Le projet pour la Communauté de Communes Comtal Lot et Truyère est de garantir un itinéraire sécurisé, accessible et confortable sur la portion "St Côme d Olt - Estaing" inscrit au Patrimoine mondial de l UNESCO en déplaçant 2 portions, une à Bessuejouls et l autre à Espalion, et en rendant praticable quel que soit la météo une troisième portion, entre St Côme et Coste Vieille. L’opération portera également sur la création d une œuvre d art refuge dans le cadre du projet Fenêtres sur le paysage : itinéraire artistique et culturel sur le GR®65 en partenariat avec l association « Derrière le Hublot » et l Agence des Chemins de Compostelle.
