The overall objective of the project is the promotion of the culture heritage among inhabitants and tourists visiting Krosno and Uzhgorod in order to increase the awareness and the interst of history of both regions. The abovementioned objective will be implemented by creating short animation and film presenting the culture heritage of both towns of Polish-Ukrainian borderland in an easy, accessible and interesting way. The project implementation will contribute to increasing the interest of target groups in a rich cultural heritage of Krosno and Uzhgorod. The project planned for implementation is to contribute to increasing society’s awareness of the culture heritage in the Carpathian region, and in particular in the area of partner towns by presenting it in an attractive form. The implementation of these objectives will be possible due to numerous activities performed by all project partners, including the creation of short promotional animation and film, in which young people from Krosno and Uzhgorod will be involved. The creation of animations and film inPoland and Ukraine will enable to present the culture and history heritage of both partner towns presenting their values and uniqueness in a new and attractive format. Implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the awareness of residents in this area, also by the creation of a common publication, in which the whole process of animation and film making and the most important elements of the cultural and historical heritage of partner towns will be presented, demonstrating their identity. The implementation of the project will produce benefits among residents and tourists visiting Krosno and Uzhgorod. A common project implementation will allow to exchange the experiences in promotion of local culture and preservation of historical heritage, a comparative analysis in these areas, as well as to undertake appropriative activities aiming to increase of attractiveness of both cities (Polish)

L’objectif général du projet est la promotion du patrimoine culturel auprès des habitants et des touristes visitant Krosno et Uzhgorod afin de sensibiliser et d’approfondir l’histoire des deux régions. L’objectif susmentionné sera mis en œuvre par la création de courts métrages d’animation et de films présentant le patrimoine culturel des deux villes de la frontière entre la Pologne et l’Ukraine d’une manière facile, accessible et intéressante. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à accroître l’intérêt des groupes cibles pour un riche patrimoine culturel de Krosno et d’Uzhgorod. Le projet dont la mise en œuvre est prévue vise à contribuer à accroître la sensibilisation de la société au patrimoine culturel de la région des Carpates, et en particulier dans le domaine des villes partenaires, en le présentant sous une forme attrayante. La réalisation de ces objectifs sera possible grâce à de nombreuses activités menées par tous les partenaires du projet, y compris la création d’animations et de films promotionnels courts, auxquels participeront des jeunes de Krosno et d’Uzhgorod. La création d’animations et de films en Pologne et en Ukraine permettra de présenter le patrimoine culturel et historique des deux villes partenaires présentant leurs valeurs et leur caractère unique dans un format nouveau et attrayant. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à accroître la sensibilisation des habitants de cette région, notamment par la création d’une publication commune, dans laquelle seront présentés l’ensemble du processus d’animation et de réalisation cinématographique et les éléments les plus importants du patrimoine culturel et historique des villes partenaires, démontrant leur identité. La mise en œuvre du projet aura des retombées positives pour les résidents et les touristes visitant Krosno et Uzhgorod. Une mise en œuvre commune du projet permettra d’échanger les expériences en matière de promotion de la culture locale et de préservation du patrimoine historique, une analyse comparative dans ces domaines, ainsi que d’entreprendre des activités appropriées visant à accroître l’attractivité des deux villes. Das übergeordnete Ziel des Projekts ist die Förderung des kulturellen Erbes unter den Bewohnern und Touristen, die Krosno und Uzhgorod besuchen, um das Bewusstsein und die Interst der Geschichte beider Regionen zu stärken. Das oben genannte Ziel wird durch die Schaffung von Kurzfilmen und Filmen umgesetzt, die das kulturelle Erbe beider Städte polnisch-ukrainisches Grenzland auf einfache, zugängliche und interessante Weise darstellen. Die Projektdurchführung wird dazu beitragen, das Interesse der Zielgruppen an einem reichen Kulturerbe von Krosno und Uzhgorod zu erhöhen. Das für die Umsetzung geplante Projekt soll dazu beitragen, die Gesellschaft für das kulturelle Erbe in der Karpatenregion und insbesondere im Bereich der Partnerstädte zu sensibilisieren, indem es in attraktiver Form präsentiert wird. Die Umsetzung dieser Ziele wird aufgrund zahlreicher Aktivitäten aller Projektpartner möglich sein, einschließlich der Schaffung von kurzen Werbeanimationen und Filmen, an denen junge Menschen aus Krosno und Uzhgorod beteiligt werden. Die Schaffung von Animationen und Filmen in Polen und der Ukraine wird es ermöglichen, die Kultur und das historische Erbe beider Partnerstädte zu präsentieren, die ihre Werte und Einzigartigkeit in einem neuen und attraktiven Format präsentieren. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, das Bewusstsein der Bewohner in diesem Bereich zu stärken, auch durch die Schaffung einer gemeinsamen Publikation, in der der gesamte Prozess der Animation und des Filmmachens und die wichtigsten Elemente des kulturellen und historischen Erbes der Partnerstädte vorgestellt werden, um ihre Identität zu veranschaulichen. De algemene doelstelling van het project is de bevordering van het cultureel erfgoed onder inwoners en toeristen die Krosno en Uzhgorod bezoeken om het bewustzijn en de interstudeergeschiedenis van beide regio’s te vergroten. Bovengenoemde doelstelling zal worden verwezenlijkt door korte animatie en film te creëren waarin het cultureel erfgoed van beide steden van Pools-Oekraïense grensgebied op een gemakkelijke, toegankelijke en interessante manier wordt gepresenteerd. De uitvoering van het project zal bijdragen tot het vergroten van de belangstelling van doelgroepen voor een rijk cultureel erfgoed van Krosno en Uzhgorod. Het project is bedoeld om bij te dragen aan de bewustmaking van de samenleving ten aanzien van het cultureel erfgoed in de Karpaten, en met name op het gebied van partnersteden, door het in een aantrekkelijke vorm te presenteren. De verwezenlijking van deze doelstellingen zal mogelijk zijn vanwege tal van activiteiten die door alle projectpartners worden uitgevoerd, waaronder de creatie van korte promotieanimatie en -film, waarbij jongeren uit Krosno en Uzhgorod zullen worden betrokken. De creatie van animaties en film inPolen en Oekraïne zal het mogelijk maken om de cultuur en geschiedenis erfgoed van beide partnersteden presenteren hun waarden en uniciteit in een nieuw en aantrekkelijk formaat. De uitvoering van het project zal bijdragen tot het vergroten van het bewustzijn van de bewoners in dit gebied, onder meer door het creëren van een gemeenschappelijke publicatie, waarin het hele proces van animatie en filmmaken en de belangrijkste elementen van het culturele en historische erfgoed van partnersteden worden gepresenteerd, waarbij hun identiteit wordt aangetoond. De uitvoering van het project zal voordelen opleveren voor bewoners en toeristen die Krosno en Uzhgorod bezoeken. L'obiettivo generale del progetto è la promozione del patrimonio culturale tra gli abitanti e i turisti in visita a Krosno e Uzhgorod al fine di aumentare la consapevolezza e l'intersta della storia di entrambe le regioni. L'obiettivo di cui sopra sarà realizzato creando cortometraggi d'animazione e film che presentino il patrimonio culturale di entrambe le città del confine polacco-ucraino in modo facile, accessibile e interessante. L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà ad aumentare l'interesse dei gruppi destinatari per un ricco patrimonio culturale di Krosno e Uzhgorod. Il progetto previsto per l'attuazione è inteso a contribuire ad accrescere la consapevolezza della società sul patrimonio culturale della regione dei Carpazi, in particolare nell'area delle città partner, presentandolo in una forma attraente. L'attuazione di questi obiettivi sarà possibile grazie alle numerose attività svolte da tutti i partner del progetto, tra cui la creazione di brevi animazioni promozionali e film, in cui saranno coinvolti giovani di Krosno e Uzhgorod. La creazione di animazioni e film in Polonia e Ucraina permetterà di presentare il patrimonio culturale e storico di entrambe le città partner presentando i loro valori e unicità in un formato nuovo e attraente. L'attuazione del progetto contribuirà ad accrescere la consapevolezza dei residenti in questo settore, anche attraverso la creazione di una pubblicazione comune, in cui saranno presentati l'intero processo di animazione e produzione cinematografica e gli elementi più importanti del patrimonio culturale e storico delle città partner, dimostrando la loro identità. L'attuazione del progetto produrrà benefici tra i residenti e i turisti che visitano Krosno e Uzhgorod. El objetivo general del proyecto es la promoción del patrimonio cultural entre los habitantes y turistas que visitan Krosno y Uzhgorod con el fin de aumentar la conciencia y la intersección de la historia de ambas regiones. El objetivo antes mencionado se llevará a cabo mediante la creación de cortometrajes de animación y películas que presenten el patrimonio cultural de ambas ciudades de la frontera polaco-ucraniana de una manera fácil, accesible e interesante. La ejecución del proyecto contribuirá a aumentar el interés de los grupos destinatarios por un rico patrimonio cultural de Krosno y Uzhgorod. El proyecto previsto para su ejecución contribuirá a aumentar la sensibilización de la sociedad sobre el patrimonio cultural en la región de los Cárpatos y, en particular, en el ámbito de las ciudades asociadas, presentándolo de forma atractiva. La consecución de estos objetivos será posible gracias a las numerosas actividades realizadas por todos los socios del proyecto, incluida la creación de cortometrajes de animación promocional y películas, en las que participarán jóvenes de Krosno y Uzhgorod. La creación de animaciones y películas enPolonia y Ucrania permitirá presentar la cultura y el patrimonio histórico de ambas ciudades asociadas presentando sus valores y singularidad en un formato nuevo y atractivo. La ejecución del proyecto contribuirá a aumentar la sensibilización de los residentes en esta zona, también mediante la creación de una publicación común, en la que se expondrá todo el proceso de animación y realización cinematográfica y los elementos más importantes del patrimonio cultural e histórico de las ciudades asociadas, demostrando su identidad. La ejecución del proyecto producirá beneficios entre los residentes y turistas que visitan Krosno y Uzhgorod. Una ejecución común del proyecto permitirá intercambiar experiencias en la promoción de la cultura local y la preservación del patrimonio histórico, un análisis comparativo en estas áreas, así como emprender actividades apropiadas destinadas a aumentar el atractivo de ambas ciudades.
