The area of the project precisely Schuchyn municipality (PL) City Kovel (UA) and Shchuchyn region (BY) has enormous cultural diversity and many historical sites with valuable natural areas. Unfortunately, at present there is no sufficiently large infrastructure to cultivate a multi-ethnic, multi-religious and multicultural structure as a result of the area. At the same time it is becoming increasingly low interest of young generations in cultivating local traditions with a strong influence of Western culture. The challenge faced by the project partners is to strengthen cultural connections and present the richness and diversity of the border area for wide group of customers thus increasing the attractiveness of the image of the entire region. The project partners set themselves the goal of creating a center of cultural promotion in the form of cross-border amphitheaters with a comprehensive cultural offer including art, folklore, science, literature, painting, theater, crafts. Insufficient funds in the partners’ budgets is the significant barrier. The beneficiaries of the project will be thousands of visitors of Schuchyn municipality (PL) City Kovel (UA) and Shchuchyn region (BY) Indirect beneficiary will be the local population (over 130 thousand people) who find jobs in tourism (shops, catering, sale of souvenirs and local products, creation of accommodation and other tourist attractions as the enrichment of the offer). Implementation of the project will have a cross-border nature, necessary to protect the valuable cultural heritage of the border area. Working with partners from PL BY UA is a condition for project success in building a common strategy for cooperation, basing on newly created products promoting cultural heritage. Strong commitment to the three parties will contribute to increasing the attractiveness of the region which will result in the increased number of tourists and economic development. (Polish)

La zone du projet précisément la municipalité de Schuchyn (PL) ville de Kovel (UA) et la région de Shchuchyn (BY) a une énorme diversité culturelle et de nombreux sites historiques avec des zones naturelles précieuses. Malheureusement, à l’heure actuelle, il n’existe pas d’infrastructure suffisamment grande pour cultiver une structure multiethnique, multireligieuse et multiculturelle en raison de la région. Dans le même temps, il devient de plus en plus peu intéressé par les jeunes générations à cultiver les traditions locales avec une forte influence de la culture occidentale. Le défi que doivent relever les partenaires du projet est de renforcer les liens culturels et de présenter la richesse et la diversité de la zone frontalière pour un large groupe de clients, augmentant ainsi l’attractivité de l’image de l’ensemble de la région. Les partenaires du projet se sont fixé pour objectif de créer un centre de promotion culturelle sous la forme d’amphithéâtres transfrontaliers avec une offre culturelle complète comprenant l’art, le folklore, la science, la littérature, la peinture, le théâtre, l’artisanat. Le manque de fonds dans les budgets des partenaires est l’obstacle important. Les bénéficiaires du projet seront des milliers de visiteurs de la municipalité de Schuchyn (PL) de la ville de Kovel (UA) et de la région de Shchuchyn (BY) Le bénéficiaire indirect sera la population locale (plus de 130 000 personnes) qui trouvent des emplois dans le tourisme (boutiques, restauration, vente de souvenirs et de produits locaux, création d’hébergement et autres attractions touristiques comme l’enrichissement de l’offre). La mise en œuvre du projet aura un caractère transfrontalier, nécessaire à la protection du patrimoine culturel précieux de la zone frontalière. Travailler avec des partenaires de PL BY UA est une condition de la réussite du projet dans l’élaboration d’une stratégie commune de coopération, fondée sur des produits nouvellement créés promouvant le patrimoine culturel. Un engagement ferme envers les trois parties contribuera à accroître l’attractivité de la région, ce qui se traduira par une augmentation du nombre de touristes et du développement économique. Das Projektgebiet gerade Schuchyn Gemeinde (PL) City Kovel (UA) und Shchuchyn Region (BY) hat eine enorme kulturelle Vielfalt und viele historische Stätten mit wertvollen Naturgebieten. Leider gibt es derzeit keine ausreichend große Infrastruktur, um eine multiethnische, multireligiöse und multikulturelle Struktur als Folge des Gebiets zu kultivieren. Gleichzeitig wird das Interesse junger Generationen immer geringer, lokale Traditionen mit einem starken Einfluss der westlichen Kultur zu kultivieren. Die Herausforderung der Projektpartner besteht darin, die kulturellen Verbindungen zu stärken und den Reichtum und die Vielfalt des Grenzgebiets für eine breite Kundengruppe darzustellen und so die Attraktivität des Images der gesamten Region zu erhöhen. Die Projektpartner setzten sich zum Ziel, ein Zentrum der kulturellen Förderung in Form von grenzübergreifenden Amphitheatern mit einem umfassenden kulturellen Angebot zu schaffen, einschließlich Kunst, Folklore, Wissenschaft, Literatur, Malerei, Theater, Kunsthandwerk. Unzureichende Mittel in den Haushalten der Partner stellen das erhebliche Hindernis dar. Begünstigte des Projekts sind Tausende von Besuchern der Gemeinde Schuchyn (PL) Stadt Kovel (UA) und der Region Shchuchyn (BY) Indirekte Begünstigte sind die lokale Bevölkerung (über 130 Tausend Menschen), die Arbeitsplätze im Tourismus finden (Shops, Catering, Verkauf von Souvenirs und lokalen Produkten, Schaffung von Unterkünften und anderen touristischen Attraktionen als Bereicherung des Angebots). Die Durchführung des Projekts wird einen grenzüberschreitenden Charakter haben, der zum Schutz des wertvollen kulturellen Erbes des Grenzgebiets erforderlich ist. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern von PL BY UA ist eine Voraussetzung für den Projekterfolg beim Aufbau einer gemeinsamen Strategie für die Zusammenarbeit auf der Grundlage neu geschaffener Produkte zur Förderung des kulturellen Erbes. Ein starkes Engagement für die drei Parteien wird dazu beitragen, die Attraktivität der Region zu erhöhen, was zu einer Zunahme der Touristenzahlen und der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung führen wird. Het gebied van het project precies Schuchyn gemeente (PL) City Kovel (UA) en Shchuchyn regio (BY) heeft een enorme culturele diversiteit en vele historische sites met waardevolle natuurgebieden. Helaas is er op dit moment geen voldoende grote infrastructuur om als gevolg van het gebied een multi-etnische, multireligieuze en multiculturele structuur te ontwikkelen. Tegelijkertijd wordt het steeds minder belangstelling van jonge generaties voor het cultiveren van lokale tradities met een sterke invloed van de westerse cultuur. De uitdaging voor de projectpartners is het versterken van de culturele banden en het presenteren van de rijkdom en diversiteit van het grensgebied voor een brede groep klanten, waardoor het imago van de hele regio aantrekkelijker wordt. De projectpartners hebben zich ten doel gesteld een centrum van culturele promotie te creëren in de vorm van grensoverschrijdende amfitheaters met een uitgebreid cultureel aanbod waaronder kunst, folklore, wetenschap, literatuur, schilderkunst, theater, ambachten. Onvoldoende middelen in de begrotingen van de partners vormen een belangrijke belemmering. De begunstigden van het project zijn duizenden bezoekers van de gemeente Schuchyn (PL) City Kovel (UA) en de regio Shchuchyn (BY) Indirect begunstigde zijn de lokale bevolking (meer dan 130.000 mensen) die een baan vinden in het toerisme (winkels, catering, verkoop van souvenirs en lokale producten, het creëren van accommodatie en andere toeristische attracties als verrijking van het aanbod). De uitvoering van het project zal een grensoverschrijdend karakter hebben dat noodzakelijk is om het waardevolle culturele erfgoed van het grensgebied te beschermen. Samenwerken met partners van PL BY UA is een voorwaarde voor projectsucces bij het opbouwen van een gemeenschappelijke samenwerkingsstrategie, gebaseerd op nieuw gecreëerde producten ter bevordering van cultureel erfgoed. Een sterke inzet voor de drie partijen zal bijdragen tot het vergroten van de aantrekkelijkheid van de regio, wat zal leiden tot een toename van het aantal toeristen en economische ontwikkeling. L'area del progetto precisamente il comune di Schuchyn (PL) City Kovel (UA) e la regione di Shchuchyn (BY) ha un'enorme diversità culturale e molti siti storici con preziose aree naturali. Purtroppo, al momento, non esiste un'infrastruttura sufficientemente grande da coltivare una struttura multietnica, multireligiosa e multiculturale come risultato dell'area. Allo stesso tempo sta diventando sempre più debole l'interesse delle giovani generazioni a coltivare tradizioni locali con una forte influenza della cultura occidentale. La sfida che i partner del progetto devono affrontare è rafforzare i legami culturali e presentare la ricchezza e la diversità dell'area di confine per un ampio gruppo di clienti, aumentando così l'attrattiva dell'immagine dell'intera regione. I partner del progetto si prefiggono l'obiettivo di creare un centro di promozione culturale sotto forma di anfiteatri transfrontalieri con un'offerta culturale completa che comprende arte, folclore, scienza, letteratura, pittura, teatro, artigianato. L'insufficienza di fondi nei bilanci dei partner costituisce l'ostacolo significativo. I beneficiari del progetto saranno migliaia di visitatori del comune di Schuchyn (PL) City Kovel (UA) e della regione di Shchuchyn (BY) Il beneficiario indiretto sarà la popolazione locale (oltre 130 mila persone) che trova lavoro nel turismo (negozi, ristorazione, vendita di souvenir e prodotti locali, creazione di alloggi e altre attrazioni turistiche come l'arricchimento dell'offerta). L'attuazione del progetto avrà carattere transfrontaliero, necessario per proteggere il prezioso patrimonio culturale della zona di frontiera. Lavorare con i partner di PL BY UA è una condizione per il successo del progetto nella costruzione di una strategia comune di cooperazione, sulla base di prodotti di nuova creazione che promuovono il patrimonio culturale. Un forte impegno nei confronti delle tre parti contribuirà ad aumentare l'attrattiva della regione, il che comporterà un aumento del numero di turisti e dello sviluppo economico. (Italian)

El área del proyecto precisamente el municipio de Schuchyn (PL) City Kovel (UA) y la región de Shchuchyn (BY) tiene una enorme diversidad cultural y muchos sitios históricos con áreas naturales valiosas. Lamentablemente, en la actualidad no existe una infraestructura lo suficientemente grande como para cultivar una estructura multiétnica, multirreligiosa y multicultural como resultado de la zona. Al mismo tiempo, se está convirtiendo en un interés cada vez más bajo de las generaciones jóvenes en cultivar tradiciones locales con una fuerte influencia de la cultura occidental. El reto al que se enfrentan los socios del proyecto es fortalecer las conexiones culturales y presentar la riqueza y diversidad de la zona fronteriza para un amplio grupo de clientes, aumentando así el atractivo de la imagen de toda la región. Los socios del proyecto se fijaron el objetivo de crear un centro de promoción cultural en forma de anfiteatros transfronterizos con una oferta cultural integral que incluye arte, folclore, ciencia, literatura, pintura, teatro, artesanía. La falta de fondos en los presupuestos de los socios es el obstáculo significativo. Los beneficiarios del proyecto serán miles de visitantes del municipio de Schuchyn (PL) City Kovel (UA) y la región de Shchuchyn (BY) Beneficiario indirecto será la población local (más de 130 mil personas) que encuentre empleo en el turismo (tiendas, restauración, venta de recuerdos y productos locales, creación de alojamiento y otras atracciones turísticas como el enriquecimiento de la oferta). La ejecución del proyecto tendrá un carácter transfronterizo, necesario para proteger el valioso patrimonio cultural de la zona fronteriza. Trabajar con socios de PL BY UA es una condición para el éxito del proyecto en la construcción de una estrategia común de cooperación, basándose en productos recién creados que promueven el patrimonio cultural.
