The main challenge for the project area is the poor technical condition of the road infrastructure (especially on the Ukrainian side) that needs improvement, and thereby will result in improving the quality of existing communication links. The state of technical infrastructure hinders contacts and cross-border traffic and, therefore, reduces the attractiveness of the region for investors and inhibits the development processes. Implementation of this project is a response to identified problems. Its main objective is to support the cross-border development processes on the Ukrainian-Polish border areas by improving transport accessibility of the region and road infrastructure. The achievement of the objective will be possible by improving the technical parameters of the section of road ? 141003 for approx. 19,1 kilometers as well as section of provincial road No. 867 for approx. 0.668 kilometers, increasing at the same time safety and improving transport accessibility. Implementation of the project will also provide for the establishing sustainable joint approaches to the use of environmentally friendly solutions in the modernization of road infrastructure. The project implementation will improve the accessibility of the border area (Lviv region and Podkarpackie voivodeship), and facilitate cross-border traffic by unifying infrastructure present during the announcement. This project will be implemented in close partnership between Road service in Lviv region, Podkarpackie Provincial Road Administration and the Association "Euroregion Carpathians - Ukraine", that will provide the possibility to exchange mutual practices, know-how and expertise. This will contribute to the effective implementation of the project and obtain the information and experience that will be useful in the implementation of new investments on both the Polish and Ukrainian sides. Le principal défi pour la zone du projet est le mauvais état technique de l’infrastructure routière (en particulier du côté ukrainien) qui doit être améliorée, ce qui permettra d’améliorer la qualité des liaisons de communication existantes. L’état des infrastructures techniques Hinder les contacts et le trafic transfrontalier et, par conséquent, réduit l’attrait de la région pour les investisseurs et entrave les processus de développement. La mise en œuvre de ce projet est une réponse aux problèmes identifiés. Son principal objectif est de soutenir les processus de développement transfrontaliers dans les zones frontalières entre l’Ukraine et la Pologne en améliorant l’accessibilité des transports de la région et les infrastructures routières. La réalisation de l’objectif sera possible en améliorant les paramètres techniques du tronçon de route? 141003 pour env. 19,1 kilomètres ainsi que le tronçon de la route provinciale no 867 pour env. 0,668 kilomètres, augmentant en même temps la sécurité et améliorant l’accessibilité des transports. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra également de mettre en place des approches communes durables pour l’utilisation de solutions respectueuses de l’environnement dans la modernisation des infrastructures routières. La mise en œuvre du projet améliorera l’accessibilité de la zone frontalière (région de Lviv et voïvodie de Podkarpackie) et facilitera le trafic transfrontalier en unissant les infrastructures présentes lors de l’annonce. Ce projet sera mis en œuvre en partenariat étroit entre le service routier de la région de Lviv, l’administration routière provinciale de Podkarpackie et l’association «Euroregion Carpates — Ukraine», qui offrira la possibilité d’échanger des pratiques, des savoir-faire et des compétences mutuels. Cela contribuera à la mise en œuvre efficace du projet et permettra d’obtenir les informations et l’expérience qui seront utiles à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux investissements tant du côté polonais que de l’Ukraine. Die größte Herausforderung für das Projektgebiet ist der schlechte technische Zustand der Straßeninfrastruktur (insbesondere auf ukrainischer Seite), der verbessert werden muss und somit zur Verbesserung der Qualität der bestehenden Kommunikationsverbindungen führen wird. Der Stand der technischen Infrastruktur Hinders Kontakte und grenzüberschreitender Verkehr und reduziert damit die Attraktivität der Region für Investoren und hemmt die Entwicklungsprozesse. Die Umsetzung dieses Projekts ist eine Antwort auf festgestellte Probleme. Ihr Hauptziel besteht darin, die grenzübergreifenden Entwicklungsprozesse in den ukrainisch-polnischen Grenzgebieten zu unterstützen, indem die Verkehrsanbindung der Region und die Straßeninfrastruktur verbessert werden. Die Verwirklichung des Ziels wird durch die Verbesserung der technischen Parameter des Straßenabschnitts möglich sein. 141003 für ca. 19,1 Kilometer sowie Abschnitt der Provinzstraße Nr. 867 für ca. 0,668 Kilometer, die gleichzeitig die Sicherheit erhöhen und die Verkehrsanbindung verbessern. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird auch die Entwicklung nachhaltiger gemeinsamer Ansätze für den Einsatz umweltfreundlicher Lösungen bei der Modernisierung der Straßeninfrastruktur ermöglichen. Die Projektdurchführung wird die Zugänglichkeit des Grenzgebiets (Region Lviv und Woiwodschaft Podkarpackie) verbessern und den grenzüberschreitenden Verkehr erleichtern, indem die Infrastruktur während der Ankündigung vereinheitlicht wird. Dieses Projekt wird in enger Partnerschaft zwischen dem Straßendienst in der Region Lwiw, der Provinzverwaltung Podkarpackie und dem Verband „Euroregion Karpaten – Ukraine“ durchgeführt, der die Möglichkeit bietet, gegenseitige Praktiken, Know-how und Fachwissen auszutauschen. Dies wird zur wirksamen Durchführung des Projekts beitragen und die Informationen und Erfahrungen einholen, die für die Umsetzung neuer Investitionen sowohl auf polnischer als auch auf ukrainischer Seite nützlich sein werden. De belangrijkste uitdaging voor het projectgebied is de slechte technische toestand van de wegeninfrastructuur (met name aan de Oekraïense kant) die moet worden verbeterd en dus zal leiden tot een verbetering van de kwaliteit van de bestaande communicatieverbindingen. De stand van de technische infrastructuur Hinders contacten en grensoverschrijdend verkeer en daardoor vermindert de aantrekkelijkheid van de regio voor investeerders en remt de ontwikkelingsprocessen. De uitvoering van dit project is een antwoord op vastgestelde problemen. De belangrijkste doelstelling ervan is de grensoverschrijdende ontwikkelingsprocessen in de Oekraïens-Poolse grensgebieden te ondersteunen door de vervoerstoegankelijkheid van de regio en de weginfrastructuur te verbeteren. De verwezenlijking van de doelstelling zal mogelijk zijn door de technische parameters van het weggedeelte te verbeteren? 141003 voor ca. 19,1 kilometer en deel van provinciale weg nr. 867 voor ca. 0,668 kilometer, die tegelijkertijd de veiligheid verhogen en de toegankelijkheid van het vervoer verbeteren. De uitvoering van het project zal ook voorzien in de totstandbrenging van duurzame gezamenlijke benaderingen voor het gebruik van milieuvriendelijke oplossingen bij de modernisering van de wegeninfrastructuur. De uitvoering van het project zal de toegankelijkheid van het grensgebied (regio Lviv en het woiwodschap Podkarpackie) verbeteren en het grensoverschrijdende verkeer vergemakkelijken door de bij de aankondiging aanwezige infrastructuur te verenigen. Dit project zal worden uitgevoerd in nauwe samenwerking tussen de Wegendienst in de regio Lviv, de provincie Podkarpackie en de vereniging „Euroregio Karpaten — Oekraïne”, die de mogelijkheid zal bieden om wederzijdse praktijken, knowhow en expertise uit te wisselen. Dit zal bijdragen tot de effectieve uitvoering van het project en de informatie en ervaring verkrijgen die nuttig zal zijn bij de uitvoering van nieuwe investeringen aan zowel Poolse als Oekraïense zijde. La sfida principale per l'area di progetto è la scarsa condizione tecnica dell'infrastruttura stradale (in particolare sul lato ucraino) che necessita di miglioramenti, e quindi si tradurrà in un miglioramento della qualità dei collegamenti di comunicazione esistenti. Lo stato dell'infrastruttura tecnica Hinders contatti e traffico transfrontaliero e, pertanto, riduce l'attrattiva della regione per gli investitori e ostacola i processi di sviluppo. L'attuazione di questo progetto è una risposta ai problemi individuati. Il suo obiettivo principale è sostenere i processi di sviluppo transfrontaliero nelle zone di frontiera ucraino-polacca migliorando l'accessibilità dei trasporti della regione e delle infrastrutture stradali. Il raggiungimento dell'obiettivo sarà possibile migliorando i parametri tecnici del tratto stradale? 141003 per ca. 19,1 chilometri e tratto di strada provinciale n. 867 per ca. 0,668 chilometri, aumentando al tempo stesso la sicurezza e migliorando l'accessibilità dei trasporti. L'attuazione del progetto prevede inoltre la definizione di approcci comuni sostenibili all'uso di soluzioni ecocompatibili per l'ammodernamento delle infrastrutture stradali. L'attuazione del progetto migliorerà l'accessibilità della zona di frontiera (regione di Leopoli e voivodato di Podkarpackie) e faciliterà il traffico transfrontaliero unificando le infrastrutture presenti durante l'annuncio. Questo progetto sarà attuato in stretta collaborazione tra il servizio stradale nella regione di Leopoli, Podkarpackie Provincial Road Administration e l'Associazione "Euroregione Carpazi — Ucraina", che fornirà la possibilità di scambiare pratiche, know-how e competenze reciproche. Ciò contribuirà all'effettiva attuazione del progetto e otterrà le informazioni e l'esperienza che saranno utili per l'attuazione di nuovi investimenti sia a livello polacco che ucraino. (Italian)

El principal reto para el área del proyecto es el mal estado técnico de la infraestructura vial (especialmente en el lado ucraniano) que necesita mejorar, y por lo tanto dará lugar a una mejora de la calidad de los enlaces de comunicación existentes. El estado de la infraestructura técnica Hinders contactos y tráfico transfronterizo y, por lo tanto, reduce el atractivo de la región para los inversores e inhibe los procesos de desarrollo. La ejecución de este proyecto es una respuesta a problemas identificados. Su principal objetivo es apoyar los procesos de desarrollo transfronterizo en las zonas fronterizas entre Ucrania y Polonia mejorando la accesibilidad del transporte de la región y la infraestructura vial. La consecución del objetivo será posible mejorando los parámetros técnicos del tramo de carretera? 141003 para aprox. 19,1 kilómetros, así como tramo de la carretera provincial N.º 867 para aprox. 0,668 kilómetros, aumentando al mismo tiempo la seguridad y mejorando la accesibilidad del transporte. La ejecución del proyecto también permitirá establecer enfoques conjuntos sostenibles para el uso de soluciones respetuosas con el medio ambiente en la modernización de las infraestructuras viarias. La ejecución del proyecto mejorará la accesibilidad de la zona fronteriza (región de Lviv y voivodato de Podkarpackie) y facilitará el tráfico transfronterizo mediante la unificación de las infraestructuras presentes durante el anuncio. Este proyecto se ejecutará en estrecha colaboración entre el servicio de carreteras en la región de Lviv, la Administración Provincial de Carreteras de Podkarpackie y la Asociación «Cárpatos de la Eurorregión — Ucrania», que ofrecerá la posibilidad de intercambiar prácticas mutuas, conocimientos técnicos y conocimientos especializados.
