Projekt je zaměřen na zajištění akceschopnosti složek KŘP Khk (součást PČR-jedné ze složek IZS) k řešení rizik a katastrof i v podmínkách mimořádných událostí způsobených klimatickými změnami či haváriemi nebezpeč. látek v exponovaném území.Zajištěním energetické soběstačnosti služebny bude zajištěna její kontinuální připravenost k nasazení a podmínky pro samotné fungování a rychlý výjezd jednotek OOP Úpice během mimořádných událostí k ochraně zdraví a majetku a zajištění bezpečnosti obyvatel. Le projet vise à garantir la capacité opérationnelle des composantes K’P KHK (qui font partie de la police tchèque — l’une des composantes de l’IRS) pour faire face aux risques et aux catastrophes, même dans des situations d’urgence causées par des changements climatiques ou des accidents de substances dangereuses dans la zone exposée. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Betriebskapazität der KŘP KHK-Komponenten (Teil der tschechischen Polizei – einer der Komponenten des IRS) zur Bewältigung von Risiken und Katastrophen auch bei Notfällen, die durch klimatische Veränderungen oder Unfälle gefährlicher Stoffe im exponierten Gebiet verursacht werden, zu gewährleisten. Durch die Gewährleistung der Energieautarkie des Serviceraums wird es seine kontinuierliche Einsatzbereitschaft und Bedingungen für den Betrieb und den schnellen Ausstieg der Einheiten der PLO Úpice in Notfällen zum Schutz von Gesundheit und Eigentum und zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der Bewohner gewährleisten. Het project is gericht op het waarborgen van de operationele capaciteit van KрP KHK-componenten (onderdeel van de Tsjechische politie — een van de componenten van de IRS) om risico’s en rampen te bestrijden, zelfs in noodsituaties als gevolg van klimaatverandering of ongevallen met gevaarlijke stoffen in het blootgestelde gebied.
