen. Damit aus der geförderten Beschäftigung gefestigte Arbeitsverhältnisse entstehen, werden die Teilnehmenden neben den begleitenden kommunalen Integrationshilfen intensiv betreut (Coaching) und wenn notwendig berufsbezogen qualifiziert.
