V rámci projektu Podnikové vzdělávání zaměstnanců dojde k realizaci školení zaměstnanců společnosti OG Soft. Tato školení povedou ke zvýšení úrovně znalostí, kompetencí a dovedností pracovníků. Celkem bude do projektu zapojeno 25 účastníků, přičemž 4 z nich jsou zaměstnanci ve věku nad 54 let. Díky projektu dojde k souladu kvalifikační úrovně pracovní síly s požadavky trhu práce. (Czech)

A total of 25 participants will be involved in the project, of which 4 are employees over the age of 54. Dans le cadre du projet de formation des employés aux entreprises, la formation des employés d’OG Soft sera assurée. Ces formations entraîneront une augmentation du niveau de connaissances, de compétences et d’aptitudes des travailleurs. Diese Schulungen werden zu einem Anstieg des Wissens, der Kompetenzen und der Fähigkeiten der Arbeitnehmer führen. Insgesamt 25 Teilnehmer werden an dem Projekt beteiligt sein, von denen 4 Mitarbeiter über 54 Jahre alt sind. Mit dem Projekt wird das Qualifikationsniveau der Arbeitskräfte an die Erfordernisse des Arbeitsmarktes angepasst. (German)

Deze opleidingen zullen leiden tot een toename van het niveau van kennis, competenties en vaardigheden van werknemers. Aan het project zullen in totaal 25 deelnemers deelnemen, waarvan 4 werknemers ouder dan 54 jaar.
