The implementation of automatic traffic management systems (ATMs) is the aim of the project in Brest. The introduction of ATMs will reduce the time of traffic working in the streets of Brest, with subsequent access to the TRANS-European corridor II (E- 30). It is expected to increase the capacity of the road network up to 15 - 20%, to reduce the accident rate by 10 - 15%, to reduce driving period by 10 to 15%, to increase transit attraction. The project in Biala Podlaska consists of the reconstruction of the crossroads Terebelska street and national road no 2, and reconstruction of the crossroads Solidarnosci avenue and national road no 2. The section of national road no 2 from Terebelska street till Solidarnosci avenue is used by both transit traffic and local traffic within the city of Biala Podlaska. The crossroad national road no 2 and Solidarnosci avenue is very serious place of traffic accidents. If the project receive funds, there will be built there a roundabout, in other case there will be installed a cheaper and less efficient alternative a traffic lights. The implementation of the project in Biala Podlaska will result in decrease of travel time by 18%. (Polish)

La mise en œuvre de systèmes automatiques de gestion du trafic (ATM) est l’objectif du projet à Brest. L’introduction des guichets automatiques permettra de réduire le temps de circulation dans les rues de Brest, avec l’accès ultérieur au corridor transeuropéen II (E-30). Il est prévu d’augmenter la capacité du réseau routier jusqu’à 15-20 %, de réduire le taux d’accidents de 10-15 %, de réduire la période de conduite de 10 à 15 %, d’augmenter l’attraction du transport en commun. Le projet à Biala Podlaska consiste en la reconstruction du carrefour de la rue Terebelska et de la route nationale no 2, et de la reconstruction du carrefour de l’avenue Solidarnosci et de la route nationale no 2. Le tronçon de la route nationale no 2 de la rue Terebelska jusqu’à l’avenue Solidarnosci est utilisé à la fois par le trafic de transit et le trafic local dans la ville de Biala Podlaska. La route nationale no 2 et l’avenue Solidarnosci sont un lieu très grave d’accidents de la circulation. Si le projet reçoit des fonds, il y sera construit un rond-point, dans d’autres cas, il sera installé une alternative moins chère et moins efficace un feu de circulation. La mise en œuvre du projet à Biala Podlaska entraînera une diminution du temps de déplacement de 18 %. (French)

Die Implementierung von automatischen Verkehrsmanagementsystemen (ATMs) ist das Ziel des Projekts in Brest. Die Einführung von Geldautomaten wird die Zeit des Verkehrs auf den Straßen von Brest verkürzen, mit anschließendem Zugang zum TRANS-Europäischen Korridor II (E-30). Es wird erwartet, dass die Kapazität des Straßennetzes um 15-20 % erhöht wird, um die Unfallrate um 10-15 % zu senken, die Lenkzeit um 10 bis 15 % zu verringern, um die Anziehungskraft des Transits zu erhöhen. Das Projekt in Biala Podlaska besteht aus dem Wiederaufbau der Kreuzung Terebelska Straße und Nationalstraße Nr. 2, und Wiederaufbau der Kreuzung Solidarnosci Allee und Nationalstraße Nr. 2. Der Abschnitt der Nationalstraße Nr. 2 von Terebelska Straße bis Solidarnosci Allee wird sowohl durch den Transitverkehr als auch den lokalen Verkehr innerhalb der Stadt Biala Podlaska verwendet. Die Kreuzung Nationalstraße Nr. 2 und Solidarnosci Allee ist ein sehr schwerwiegender Ort von Verkehrsunfällen. Wenn das Projekt Mittel erhält, wird dort ein Kreisverkehr gebaut, in anderen Fällen wird es eine billigere und weniger effiziente Alternative für eine Ampel geben. Die Umsetzung des Projekts in Biala Podlaska wird zu einem Rückgang der Reisezeit um 18 % führen. (German)

De implementatie van automatische verkeersbeheersystemen (ATM’s) is het doel van het project in Brest. De invoering van ATM’s zal de tijd van het verkeer in de straten van Brest verkorten, met daaropvolgende toegang tot de TRANS-Europese corridor II (E-30). Verwacht wordt dat de capaciteit van het wegennet zal toenemen tot 15-20 %, om het aantal ongevallen met 10-15 % te verminderen, om de rijtijd met 10 tot 15 % te verkorten, om de aantrekkingskracht van het transitoverkeer te vergroten. Het project in Biala Podlaska bestaat uit de wederopbouw van het kruispunt Terebelska straat en nationale weg nr. 2, en de wederopbouw van het kruispunt Solidarnosci avenue en nationale weg nr. 2. Het gedeelte van de nationale weg nr. 2 van Terebelska straat tot Solidarnosci laan wordt gebruikt door zowel transitverkeer en lokaal verkeer in de stad Biala Podlaska. De crossroad nationale weg nr. 2 en Solidarnosci laan is een zeer ernstige plaats van verkeersongevallen. Als het project geld ontvangt, wordt daar een rotonde gebouwd, in andere gevallen wordt er een goedkoper en minder efficiënt alternatief voor verkeerslichten geïnstalleerd. De uitvoering van het project in Biala Podlaska zal leiden tot een vermindering van de reistijd met 18 %. (Dutch)

L'implementazione di sistemi automatici di gestione del traffico (ATM) è l'obiettivo del progetto a Brest. L'introduzione di sportelli automatici ridurrà il tempo di lavoro del traffico nelle strade di Brest, con successivo accesso al corridoio transeuropeo II (E-30). Si prevede di aumentare la capacità della rete stradale fino al 15-20 %, di ridurre il tasso di incidenti del 10-15 %, di ridurre il periodo di guida del 10-15 % e di aumentare l'attrazione del transito. Il progetto in Biala Podlaska consiste nella ricostruzione del bivio via Terebelska e strada nazionale n. 2 e ricostruzione del bivio via Solidarnosci e strada nazionale n. 2. Il tratto della strada nazionale n. 2 dalla via Terebelska fino al viale Solidarnosci è utilizzato sia dal traffico di transito che dal traffico locale all'interno della città di Biala Podlaska. Il bivio strada nazionale n. 2 e via Solidarnosci è molto grave luogo di incidenti stradali. Se il progetto riceve fondi, vi sarà costruita una rotonda, in altri casi sarà installata un'alternativa più economica e meno efficiente un semaforo. L'attuazione del progetto a Biala Podlaska comporterà una diminuzione del tempo di viaggio del 18 %. (Italian)

La implantación de sistemas automáticos de gestión del tráfico (ATM) es el objetivo del proyecto en Brest. La introducción de los cajeros automáticos reducirá el tiempo de circulación en las calles de Brest, con el consiguiente acceso al corredor europeo TRANS II (E-30). Se espera aumentar la capacidad de la red de carreteras hasta un 15-20 %, reducir la tasa de accidentes en un 10-15 %, reducir el período de conducción en un 10 a 15 %, aumentar la atracción de tránsito. El proyecto en Biala Podlaska consiste en la reconstrucción de la encrucijada de la calle Terebelska y la carretera nacional n.º 2, y la reconstrucción de la encrucijada de la avenida Solidarnosci y la carretera nacional n.º 2. El tramo de la carretera nacional n.º 2 desde la calle Terebelska hasta la avenida Solidarnosci es utilizado tanto por el tráfico de tránsito como por el tráfico local dentro de la ciudad de Biala Podlaska. La encrucijada de la carretera nacional n.º 2 y la avenida Solidarnosci es un lugar muy grave de accidentes de tráfico. Si el proyecto recibe fondos, se construirá allí una rotonda, en otro caso se instalará una alternativa más barata y menos eficiente a un semáforo. La ejecución del proyecto en Biala Podlaska dará lugar a una disminución del tiempo de viaje en un 18 %. (Spanish)
