- The actual technical condition of the road P-16 is unsatisfactory. Throughput is low, there are many angles of turns, and the maximum speed limit is 40 km / h. In this regard, at present the road P-16 does not meet international requirements for buses and trucks. Also, there are not provided traffic conditions and unhindered access to the border crossing «Peschatka- Polovtsy». - The Overall objective of the Project is improving access to Brest-Podlaska border region through sustainable development of cross-border road infrastructure. Reconstruction of the road R-16 will provide access to the border crossing «Peschatka- Polovtsy», improve international transport links, increase the speed of motion, increase road capacity and ensure safe traffic conditions, improve the environment, make the region more attractive to tourists and investors, affect the availability of the border region, thus ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the Belarusian-Polish border region. — L’état technique réel de la route P-16 est insatisfaisant. Le débit est faible, il y a de nombreux angles de virage et la vitesse maximale est de 40 km/h. À cet égard, la route P-16 ne répond actuellement pas aux exigences internationales pour les autobus et les camions. En outre, il n’y a pas de conditions de circulation prévues et l’accès sans entrave au point de passage de la frontière «Peschatka- Polovtsy». — L’objectif général du projet est d’améliorer l’accès à la région frontalière de Brest-Podlaska grâce au développement durable des infrastructures routières transfrontalières. La reconstruction de la route R-16 permettra d’accéder au point de passage de la frontière «Peschatka- Polovtsy», d’améliorer les liaisons de transport internationales, d’augmenter la vitesse de mouvement, d’accroître la capacité routière et d’assurer des conditions de circulation sûres, d’améliorer l’environnement, de rendre la région plus attrayante pour les touristes et les investisseurs, d’affecter la disponibilité de la région frontalière, d’assurer ainsi un développement socio-économique durable de la région frontalière biélorusse-polonaise. — Der tatsächliche technische Zustand der Straße P-16 ist unbefriedigend. Der Durchsatz ist niedrig, es gibt viele Winkel der Kurven, und die maximale Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung beträgt 40 km/h. In diesem Zusammenhang erfüllt die Straße P-16 derzeit keine internationalen Anforderungen an Busse und Lastkraftwagen. Außerdem gibt es keine Verkehrsbedingungen und einen ungehinderten Zugang zum Grenzübergang „Peschatka- Polovtsy“. — Das Gesamtziel des Projekts besteht darin, den Zugang zur Grenzregion Brest-Podlaska durch eine nachhaltige Entwicklung der grenzüberschreitenden Straßeninfrastruktur zu verbessern. Der Wiederaufbau der Straße R-16 wird Zugang zum Grenzübergang „Peschatka- Polovtsy“ bieten, die internationalen Verkehrsverbindungen verbessern, die Geschwindigkeit der Bewegung erhöhen, die Straßenkapazität erhöhen und sichere Verkehrsbedingungen gewährleisten, die Umwelt verbessern, die Attraktivität der Region für Touristen und Investoren erhöhen, die Verfügbarkeit der Grenzregion beeinträchtigen und eine nachhaltige sozioökonomische Entwicklung der belarussisch-polnischen Grenzregion gewährleisten. — De feitelijke technische toestand van weg P-16 is onbevredigend. De doorvoer is laag, er zijn veel bochthoeken en de maximale snelheidslimiet is 40 km/h. In dit opzicht voldoet de weg P-16 momenteel niet aan internationale eisen voor bussen en vrachtwagens. Ook zijn er geen verkeersvoorwaarden en ongehinderde toegang tot de grensovergang „Peschatka- Polovtsy”. De algemene doelstelling van het project is het verbeteren van de toegang tot de grensregio Brest-Podlaska door duurzame ontwikkeling van grensoverschrijdende wegeninfrastructuur. De wederopbouw van de weg R-16 zal toegang bieden tot de grensovergang „Peschatka- Polovtsy”, de internationale vervoersverbindingen verbeteren, de bewegingssnelheid verhogen, de wegcapaciteit vergroten en zorgen voor veilige verkeersomstandigheden, het milieu verbeteren, de regio aantrekkelijker maken voor toeristen en investeerders, de beschikbaarheid van de grensregio beïnvloeden en aldus zorgen voor een duurzame sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de Wit-Russisch-Poolse grensregio. — La condizione tecnica effettiva della strada P-16 è insoddisfacente. Il rendimento è basso, ci sono molti angoli di curvatura e il limite di velocità massima è di 40 km/h. A questo proposito, attualmente la strada P-16 non soddisfa i requisiti internazionali per autobus e camion. Inoltre, non sono previste condizioni di traffico e accesso senza ostacoli al valico di frontiera "Peschatka- Polovtsy". — L'obiettivo generale del progetto è migliorare l'accesso alla regione frontaliera di Brest-Podlaska attraverso lo sviluppo sostenibile delle infrastrutture stradali transfrontaliere. La ricostruzione della strada R-16 consentirà l'accesso al valico di frontiera "Peschatka- Polovtsy", migliorerà i collegamenti di trasporto internazionali, aumenterà la velocità di movimento, aumenterà la capacità stradale e garantirà condizioni di traffico sicure, migliorerà l'ambiente, renderà la regione più attraente per i turisti e gli investitori, inciderà sulla disponibilità della regione di frontiera, garantendo in tal modo uno sviluppo socioeconomico sostenibile della regione frontaliera bielorussa-polacca. En este sentido, en la actualidad la carretera P-16 no cumple con los requisitos internacionales para autobuses y camiones. Además, no se proporcionan condiciones de tráfico ni acceso sin trabas al cruce fronterizo «Peschatka-Polovtsy». — El objetivo general del proyecto es mejorar el acceso a la región fronteriza de Brest-Podlaska mediante el desarrollo sostenible de las infraestructuras viarias transfronterizas.
