Ziel des Projektes ist der Abbau der Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit. Hierbei sollen insbesondere nachhaltige Strategien für langzeitarbeitslose erwerbsfähige Leistungsberechtigte nach dem Zweiten Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB II) geschaffen werden. Dies soll auf der einen Seite durch Beratung und Gewinnung von Arbeitgebern und deren Unterstützung durch Lohnkostenzuschüsse sowie, auf der anderen Seite, durch Förderung/Unterstützung von Personen der Zielgruppe durch ein Coaching nach Abschluss eines sozialversicherungspflichtigen Beschäftigungsverhältnisses erfolgen. Darüber hinaus sollen Qualifizierungsdefizite ausgeglichen und Hilfen zur Förderung der Mobilität angeboten werden. Zentrales Element des Projektes ist das Coaching der teilnehmenden Frauen und Männer, welches eine Stabilisierung der Beschäftigung erzielen soll. (German)
