Předmětem projektu je zavedení telematiky ve společnosti ČSAD Havířov a.s. a modernizace odbavovacích a platebních systémů. Žadatel chce projektem zvýšit atraktivitu veřejné dopravy a zastavit trend klesajícího počtu cestujících. Zároveň si Žadatel uvědomuje nutnost přizpůsobovat veřejnou dopravu i osobám nevidomým a slabozrakým (v rámci projektu dojde i k instalaci akustického informačního systému na autobusovém nádraží v Havířově). The applicant wants to increase the attractiveness of public transport through the project and stop the trend of declining passenger numbers. At the same time, the applicant is aware of the need to adapt public transport to the blind and weak-sighted (the project will also include the installation of an acoustic information system at the bus station in Havířov). La requérante a l’intention d’accroître l’attractivité des transports publics et de stopper la tendance à la baisse du nombre de passagers par le biais du projet. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Einführung der Telematik in ČSAD Havířov a.s. und die Modernisierung der Check-in- und Zahlungssysteme. Die Klägerin beabsichtigt, die Attraktivität des öffentlichen Verkehrs zu erhöhen und den Trend der sinkenden Fahrgastzahlen durch das Projekt zu stoppen. Gleichzeitig ist sich der Antragsteller bewusst, dass der öffentliche Verkehr an blinde und schwachsichtige Personen angepasst werden muss (das Projekt umfasst auch die Installation eines akustischen Informationssystems am Busbahnhof in Havířov). A felperes növelni kívánja a tömegközlekedés vonzerejét a projekten keresztül, és meg kívánja állítani az utasszám csökkenésének tendenciáját.
