Projekt obejmuje realizację wsparcia w zakresie zwiekszenia efektywności świadczenia usług administracyjnych w obszarach Podatki i Opłaty Lokalne dla 7 JSTwojewództwa łódzkiego i 2 województwa wielkopolskiego i 213 pracowników tych JST przez: 1 wdrożenie rozwiązań poprawiających efektywność zarządzania usługami w obszarze podatków i opłat lokalnych w zakresie a) elektronizacji procesu obsługi podatkowej i automatyzacji rozliczeń przez uruchomienie 7 –e-usług istotnych dla przedsiębiorców w w/w obszarze w każdej z 9 JST i wdrożenie aplikacji pozwalających na pełną automatyzacje tych usług wraz z dokonywaniem rozliczeń b) poprawę dostępności do informacji o sposobie załatwienia i przebiegu sprawy poprzez uruchomienie portalu informacyjnego, modułu "Sprawdź sprawę" w BIP oraz aplikacji „powiadomienia sms” – w 9 JST c) doskonalenie kompetencji 213 pracowników 9 JST dot.świadczenia usług w w/w obszarze, w tym e usług W 9 JST zostanie wdrożony system monitorowania satysfakcji klienta które będzie pozwalało na pomiar jakości świadczonych e usług, a co za tym idzie dokonywania usprawnień 2 wdrożenie w rozwiązań poprawiających efektywność zarządzania usługami w obsz.zarządzania nieruchomościami w zakr: a) rozwiązań poprawiających dostęp do usług administr.przez uruchomienie po 3 e-usług w w/w obszarze w 9 JST i wdrożenie aplikacji pozwalających na elektronizację i automatyzację zarządzania nieruchomościami w Urzędach. b) rozwiązań poprawiających dostęp do informacji o lokalach użytkowych i nieruchomościach gruntowych przeznaczonych pod inwestycje poprzez wdrożenie w z 9 JST portalu z informacjami o nieruchomościach pod inwestycje. c) rozwiązań poprawiających obsługę klienta przez wdrożenie narzędzi do monitorowania satysfakcji klienta dotyczących jakości, przejrzystości i zakresu informacji zawartych w portalu ( ankieta dostępna w portalu). d) doskonalenie kompetencji kadr 9 JST w zakresie zarządzania (Polish)
