The CBCycle project aims at improvement of attractiveness and competitiveness of the Kaliningrad region and the North-East Poland regions joint by cycle routes integrated and connected to the EuroVelo network with a view of promoting local culture, preserving and using sustainably historical, natural and cultural heritage of as well as raising tourist inflow. The main outputs of the CBCycle project implementation include: the up-to-date cycling routes scheme on the territory of the Kaliningrad region and North-East Poland regions elaborated and published in English, Russian & Polish languages; 150 persons including individuals threatened by social exclusion, i.e. the disabled or persons at risk of marginalization, will take part in 3 study tours conducted on the territory of North-East Poland and the Kaliningrad region; due to construction of 33.94 km cycle route on the territory of Kaliningrad region at least 88 objects of cultural heritage located alone the newly constructed cycle route will be integrated into the tourist trail as well as daily routes of about 62.1 thousand dwellers of the Pionersky, Svetlogorsk and Zelenogradsk municipalities of the Kaliningrad region. Le projet CBCycle vise à améliorer l’attractivité et la compétitivité de la région de Kaliningrad et des régions du nord-est de la Pologne, conjointement par des itinéraires cyclables intégrés et connectés au réseau EuroVelo, en vue de promouvoir la culture locale, de préserver et d’utiliser durablement le patrimoine historique, naturel et culturel ainsi que d’accroître les flux touristiques. Les principaux résultats de la mise en œuvre du projet CBCycle sont les suivants: le système d’itinéraires cyclables mis à jour sur le territoire de la région de Kaliningrad et du nord-est de la Pologne, élaboré et publié en langues anglaise, russe et polonaise; 150 personnes, y compris des personnes menacées d’exclusion sociale, c’est-à-dire des personnes handicapées ou menacées de marginalisation, participeront à trois voyages d’étude organisés sur le territoire du nord-est de la Pologne et de la région de Kaliningrad; en raison de la construction d’un parcours cyclable de 33,94 km sur le territoire de la région de Kaliningrad, au moins 88 objets du patrimoine culturel situés seuls, la route cyclable nouvellement construite sera intégrée dans le sentier touristique ainsi que dans les itinéraires quotidiens d’environ 62,1 mille habitants des municipalités de Pionersky, Svetlogorsk et Zelenogradsk de la région de Kaliningrad. Das CBCycle-Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Attraktivität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Region Kaliningrad und der Regionen Nord-Ostpolen zu verbessern, die über Radwege verbunden sind, die mit dem EuroVelo-Netz verbunden sind, um die lokale Kultur zu fördern, die Erhaltung und Nutzung des historischen, natürlichen und kulturellen Erbes sowie die Steigerung des touristischen Zustroms zu fördern. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse der Umsetzung des CBCycle-Projekts sind: die aktuelle Regelung für Radwege auf dem Gebiet der Region Kaliningrad und der Regionen Nord-Ostpolen, die in englischer, russischer und polnischer Sprache veröffentlicht wurden; 150 Personen, einschließlich Personen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, d. h. Behinderte oder von Marginalisierung bedrohte Personen, nehmen an drei Studienreisen teil, die auf dem Gebiet von Nordostpolen und der Region Kaliningrad durchgeführt werden; aufgrund des Baus von 33,94 km Radweg auf dem Gebiet der Region Kaliningrad werden mindestens 88 Objekte des Kulturerbes allein die neu gebaute Radroute in den touristischen Weg sowie tägliche Routen von etwa 62,1 Tausend Einwohnern der Gemeinden Pionersky, Svetlogorsk und Zelenogradsk der Region Kaliningrad integriert. Het CBCycle-project heeft tot doel de aantrekkelijkheid en het concurrentievermogen van de regio Kaliningrad en de regio’s in Noordoost-Polen gezamenlijk te verbeteren via fietsroutes die geïntegreerd zijn en verbonden zijn met het EuroVelo-netwerk, met het oog op de bevordering van de lokale cultuur, het behoud en het gebruik van duurzaam historisch, natuurlijk en cultureel erfgoed en het verhogen van de toestroom. De belangrijkste resultaten van de uitvoering van het CBCycle-project zijn: de up-to-date regeling voor fietsroutes op het grondgebied van de regio Kaliningrad en Noordoost-Polen, opgesteld en gepubliceerd in het Engels, Russisch en Pools; 150 personen, waaronder personen die worden bedreigd door sociale uitsluiting, d.w.z. gehandicapten of personen die het risico lopen te worden gemarginaliseerd, zullen deelnemen aan drie studiereizen op het grondgebied van Noordoost-Polen en de regio Kaliningrad; als gevolg van de aanleg van 33,94 km fietsroute op het grondgebied van de regio Kaliningrad ten minste 88 objecten van cultureel erfgoed alleen gelegen de nieuw aangelegde fietsroute zal worden geïntegreerd in de toeristische route, evenals dagelijkse routes van ongeveer 621 duizend inwoners van de Pionersky, Svetlogorsk en Zelenogradsk gemeenten van de regio Kaliningrad. Il progetto CBCycle mira a migliorare l'attrattiva e la competitività della regione di Kaliningrad e delle regioni della Polonia nordorientale unite da percorsi ciclabili integrati e collegati alla rete EuroVelo, al fine di promuovere la cultura locale, preservare e utilizzare in modo sostenibile il patrimonio storico, naturale e culturale nonché aumentare l'afflusso turistico. I principali risultati dell'attuazione del progetto CBCycle includono: il programma aggiornato di piste ciclabili sul territorio della regione di Kaliningrad e delle regioni della Polonia nordorientale ha elaborato e pubblicato in inglese, russo e polacco; 150 persone, comprese le persone minacciate dall'esclusione sociale, vale a dire i disabili o le persone a rischio di emarginazione, parteciperanno a 3 visite di studio condotte sul territorio della Polonia nordorientale e della regione di Kaliningrad; grazie alla costruzione di 33,94 km di pista ciclabile sul territorio della regione di Kaliningrad almeno 88 oggetti di patrimonio culturale situati da soli, la pista ciclabile di nuova costruzione sarà integrata nel sentiero turistico e percorsi giornalieri di circa 62,1 mila abitanti dei comuni Pionersky, Svetlogorsk e Zelenogradsk della regione di Kaliningrad. El proyecto CBCycle tiene por objeto mejorar el atractivo y la competitividad de la región de Kaliningrado y las regiones del noreste de Polonia, conjuntamente por rutas bici integradas y conectadas a la red EuroVelo, con el fin de promover la cultura local, preservar y utilizar el patrimonio histórico, natural y cultural sostenible, así como aumentar la afluencia turística. Los principales resultados de la ejecución del proyecto CBCycle incluyen: el sistema actualizado de rutas ciclistas en el territorio de la región de Kaliningrado y las regiones del noreste de Polonia, elaborado y publicado en inglés, ruso y polaco; 150 personas, incluidas personas amenazadas de exclusión social, es decir, personas con discapacidad o personas en riesgo de marginación, participarán en tres viajes de estudio realizados en el territorio del noreste de Polonia y la región de Kaliningrado; debido a la construcción de 33,94 km de recorrido en bicicleta en el territorio de la región de Kaliningrado, al menos 88 objetos de patrimonio cultural ubicados solo la ruta ciclista de nueva construcción se integrará en el sendero turístico, así como rutas diarias de alrededor de 62,1 mil habitantes de los municipios de Pionersky, Svetlogorsk y Zelenogradsk de la región de Kaliningrado.
