Projekt zakłada, w okresie 13 m-cy, zapewnienie wsparcia społeczno - zawodowego 20 os., w tym 11 kobiet, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących powiat kamiennogórski, świdnicki oraz kłodzki zgodnie z faktycznymi potrzebami przyczyniającymi się do ich powrotu na rynek pracy.Projekt, zaplanowanymi działaniami, przyczynia się do umożliwienia U/U projektu powrotu na rynek pracy poprzez uzyskanie możliwości nabycia nowych kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz podjęcia zatrudnienia w wymiarze pracy pozwalającym na pogodzenie ich potrzeb społecznych z zawodowymi, przy jednoczesnym promowaniu wśród pracodawców zatrudniania osób w ramach elastycznych form zatrudnienia.W ramach projektu zaplanowano: - realizację wsparcia mającego na celu poprawę ich obecnej sytuacji społecznej poprzez przeprowadzenie działań związanych z poradnictwem dopasowanym do ich indywidualnych potrzeb natury społecznej oraz poprawy funkcjonowania i nawiązywania relacji z otoczeniem;- realizacja wsparcia mającego na celu poprawę ich obecnej sytuacji zawodowej poprzez skorzystanie z poradnictwa zawodowego mającego na celu dokonanie diagnozy ich obecnej sytuacji zawodowej oraz określenie dalszych możliwych działań zarówno pod kątem własnych zasobów jak i możliwości oferowanych przez projekt;- realizacje działań mających na celu udzielenie U/U projektu wsparcia zgodnego z ich indywidualnymi potrzebami w zakresie zgodnym z zapisami wniosku.Wnioskodawca deklaruje dla OWS minimalny poziom efektywności społecznej na poziomie min. 34% oraz efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie min. 22%, a w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnosprawnością:-w stopniu znacznym,- intelektualną- sprzężonąminimalny poziom efektywności społecznej na poziomie min. 34% oraz efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie min. 12% (Polish)
