Values of social work such as communication, self-responsibility, diversity and mutual support are promoted by the approaches of the working world 4.0. These values are shared by the Children’s Language Bridge as a company with a decentralised organisational structure. Project #KSB.digital builds on the concept of the “House of Workability”. All employees of the Children’s Language Bridge are actively developing, their work processes and the entire organisation together with other participants. Moderated team- and hierarchical labs are used. Qualification needs are identified in the course of the project and met through further education. At the same time, the management level continues to develop in its leadership understanding and agile methods. Annual barcamps for all actives, partners and clients form the analogue point of crystallisation of this organizational development and serve to disseminate the results. (English)

(German)
