One of the basic challenges in the project’s area of impact is an underdeveloped road infrastructure and insufficient quantity and low quality of transportation connections. The condition of technical infrastructure hinders contacts and cross-border traffic, and as a result reduces the attractiveness of the region for investors and impedes development processes. Fulfilment of this process is a response to the indicated problems. Its main purpose is supporting cross-border development processes in the borderland of Poland and Ukraine through an increase of transport accessibility of the region and an improvement of the road infrastructure. Achieving the indicated target will be possible by increasing technical parameters of a 6.615 km section of national road no. 885 Przemyśl – Hermanowice – state boarder, as well as an increase of communication accessibility for the designed border crossing Malhowice-Niżankowice. The development of the project will result in a 10% passage time decrease. It will also result in an increase of accessibility of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship for Western Ukraine. An effect of the development will be a creation of a new road connection between the countries, an alternative for the existing Przemyśl-Medyka-Lviv connection. It will result in an increase of international traffic mobility, both borderland and transit. It will have an influence on forming new foundations for Polish-Ukrainian cooperation, the development of tourism and trade. This project will be developed in a close partnership between the Podkarpackie Regional Road Management and Lviv Regional State Administration. Due to engagement of both sides in the project, an exchange of mutual practices, know-how and knowledge will be possible. It will affect a more effective implementation of the project and acquiring information and experiences which will be useful in the implementation of consecutive investments, both by the Polish and Ukrainian. L’un des principaux défis dans le domaine d’impact du projet est une infrastructure routière sous-développée et une quantité insuffisante et une faible qualité des liaisons de transport. L’état des infrastructures techniques Hinder les contacts et le trafic transfrontalier, ce qui réduit l’attrait de la région pour les investisseurs et entrave les processus de développement. L’accomplissement de ce processus est une réponse aux problèmes signalés. Son principal objectif est de soutenir les processus de développement transfrontaliers dans la zone frontalière de la Pologne et de l’Ukraine en améliorant l’accessibilité des transports de la région et l’amélioration des infrastructures routières. La réalisation de l’objectif indiqué sera possible en augmentant les paramètres techniques d’un tronçon de 6,615 km de la route nationale no 885 Przemyśl — frontière de l’État, ainsi qu’en améliorant l’accessibilité des communications pour le passage frontalier prévu de Malhowice-Niżankowice. L’élaboration du projet entraînera une diminution de 10 % du temps de passage. Cela entraînera également une augmentation de l’accessibilité de la voïvodie de Podkarpackie pour l’Ukraine occidentale. Le développement aura pour effet de créer une nouvelle liaison routière entre les pays, alternative à la liaison Przemyśl-Medika-Lviv existante. Elle se traduira par une augmentation de la mobilité du trafic international, tant au niveau des frontières que du transit. Elle aura une influence sur la création de nouvelles bases pour la coopération entre la Pologne et l’Ukraine, le développement du tourisme et du commerce. Ce projet sera développé dans le cadre d’un partenariat étroit entre la direction régionale des routes de Podkarpackie et l’administration régionale de l’État de Lviv. Grâce à l’engagement des deux parties dans le projet, un échange de pratiques, de savoir-faire et de connaissances mutuels sera possible. Cela aura une incidence sur une mise en œuvre plus efficace du projet et l’acquisition d’informations et d’expériences qui seront utiles à la mise en œuvre d’investissements consécutifs, tant par la Pologne que par l’Ukraine. Eine der grundlegenden Herausforderungen im Wirkungsbereich des Projekts ist eine unterentwickelte Straßeninfrastruktur, eine unzureichende Quantität und eine geringe Qualität der Verkehrsanbindungen. Der Zustand der technischen Infrastruktur Hinders Kontakte und grenzüberschreitender Verkehr, wodurch die Attraktivität der Region für Investoren verringert und Entwicklungsprozesse behindert. Die Erfüllung dieses Prozesses ist eine Antwort auf die angegebenen Probleme. Sein Hauptzweck besteht darin, grenzüberschreitende Entwicklungsprozesse an der Grenze Polens und der Ukraine zu unterstützen, indem die Verkehrsanbindung der Region verbessert und die Straßeninfrastruktur verbessert wird. Die Erreichung des angegebenen Ziels wird durch die Erhöhung der technischen Parameter eines 6,615 km langen Abschnitts der Nationalstraße Nr. 885 Przemyśl – State Boarder sowie durch eine Verbesserung der Zugänglichkeit der Kommunikation für den geplanten Grenzübergang Malhowice-Niżankowice möglich sein. Die Entwicklung des Projekts wird zu einer Verringerung der Durchlaufzeit von 10 % führen. Es wird auch zu einer Verbesserung der Zugänglichkeit der Woiwodschaft Podkarpackie für die Westukraine führen. Ein Effekt der Entwicklung wird die Schaffung einer neuen Straßenverbindung zwischen den Ländern sein, eine Alternative für die bestehende Verbindung Przemyśl-Medika-Lviv. Dies wird zu einer Zunahme der grenzüberschreitenden Verkehrsmobilität führen, sowohl Grenzland als auch Transit. Sie wird Einfluss auf die Schaffung neuer Grundlagen für die polnisch-ukrainische Zusammenarbeit, die Entwicklung von Tourismus und Handel haben. Dieses Projekt wird in enger Partnerschaft zwischen dem regionalen Straßenmanagement Podkarpackie und der Regionalregierung Lviv entwickelt. Een van de fundamentele uitdagingen op het gebied van de impact van het project is een onderontwikkelde weginfrastructuur en onvoldoende kwantiteit en lage kwaliteit van de vervoersverbindingen. De toestand van de technische infrastructuur Hinders contacten en grensoverschrijdend verkeer, waardoor de aantrekkelijkheid van de regio voor investeerders vermindert en belemmert ontwikkelingsprocessen. Uitvoering van dit proces is een antwoord op de aangegeven problemen. Het belangrijkste doel is het ondersteunen van grensoverschrijdende ontwikkelingsprocessen in het grensgebied van Polen en Oekraïne door de vervoerstoegankelijkheid van de regio te vergroten en de wegeninfrastructuur te verbeteren. Het bereiken van de aangegeven doelstelling zal mogelijk zijn door het verhogen van de technische parameters van een traject van 6,615 km van nationale weg nr. 885 Przemyśl — state boarder, en door een grotere toegankelijkheid van de communicatie voor de geplande grensovergang Malhowice-Niżankowice. De ontwikkeling van het project zal resulteren in een 10 % vertraging van de doorlooptijd. Het zal ook leiden tot een grotere toegankelijkheid van het woiwodschap Podkarpackie voor West-Oekraïne. Een effect van de ontwikkeling is het creëren van een nieuwe wegverbinding tussen de landen, een alternatief voor de bestaande verbinding Przemyśl-Medika-Lviv. Dit zal leiden tot een toename van de internationale verkeersmobiliteit, zowel over land als doorreis. Het zal van invloed zijn op de vorming van nieuwe fundamenten voor de samenwerking tussen Polen en Oekraïne, de ontwikkeling van toerisme en handel. Dit project zal worden ontwikkeld in een nauw partnerschap tussen Podkarpackie Regional Road Management en Lviv Regional State Administration. Una delle sfide fondamentali nel settore d'impatto del progetto è rappresentata da un'infrastruttura stradale poco sviluppata e da una quantità insufficiente e da una scarsa qualità dei collegamenti di trasporto. La condizione dell'infrastruttura tecnica Hinders contatti e traffico transfrontaliero, e di conseguenza riduce l'attrattiva della regione per gli investitori e ostacola i processi di sviluppo. La realizzazione di questo processo è una risposta ai problemi indicati. Il suo obiettivo principale è sostenere i processi di sviluppo transfrontaliero nelle zone frontaliere della Polonia e dell'Ucraina attraverso un aumento dell'accessibilità dei trasporti della regione e un miglioramento delle infrastrutture stradali. Il raggiungimento dell'obiettivo indicato sarà possibile aumentando i parametri tecnici di un tratto di 6,615 km della strada nazionale n. 885 Przemyśl — imbarco statale, nonché un aumento dell'accessibilità della comunicazione per il valico di frontiera progettato Malhowice-Niżankowice. Lo sviluppo del progetto comporterà una diminuzione del tempo di passaggio del 10 %. Ciò comporterà anche un aumento dell'accessibilità del voivodato di Podkarpackie per l'Ucraina occidentale. Un effetto dello sviluppo sarà la creazione di un nuovo collegamento stradale tra i paesi, un'alternativa all'attuale collegamento Przemyśl-Medika-Lviv. Si tradurrà in un aumento della mobilità del traffico internazionale, sia frontaliero che di transito. Essa avrà un'influenza sulla creazione di nuove basi per la cooperazione polacco-ucraina, lo sviluppo del turismo e del commercio. Questo progetto sarà sviluppato in stretta collaborazione tra la Podkarpackie Regional Road Management e Lviv Regional State Administration. Uno de los retos básicos en el área de impacto del proyecto es una infraestructura viaria subdesarrollada y una cantidad insuficiente y baja calidad de las conexiones de transporte. El estado de las infraestructuras técnicas Los contactos de Hinders y el tráfico transfronterizo, lo que reduce el atractivo de la región para los inversores y obstaculiza los procesos de desarrollo. El cumplimiento de este proceso es una respuesta a los problemas señalados. Su principal objetivo es apoyar los procesos de desarrollo transfronterizo en las fronteras de Polonia y Ucrania mediante un aumento de la accesibilidad del transporte de la región y una mejora de la infraestructura vial. La consecución del objetivo indicado será posible mediante el aumento de los parámetros técnicos de un tramo de 6,615 km de la carretera nacional n.º 885 Przemyśl — embarque estatal, así como un aumento de la accesibilidad de la comunicación para el cruce fronterizo diseñado Malhowice-Niżankowice. El desarrollo del proyecto dará lugar a una disminución del tiempo de paso del 10 %. También dará lugar a un aumento de la accesibilidad del Voivodato Podkarpackie para Ucrania occidental. Un efecto del desarrollo será la creación de una nueva conexión por carretera entre los países, una alternativa para la actual conexión Przemyśl-Medika-Lviv. Se traducirá en un aumento de la movilidad del tráfico internacional, tanto en las fronteras como en el tránsito. Influirá en la creación de nuevas bases para la cooperación polaco-ucraniana, el desarrollo del turismo y el comercio. Este proyecto se desarrollará en estrecha colaboración entre la Dirección Regional de Carreteras de Podkarpackie y la Administración Regional del Estado de Lviv. Debido a la participación de ambas partes en el proyecto, será posible un intercambio de prácticas mutuas, conocimientos técnicos y conocimientos. Afectará a una ejecución más eficaz del proyecto y a la adquisición de información y experiencias que serán útiles para la ejecución de inversiones consecutivas, tanto por parte de los polacos como de Ucrania.
