The Partner’s joint challenge is fact, that the society’s little awareness of lifestyle and diet leads to growing morbidity in terms of diseases that can be fought with laparoscopic methods (e.g. cholecystectomy). Low availability of equipment to provide minimally invasive surgery, doctors without experience and using old invasive techniques - that all require higher costs for treating patients by they longer staying in hospital. The project aims to develop a high standard of medical services in the program area, by providing hospitals with medical equipment for laparoscopic and minimally invasive laparotomy, exchange of experience, development of two new methods (project products) and the creation of a telemedicine center for Telemedic consultation. This shall be reflected in shortened recovery time of patients and raised awareness of the importance of prophylaxis within healthy lifestyle and diet.A high standard of rendered medical services achieved as a result of exchanging knowledge and experiences as well as equipping Hospitals in Lviv and Ostroleka in innovative and efficient medical appliances for laparoscopy shall be handed over to next generations of surgeons, thanks to the creation of a telemedicine centre in Lviv. The chief products resulting: • Health prophylaxis programme within healthy diet, • Telemedicine centre in Lviv within minimally invasive surgery, • The Partners’ study visit in clinic hospitals, • Purchase of necessary equipment and adapting rooms. The project’s target group is medical staff employed by the Leader and the Partner. The ultimate beneficiaries shall be the Leader’s and the Partner’s patients as well as inhabitants in the subject area. Thanks to cross-border cooperation it shall be possible to exchange knowledge and experiences between the Partners, whose knowledge and competences shall be enriched their potential within laparoscopic surgery. The resulting cooperation continued also upon project completion. (Polish)

Le défi commun du partenaire est que la faible sensibilisation de la société au mode de vie et à l’alimentation entraîne une morbidité croissante en termes de maladies qui peuvent être combattues avec des méthodes laparoscopiques. Faible disponibilité de l’équipement pour fournir des chirurgies peu invasives, médecins sans expérience et utilisant d’anciennes techniques invasives — qui nécessitent tous des coûts plus élevés pour traiter les patients en séjournant plus longtemps à l’hôpital. Le projet vise à développer un niveau élevé de services médicaux dans le domaine du programme, en fournissant aux hôpitaux de l’équipement médical pour la laparotomie laparoscopique et minimalement invasive, l’échange d’expériences, le développement de deux nouvelles méthodes (produits du projet) et la création d’un centre de télémédecine pour la consultation en télémédecine. Cela se reflète dans la réduction du temps de récupération des patients et la sensibilisation à l’importance de la prophylaxie dans un mode de vie sain et une alimentation saine.Un niveau élevé de services médicaux rendus obtenus grâce à l’échange de connaissances et d’expériences ainsi que l’équipement des hôpitaux de Lviv et Ostroleka dans des appareils médicaux innovants et efficaces pour la laparoscopie seront remis aux générations suivantes de chirurgiens, grâce à la création d’un centre de télémédecine à Lviv. Les principaux produits qui en résultent: • Programme de prophylaxie sanitaire dans le cadre d’une alimentation saine, • Centre de télémédecine de Lviv dans le cadre d’une chirurgie minimalement invasive, • Visite d’étude des partenaires dans les hôpitaux cliniques, • achat de l’équipement nécessaire et adaptation des salles. Le groupe cible du projet est le personnel médical employé par le chef et le partenaire. Les bénéficiaires finaux sont les patients du Leader et du partenaire ainsi que les habitants de la zone concernée. Grâce à la coopération transfrontalière, il sera possible d’échanger des connaissances et des expériences entre les partenaires, dont les connaissances et les compétences doivent être enrichies de leur potentiel en chirurgie laparoscopique. La coopération qui en a résulté s’est également poursuivie à l’achèvement du projet. (French)

Die gemeinsame Herausforderung des Partners ist die Tatsache, dass das geringe Bewusstsein der Gesellschaft für Lebensstil und Ernährung zu wachsender Morbidität in Bezug auf Krankheiten führt, die mit laparoskopischen Methoden bekämpft werden können. Geringe Verfügbarkeit von Geräten für minimal invasive Chirurgie, Ärzte ohne Erfahrung und mit alten invasiven Techniken – alle erfordern höhere Kosten für die Behandlung von Patienten, indem sie länger im Krankenhaus bleiben. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, einen hohen Standard medizinischer Dienstleistungen im Programmbereich zu entwickeln, indem Krankenhäusern medizinische Geräte für laparoskopische und minimalinvasive Laparotomie, Erfahrungsaustausch, Entwicklung zweier neuer Methoden (Projektprodukte) und die Schaffung eines Telemedizinzentrums für Telemedizin-Beratung zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Dies soll sich in der verkürzten Genesungszeit der Patienten niederschlagen und das Bewusstsein für die Bedeutung der Prophylaxe für eine gesunde Lebensweise und Ernährung schärfen.Ein hoher Standard der erbrachten medizinischen Dienstleistungen, die durch den Austausch von Wissen und Erfahrungen sowie durch die Ausstattung von Krankenhäusern in Lviv und Ostroleka in innovativen und effizienten medizinischen Geräten für die Laparoskopie erreicht wurden, wird dank der Schaffung eines Telemedizinzentrums in Lviv an die nächsten Generationen von Chirurgen übergeben. Die wichtigsten daraus resultierenden Erzeugnisse: • Gesundheitsprophylaxe-Programm in gesunder Ernährung, • Telemedizinzentrum in Lviv im Rahmen minimalinvasiver Chirurgie, • Der Studienbesuch der Partner in Klinikkliniken, • Kauf der notwendigen Ausrüstung und Anpassungsräume. Die Zielgruppe des Projekts ist medizinisches Personal, das vom Leader und dem Partner beschäftigt ist. Die Endbegünstigten sind die Patienten des Leaders und des Partners sowie die Bewohner des Fachgebiets. Dank der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit soll es möglich sein, Wissen und Erfahrungen zwischen den Partnern auszutauschen, deren Kenntnisse und Kompetenzen ihr Potenzial in der laparoskopischen Chirurgie bereichern sollen. Die sich daraus ergebende Zusammenarbeit setzte sich auch nach Abschluss des Projekts fort. (German)

De gezamenlijke uitdaging van de partner is feit, dat het weinig bewustzijn van de samenleving van levensstijl en voeding leidt tot een toenemende morbiditeit in termen van ziekten die kunnen worden bestreden met laparoscopische methoden. Lage beschikbaarheid van apparatuur voor minimaal invasieve chirurgie, artsen zonder ervaring en het gebruik van oude invasieve technieken — die allemaal hogere kosten vereisen voor de behandeling van patiënten door langer in het ziekenhuis te verblijven. Het project is gericht op de ontwikkeling van een hoge standaard van medische diensten in het programmagebied, door ziekenhuizen te voorzien van medische apparatuur voor laparoscopische en minimaal invasieve laparotomie, uitwisseling van ervaring, ontwikkeling van twee nieuwe methoden (projectproducten) en de oprichting van een Telemedicine centrum voor Telegeneeskunde consultatie. Dit zal tot uiting komen in een verkorte hersteltijd van patiënten en een groter bewustzijn van het belang van profylaxe binnen een gezonde levensstijl en voeding. Een hoog niveau van verleende medische diensten als gevolg van de uitwisseling van kennis en ervaringen en het uitrusten van ziekenhuizen in Lviv en Ostroleka in innovatieve en efficiënte medische apparatuur voor laparoscopie wordt overhandigd aan de volgende generaties chirurgen, dankzij de oprichting van een Telemedicine-centrum in Lviv. De belangrijkste producten resulterend in: • Gezondheidsprofylaxe programma binnen gezonde voeding, • Telegeneeskunde centrum in Lviv binnen minimaal invasieve chirurgie, • studiebezoek van de partners in klinieken, • Aankoop van de benodigde apparatuur en aanpassing van de kamers. De doelgroep van het project is medisch personeel in dienst van de Leader en de Partner. De uiteindelijke begunstigden zijn de patiënten van de Leader en de partner en de inwoners van het vakgebied. Dankzij grensoverschrijdende samenwerking is het mogelijk kennis en ervaringen uit te wisselen tussen de partners, waarvan de kennis en competenties hun potentieel binnen laparoscopische chirurgie zullen vergroten. De daaruit voortvloeiende samenwerking werd ook voortgezet bij de voltooiing van het project. (Dutch)

La sfida comune del Partner è infatti che la scarsa consapevolezza dello stile di vita e della dieta della società porta a una crescente morbilità in termini di malattie che possono essere combattute con metodi laparoscopici. Scarsa disponibilità di attrezzature per fornire interventi chirurgici minimamente invasivi, medici privi di esperienza e l'utilizzo di vecchie tecniche invasive — che richiedono costi più elevati per il trattamento dei pazienti con un soggiorno più lungo in ospedale. Il progetto mira a sviluppare un elevato standard di servizi medici nell'area del programma, fornendo agli ospedali attrezzature mediche per la laparoscopica e minimamente invasiva, lo scambio di esperienze, lo sviluppo di due nuovi metodi (prodotti di progetto) e la creazione di un centro di telemedicina per la consultazione Telemedicina. Ciò si riflette nella riduzione dei tempi di recupero dei pazienti e in una maggiore consapevolezza dell'importanza della profilassi all'interno di uno stile di vita e di una dieta sani. Un elevato livello di servizi medici resi ottenuti grazie allo scambio di conoscenze ed esperienze e di dotare gli ospedali di Leopoli e Ostroleka in apparecchi medici innovativi ed efficienti per laparoscopia deve essere consegnato alle generazioni successive di chirurghi, grazie alla creazione di un centro di telemedicina a Leopoli. I principali prodotti risultanti: • Programma di profilassi sanitaria nell'ambito di un'alimentazione sana, • Centro di telemedicina a Leopoli nell'ambito di una chirurgia minimamente invasiva, • Visita di studio dei partner negli ospedali delle cliniche, • acquisto delle attrezzature necessarie e adattamento delle stanze. Il gruppo target del progetto è il personale medico impiegato dal Leader e dal Partner. I beneficiari finali sono i pazienti del leader e del partner nonché gli abitanti dell'area interessata. Grazie alla cooperazione transfrontaliera è possibile scambiare conoscenze ed esperienze tra i partner, le cui conoscenze e competenze devono arricchire il loro potenziale nell'ambito della chirurgia laparoscopica. La cooperazione che ne deriva è proseguita anche al completamento del progetto. (Italian)

El desafío conjunto del Socio es el hecho de que la poca conciencia de la sociedad sobre el estilo de vida y la dieta conduce a una morbilidad creciente en términos de enfermedades que se pueden combatir con métodos laparoscópicos. Baja disponibilidad de equipos para proporcionar cirugía mínimamente invasiva, médicos sin experiencia y utilizando viejas técnicas invasivas, que requieren costos más altos para el tratamiento de los pacientes al permanecer más tiempo en el hospital. El proyecto tiene como objetivo desarrollar un alto nivel de servicios médicos en el área del programa, proporcionando a los hospitales equipos médicos para la laparotomía laparoscópica y mínimamente invasiva, intercambio de experiencias, desarrollo de dos nuevos métodos (productos del proyecto) y la creación de un centro de telemedicina para la consulta de Telemedicina. Esto se reflejará en la reducción del tiempo de recuperación de los pacientes y la sensibilización sobre la importancia de la profilaxis en el estilo de vida y la dieta saludables. Se entregará a las próximas generaciones de cirujanos, gracias a la creación de un centro de telemedicina en Lviv y Ostroleka, un alto nivel de servicios médicos prestados gracias al intercambio de conocimientos y experiencias, así como al equipamiento de los hospitales de Lviv y Ostroleka en aparatos médicos innovadores y eficientes para la laparoscopia. Los principales productos resultantes: • Programa de profilaxis sanitaria dentro de una dieta saludable, • Centro de telemedicina en Lviv dentro de una cirugía mínimamente invasiva, • Visita de estudio de The Partners en hospitales clínicos, • Compra del equipo necesario y adaptación de las habitaciones. El grupo destinatario del proyecto es el personal médico empleado por el Líder y el Socio. Los beneficiarios finales serán los pacientes del Líder y del Socio, así como los habitantes del área temática. Gracias a la cooperación transfronteriza será posible intercambiar conocimientos y experiencias entre los socios, cuyos conocimientos y competencias enriquecerán su potencial en el marco de la cirugía laparoscópica.
