Due to significant distance from urban areas both partner regions contend with marginalisation as they are unattractive for investors. The project will contribute to improving connections between the regions, influencing the attractiveness of the region and it will have an impact on economic growth as well as on socio-economic coherence in the cultural, social and economic areas. The main outcome of the project is reconstructing County road on the polish side in a distance of 4,40 km as well as the road on the Belarusian side in a distance of 5,100 km. The roads lead directly to Sławatycze-Domaczewo border crossing. The project implementation will enable communication between the Polish and Belarusian communities of Biała Podlaska County and Brest Region, which will contribute to the comfort of travelling and will shorthen travel time for emergency services or other vehicles. As a result of implementing the investment, the use of already existing road infrastructure will be improved. Implementing modernisation of the roads will help residents to use appropriately their means of transport. The action of improving the technical state of the roads as well as load-carrying capacities and width will ensure the comfort of travelling for those who choose the alternative access to border crossings in Terespol, Kukuryki and Sławatycze and neighbouring towns and villages, thus omitting overloaded with traffic national road No. 2. Cross-border cooperation focuses on the improvement of traffic connections and, in this way, it will increase social-economic coherence in the partner regions. In the framework of the project it is planned to build a common platform for exchanging know-how and experience in terms of maintenance management of road infrastructure. (Polish)

En raison de l’écart important par rapport aux zones urbaines, les deux régions partenaires sont marginalisées car elles ne sont pas attrayantes pour les investisseurs. Le projet contribuera à améliorer les liens entre les régions, influençant l’attractivité de la région et aura un impact sur la croissance économique ainsi que sur la cohérence socio-économique dans les domaines culturel, social et économique. Le principal résultat du projet est la reconstruction de la route du comté du côté poli sur une distance de 4,40 km ainsi que la route du côté bélarussien à une distance de 5,100 km. Les routes mènent directement au poste frontière de Sławatycze-Domaczewo. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra la communication entre les communautés polonaise et biélorusse du comté de Biała Podlaska et de la région de Brest, ce qui contribuera au confort des déplacements et réduira le temps de trajet pour les services d’urgence ou d’autres véhicules. La mise en œuvre de l’investissement permettra d’améliorer l’utilisation des infrastructures routières existantes. La mise en œuvre de la modernisation des routes aidera les habitants à utiliser leurs moyens de transport de manière appropriée. L’action visant à améliorer l’état technique des routes ainsi que les capacités et la largeur de charge assurera le confort des déplacements pour ceux qui choisissent l’accès alternatif aux points de passage frontaliers de Terespol, de Kukucze et des villes et villages voisins, en omettant ainsi de surcharger la route nationale no 2. La coopération transfrontalière est axée sur l’amélioration des liaisons routières et, de cette manière, elle renforcera la cohérence socio-économique dans les régions partenaires. Dans le cadre du projet, il est prévu de construire une plate-forme commune pour l’échange de savoir-faire et d’expériences en matière de gestion de l’entretien des infrastructures routières. Aufgrund der erheblichen Entfernung von städtischen Gebieten sind beide Partnerregionen mit Marginalisierung verbunden, da sie für Investoren unattraktiv sind. Das Projekt wird dazu beitragen, die Verbindungen zwischen den Regionen zu verbessern, die Attraktivität der Region zu beeinflussen und Auswirkungen auf das Wirtschaftswachstum sowie auf die sozioökonomische Kohärenz in den kulturellen, sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Gebieten zu haben. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist die Rekonstruktion der Landstraße auf der polnischen Seite in einer Entfernung von 4,40 km sowie die Straße auf der belarussischen Seite in einer Entfernung von 5,100 km. Die Straßen führen direkt zum Grenzübergang Sławatycze-Domaczewo. Die Projektdurchführung wird die Kommunikation zwischen den polnischen und belarussischen Gemeinden des Kreises Biała Podlaska und der Region Brest ermöglichen, was zum Komfort der Reisen beitragen und die Reisezeit für Notdienste oder andere Fahrzeuge verkürzen wird. Durch die Umsetzung der Investitionen wird die Nutzung bereits vorhandener Straßeninfrastrukturen verbessert. Die Modernisierung der Straßen wird den Bewohnern helfen, ihre Verkehrsmittel angemessen zu nutzen. Die Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des technischen Zustands der Straßen sowie der Ladungstransportkapazitäten und -breiten werden für diejenigen sorgen, die sich für den alternativen Zugang zu den Grenzübergängen in Terespol, Kukucze und benachbarten Städten und Dörfern entscheiden, wodurch eine Überlastung der nationalen Verkehrsstraße Nr. 2 vermieden wird. Die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit konzentriert sich auf die Verbesserung der Verkehrsverbindungen und wird auf diese Weise die soziale und wirtschaftliche Kohärenz in den Partnerregionen erhöhen. Im Rahmen des Projekts soll eine gemeinsame Plattform für den Austausch von Know-how und Erfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltungsmanagement der Straßeninfrastruktur aufgebaut werden. (German)

Vanwege de aanzienlijke afstand tot stedelijke gebieden sluiten beide partnerregio’s zich aan met marginalisering, aangezien zij voor investeerders onaantrekkelijk zijn. Het project zal bijdragen tot de verbetering van de verbindingen tussen de regio’s, waardoor de aantrekkelijkheid van de regio wordt beïnvloed, en zal een impact hebben op de economische groei en de sociaaleconomische samenhang in de culturele, sociale en economische gebieden. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is Reconstructing County Road aan de Poolse kant op een afstand van 4,40 km, evenals de weg aan de Wit-Russische kant in een afstand van 5,100 km. De wegen leiden rechtstreeks naar de grensovergang Sławatycze-Domaczewo. De uitvoering van het project zal communicatie mogelijk maken tussen de Poolse en Belarussische gemeenschappen van het district Biała Podlaska en de regio Brest, wat zal bijdragen tot het comfort van reizen en de reistijd voor noodhulpdiensten of andere voertuigen zal verkorten. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van de investering zal het gebruik van reeds bestaande wegeninfrastructuur worden verbeterd. De modernisering van de wegen zal de bewoners helpen hun vervoermiddelen op de juiste wijze te gebruiken. De actie ter verbetering van de technische toestand van de wegen en van de laadcapaciteit en de breedte zal het comfort van reizen waarborgen voor degenen die kiezen voor de alternatieve toegang tot grensovergangen in Terespol, Kukucze en naburige steden en dorpen, waardoor overbelaste nationale weg nr. 2 achterwege blijft. Grensoverschrijdende samenwerking is gericht op de verbetering van de verkeersverbindingen en zal op die manier de sociaal-economische samenhang in de partnerregio’s vergroten. In het kader van het project is het de bedoeling een gemeenschappelijk platform op te zetten voor de uitwisseling van knowhow en ervaring op het gebied van onderhoudsbeheer van wegeninfrastructuur. A causa della notevole distanza dalle aree urbane, entrambe le regioni partner contano con l'emarginazione in quanto non attraenti per gli investitori. Il progetto contribuirà a migliorare i collegamenti tra le regioni, influenzando l'attrattiva della regione e avrà un impatto sulla crescita economica e sulla coerenza socioeconomica nelle aree culturali, sociali ed economiche. Il risultato principale del progetto è la ricostruzione della strada della contea sul lato polacco a una distanza di 4,40 km e la strada sul lato bielorusso in una distanza di 5,100 km. Le strade conducono direttamente al valico di frontiera di Sławatycze-Domaczewo. L'attuazione del progetto consentirà la comunicazione tra le comunità polacche e bielorusse della contea di Biała Podlaska e della regione di Brest, che contribuirà al comfort dei viaggi e ridurrà il tempo di viaggio per i servizi di emergenza o altri veicoli. Grazie all'attuazione degli investimenti sarà migliorato l'uso delle infrastrutture stradali già esistenti. L'ammodernamento delle strade aiuterà i residenti a utilizzare adeguatamente i loro mezzi di trasporto. L'azione volta a migliorare lo stato tecnico delle strade nonché le capacità di carico e la larghezza garantirà il comfort di viaggiare per coloro che scelgono l'accesso alternativo ai valichi di frontiera a Terespol, Kukucze e città e villaggi limitrofi, omettendo così il sovraccarico della strada nazionale n. 2. La cooperazione transfrontaliera si concentra sul miglioramento dei collegamenti di traffico e, in tal modo, aumenterà la coerenza socioeconomica nelle regioni partner. Nell'ambito del progetto si prevede di costruire una piattaforma comune per lo scambio di know-how ed esperienze in materia di gestione della manutenzione delle infrastrutture stradali. (Italian)

Debido a la distancia significativa de las zonas urbanas, ambas regiones asociadas se enfrentan a la marginación, ya que son poco atractivas para los inversores. El proyecto contribuirá a mejorar las conexiones entre las regiones, influyendo en el atractivo de la región y tendrá un impacto en el crecimiento económico, así como en la coherencia socioeconómica en los ámbitos cultural, social y económico. El principal resultado del proyecto es la reconstrucción de la carretera del condado en el lado polaco en una distancia de 4,40 km, así como la carretera en el lado bielorruso en una distancia de 5,100 km. Las carreteras conducen directamente al cruce fronterizo de Sławatycze-Domaczewo. La ejecución del proyecto permitirá la comunicación entre las comunidades polaca y bielorrusa del condado de Biała Podlaska y la región de Brest, lo que contribuirá a la comodidad de viajar y reducirá el tiempo de viaje para los servicios de emergencia u otros vehículos. Como resultado de la ejecución de la inversión, se mejorará el uso de infraestructuras viarias ya existentes. La puesta en marcha de la modernización de las carreteras ayudará a los residentes a utilizar adecuadamente sus medios de transporte. La acción de mejorar el estado técnico de las carreteras, así como la capacidad de carga y la anchura garantizará la comodidad de viajar para aquellos que elijan el acceso alternativo a los cruces fronterizos en Terespol, Kukucze y las ciudades y aldeas vecinas, omitiendo así la sobrecarga de la carretera nacional de tráfico n.º 2. La cooperación transfronteriza se centra en la mejora de las conexiones de tráfico y, de este modo, aumentará la coherencia socioeconómica en las regiones asociadas. En el marco del proyecto está previsto construir una plataforma común para el intercambio de conocimientos técnicos y experiencia en materia de gestión del mantenimiento de las infraestructuras viarias.
