Modernisation of the Warsaw – Łódź railway line, stage II, Lot C – other works, FAZA II (Q85985)

Projekt obejmuje zabudowę warstwy LCS na linii nr 1 pomiędzy stacją Żyrardów w km ok. 44,000 a stacją Koluszki w km około 103,000 mającą na celu umożliwienie sterowania w/w odcinkiem linii kolejowej w ramach Lokalnego Centrum Sterowania zlokalizowanego na stacji Skierniewice, roboty w zakresie zmian w układzie torowym stacji Skierniewice (linie 11, 12, 529 i 530) oraz doposażenie linii 1 i linii nr 17 w system ERTMS, a także budowę wiaduktu w ciągu drogi krajowej nr 72. Projektu ma dwie fazy: - FAZĘ I - w ramach POIiŚ 2007-2013. - FAZĘ II -w ramach POIiŚ 2014-2020. Etapa a II-a acoperă punerea în aplicare a următoarelor lucrări: • reconstrucția podului 1; • construcția stratului părinte LCS pe lk nr. 1 între stația Żyrardów în cca. 44.000 și stația Koluszki în cca. 103.000, inclusiv: partea rămasă din aprovizionare, instalarea și punerea în funcțiune a dispozitivelor informatice de control al traficului și a echipamentelor de control pentru osii montate; elaborarea documentației as-construite; instruirea personalului – etapa a doua; — lansarea LCS Skierniewice. • reconstrucția stației Skierniewice (schimbare în structura liniei din zona stației); • alte lucrări de adaptare legate de adaptarea clădirii fostei secțiuni de operațiuni la nevoile Centrului local de control din Skierniewice, inclusiv lucrări de finisare cu amenajarea terenului în jurul clădirii; • în cadrul sistemului ERTMS/GSM-R – livrarea de terminale, instruirea personalului, testarea, punerea în funcțiune, certificarea și acceptarea sistemului ERTMS/GSM-R pe secțiunea Miedniewice – Koluszki lk nr. 1 și Koluszki – Łódź Widzew lk nr. 17. • în cadrul sistemului ERTMS/ETCS nivelul 2 – ERTMS/ETCS nivelul 2 de asamblare de cale pe secțiunile lk 1 și 17 menționate mai sus; • proiectarea și construcția de interfețe și adaptarea dispozitivelor de control al traficului feroviar pe secțiunile 1 și 17 Skierniewice – Łódź Widzew. I projektet ingår installation av LCS-skiktet på linje 1 mellan stationen Łyrardów i ca. 44 000 och Koluszki station i ca 103 000 km för att göra det möjligt att kontrollera ovanstående del av järnvägslinjen inom det lokala kontrollcentret vid Skierniewice station, arbetar med ändringar i spårlayouten för Skierniewice station (linjer 11, 12, 529 och 530) och eftermontering av linje 1 och linje 17 med ERTMS-systemet, samt byggandet av en viadukt på riksväg 72. Projektet har två faser: — Fas I – inom ramen för OPI & E 2007–2013. — Fas II – inom ramen för OPI & E 2014–2020. Fas II omfattar genomförandet av följande arbeten: • bygga om 1 bro; • konstruktion av LCS-underlagret på lk nr 1 mellan stationen i Łyrardów i ca. 44,000 och Koluszki station i ca. 103 000, inklusive den återstående delen av försörjningen, installationen och idrifttagningen av datorbaserade trafikstyrningsanordningar och styrutrustning för hjulpar. — utveckling av färdigbyggd dokumentation. — utbildning av personal – andra etappen. — lansering av LCS Skierniewice. • rekonstruktion av Skierniewice station (ändring av spårlayouten för stationsområdet). • andra anpassningar i samband med anpassningen av byggnaden till det lokala kontrollcentrumets behov i Skierniewice, inbegripet slutförande av arbeten med markutveckling runt byggnaden. • inom ERTMS/GSM-R-systemet – leverans av terminaler, personalutbildning, testning, idrifttagning, certifiering och godkännande av ERTMS/GSM-R-systemet på Miedniewice – Koluszki lk nr 1 och Koluszki – Łódź Widzew lk nr 17. • inom ERTMS/ETCS-systemnivå 2 – markbaserad ERTMS/ETCS nivå 2 på ovannämnda avsnitt lk 1 och 17. • utformning och konstruktion av gränssnitt och anpassning av järnvägstrafikstyrningsanordningar på sektionerna 1 och 17 Skierniewice – Łódź Widzew. II etapp hõlmab järgmiste tööde rakendamist: • rekonstrueerida 1 sild; • LCS-i emakihi ehitus lk 1 juures, mis asub umbes 1 jaama vahel. 44,000 ja Koluszki jaam umbes. 103 000, sealhulgas: – arvutipõhiste liikluskorraldusseadmete ja rattapaaride juhtimisseadmete tarnimise, paigaldamise ja kasutuselevõtmise ülejäänud osa; – olemasoleva dokumentatsiooni väljatöötamine; – töötajate koolitamine – 2. etapp; – LCS Skierniewice käivitamine. • Skierniewice jaama rekonstrueerimine (jaamaala rööbastee paigutuse muutus); • muud kohanemistööd, mis on seotud endise tegevussektsiooni hoone kohandamisega Skierniewice kohaliku kontrollikeskuse vajadustele, sealhulgas hoone ümber asuva maa arendamisega seotud viimistlustööd; • ERTMSi/GSM-R-süsteemi raames – terminalide tarnimine, personali koolitamine, testimine, kasutuselevõtmine, sertifitseerimine ja ERTMSi/GSM-R süsteemi heakskiitmine Miedniewice – Koluszki lk 1 ja Koluszki – Łódź Widzew lk 17. • ERTMSi/ETCSi süsteemi tasandil 2 – ERTMSi/ETCSi 2. tasandi raudteeäärsed koostud eespool nimetatud punktides 1 ja 17; • liideste projekteerimine ja ehitamine ning raudteeliikluse juhtimisseadmete kohandamine lõikudel 1 ja 17 Skierniewice – Łódź Widzew.
