The aim of the project is to increase the competences of key learners (including learning from the SPE) and increase the chances of education.312 students from Gm.Dobromierz attending:SP in Dobromierz(44dz,44chł), SP in Gniewków(44dz,48ch³), SP in Roztoka(55dz,77F) thanks to support in the form of additional activities and an increase in competences of 45 n-li(39k), 6 m) of these schools, during the period 1.9.2019 to 30.06.2021.The project will contribute to the elimination of problems, i.e.: for a small amount of additional activities for development and didactic-alignment in relation to the needs; a small amount of additional activities for the SPE; difficulties in determining further education and career path; low self-assessment and motivation of the student; low competences in the field of ICT, methods of experimentation, individualisation of work with the student; small amount of didak assistance in schools.Taking into account the needs and expectations of the student, the following scope of support(tasks):a) classes: • developing for students (linguistic, math-nature), informatics, chess)• didactic-alignment for students with difficulties in learning (linguistic, math-nature, computer science)• speech therapy for learning with pronunciation defects • other therapeutic support for SPE (revalidation, pedag therapy, for dyslexics, support psychologist)• using new forms and curricula to stimulate the creativity of the student • vocational counseling(b) training for n-li developing competences corresponding to the needs of education.learning.c) equipping schools with teaching tools, ICT equipment, equipment of physical laboratories allowing for the introduction of the method of experimentation) purchase of the platform eduk.allowing the use of interactive materials for the purpose and tasks will contribute to the achievement of results:• increase in compet. 90 % participation.zadak.developing;• increase in competence of 90 % participation.zadak-equals; • elimination of pronunciation defects in 90 % participation.zaj.logoped;• education in apprenticeships and compet.społecz.for work in 100 %participation;• development of the profession predisposition.by 100 %participation.professional counseling;• development of competency in 90 % participation in trainings;• retrofitting of the diddakt.szkół base.
