Integration of young adults with multiple impediments to placement in old age. 18-35 years through the testing of labour market-related exchange and mobility activities as well as increasing the individual employability of participants (TN) and the opportunity for a personal new start. The TN is going through 4 project phases, after a target group-oriented suitability assessment, the TNs are prepared for the upcoming stay abroad by means of language support, intercultural training and team building units. After a short orientation period there begins a multi-week internship in different. Professional fields and continuing accompanied language teaching. This serves to test work as well as personal stabilisation and increase mobility. Projektziel ist die berufl. bzw. schul. Integration von jungen Erwachsenen mit multiplen Vermittlungshemmnissen im Alter zw. 18-35 Jahren durch die Erprobung arbeitsmarktbezogener Austausch- und Mobilitätsaktivitäten sowie der Steigerung der individuellen Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Teilnehmer/innen (TN) und die Chance für einen persönlichen Neubeginn. Die TN durchlaufen 4 Projektphasen, nach einer zielgruppengerechten Eignungsfeststellung werden die TN u.a. durch Sprachförderung, interkulturellem Training und Teambuildingeinheiten auf den bevorstehenden Auslandsaufenthalt vorbereitet. Nach einer kurzen Orientierungszeit beginnt dort ein mehrwöchiges Praktikum in versch. Berufsfeldern und weiterhin begleiteter Sprachunterricht. Dies dient der Arbeitserprobung ebenso wie der persönlichen Stabilisierung und der Erhöhung der Mobilität. Abschließend folgt eine Nachbereitungsphase, in der die TN bei der Umsetzung der individuellen Berufsstrategie unterstützt werden. (German)
