The project provides the necessary skills via work-integrated trainings & extensive knowledge transfer, sustainably established through a pilot project, also under the aspect of Work 4.0. Priorities: Lifelong learning, health promotion, dealing with diversity, democracy education, sustainability awareness & reconciliation structures, digitalisation of processes of pedagogical work. Inhalt des Projektes ist die Vorbereitung und die Begleitung der Veränderungen im strukturellen Aufbau der Kindertagesstätten des kommunalen Eigenbetriebes Dekita (Dessau-Roßlauer Kindertagesstätten,19 Einrichtungen im Stadtgebiet). Das Projekt dient weiterhin der Stärkung der reflexiven Handlungsfähigkeit als Basisfähigkeit. Zielgruppe sind pädagogische Fach- und Führungskräfte der DEKITA. Pädagogische Fachkräfte fungieren als zentrale Mittler im Sozialisationsprozess und müssen über ihre Arbeit Kompetenzen der Kinder & Jugendlichen sowie eigene Kompetenzen entwickeln. Das Projekt vermittelt über arbeitsintegrierte Schulungen & weitreichenden Wissenstransfer, nachhaltig etabliert über ein Lotsen/Lotsinnenprojekt, auch unter dem Aspekt Arbeit 4.0 die erforderlichen Kompetenzen. Schwerpunkte: Lebenslanges Lernen, Gesundheitsförderung, Umgang mit Diversität, Demokratiepädagogik, Nachhaltigkeitsbewusstsein & Vereinbarkeitsstrukturen, Digitalisierung von Prozessen der pädagogischen Arbeit.
