In preparation of the project the Partners have identified the following common challenges: - the poor condition of road infrastructure, - difficult access to valuable tourist places of historical value, - long travel time, - increased emissions of fumes into the environment. The Partners are going to solve the above problems fulfilling the main goal of the project: improving transport accessibility of the cross-border regions, through the modernisation of the local roads. As a result, it will improve the spatial accessibility of the cross-border areas, and the economic attractiveness of these areas will increase, as well as the attractiveness to tourism. The main products of the project will be modernised roads with a total length of 23.613 km (15.983 in Ukraine and 7.63 in Poland). This value will consist of several sections: - rebuilding of the Municipal road Kowiesy - Ruciany - Bielany Jarosławy- section Kowiesy - Ruciany road no. 390124Wfrom km 0 + 000 to km 2 + 000; section Bielany Jarosławy – Ruciany- road no. 390106W- from km 0 + 000 to km 2 + 590. - rebuilding of the Municipal road Wojewódki Dolne - Wojewódki Górne- road No. 390107W- from km 0 + 000 to km 1 + 620. - rebuilding of the Municipal road in Wojewódki Górne- road No. 390113W (part of the section has no number) - from km 0 + 000 to km 0 + 860. - rebuilding of the internal road in the village of Bielany Jarosławy- The road does not have a number yet, after the implementation of the investment will be given the category of commune road and No. - from km 0 + 000 to km 0 + 560. - rebuilding of the road O 031169 Sobyschytsi - Kolodiy - Vovchysk - / M-07 / - Komarove - Roznychi - / P-14 (on the section from the village Kostiukhnivka to the M-07 road)- from km 8 + 700 to km 9 + 200 and from km 9 + 700 to km 26 + 000. Dans le cadre de la préparation du projet, les partenaires ont identifié les défis communs suivants: — le mauvais état des infrastructures routières, — l’accès difficile à des lieux touristiques précieux de valeur historique, — le long temps de trajet, — l’augmentation des émissions de fumées dans l’environnement. Bei der Vorbereitung des Projekts haben die Partner die folgenden gemeinsamen Herausforderungen ermittelt: — der schlechte Zustand der Straßeninfrastruktur, – schwieriger Zugang zu wertvollen touristischen Orten von historischem Wert, – lange Reisezeit, – erhöhte Emissionen von Dämpfen in die Umwelt. Die Partner werden die oben genannten Probleme lösen, die das Hauptziel des Projekts erfüllen: Verbesserung der Verkehrsanbindung der grenzübergreifenden Regionen durch Modernisierung der lokalen Straßen. Dadurch wird die räumliche Zugänglichkeit der grenzübergreifenden Gebiete verbessert und die wirtschaftliche Attraktivität dieser Gebiete sowie die Attraktivität für den Tourismus erhöht. Die wichtigsten Produkte des Projekts sind modernisierte Straßen mit einer Gesamtlänge von 23,613 km (15.983 in der Ukraine und 7,63 in Polen). Ter voorbereiding van het project hebben de partners de volgende gemeenschappelijke uitdagingen vastgesteld: — de slechte staat van de wegeninfrastructuur, — moeilijke toegang tot waardevolle toeristische plaatsen van historische waarde, — lange reistijd, — verhoogde uitstoot van dampen in het milieu. De partners gaan bovenstaande problemen oplossen om het hoofddoel van het project te verwezenlijken: verbetering van de toegankelijkheid van het vervoer in de grensregio’s door de modernisering van de lokale wegen. In preparazione del progetto i partner hanno individuato le seguenti sfide comuni: — le cattive condizioni delle infrastrutture stradali, — difficile accesso a luoghi turistici di valore storico, — lunghi tempi di percorrenza, — aumento delle emissioni di fumi nell'ambiente. I partner risolveranno i problemi di cui sopra raggiungendo l'obiettivo principale del progetto: migliorare l'accessibilità dei trasporti nelle regioni transfrontaliere attraverso l'ammodernamento delle strade locali. En la preparación del proyecto, los socios han identificado los siguientes retos comunes: — el mal estado de las infraestructuras viarias, — el difícil acceso a lugares turísticos valiosos de valor histórico, — el largo tiempo de viaje, — el aumento de las emisiones de humos al medio ambiente. Los Socios van a resolver los problemas anteriores cumpliendo con el objetivo principal del proyecto: mejorar la accesibilidad del transporte de las regiones transfronterizas mediante la modernización de las carreteras locales.
