Podstatou projektu je zajištění celoplošné dostupnosti vybraných a zabezpečených zdravotnických dat z VFN v Praze oprávněným zdravotnickým subjektům i pacientům, spojené s technologickou připraveností vazby na další projekty eHealth. Dojde k pořízení nového informačního systému se čtyřmi novými funkcionalitami, tj. dojde k nahrazení současných neudržitelných a nákladných aplikací. Projekt povede ke sjednocení pracovních procesů a k efektivní komunikaci a přenosu informací v rámci VFN i mimo ni. (Czech)

The essence of the project is to ensure the availability of selected and secured health data from the VFN in Prague to authorised medical subjects and patients associated with technological readiness of links to other eHealth projects. A new information system will be acquired with four new functionalities, i.e. the current unsustainable and costly applications will be replaced. L’essentiel du projet est d’assurer la disponibilité complète de données de santé sélectionnées et sécurisées provenant de la VFN de Prague aux organismes de santé et aux patients autorisés, en fonction de la disponibilité technologique du lien avec d’autres projets de santé en ligne. Un nouveau système informatique sera acquis avec quatre nouvelles fonctionnalités, c’est-à-dire remplacer les applications actuelles non durables et coûteuses. Der Kern des Projekts besteht darin, die vollständige Verfügbarkeit ausgewählter und gesicherter Gesundheitsdaten des VFN in Prag für zugelassene Gesundheitseinrichtungen und Patienten zu gewährleisten, die mit der technologischen Bereitschaft der Verbindung zu anderen eHealth-Projekten verbunden sind. Ein neues IT-System wird mit vier neuen Funktionen erworben, d. h. die Ersetzung aktueller nicht nachhaltiger und kostspieliger Anwendungen. Das Projekt wird zur Vereinheitlichung der Arbeitsprozesse und zu einer effizienten Kommunikation und Weitergabe von Informationen innerhalb und außerhalb des VFN führen. (German)

De essentie van het project is ervoor te zorgen dat geselecteerde en beveiligde gezondheidsgegevens van het VFN in Praag volledig beschikbaar zijn voor erkende gezondheidsinstellingen en patiënten, in verband met de technologische paraatheid van de link naar andere e-gezondheidsprojecten. Een nieuw IT-systeem zal worden verworven met vier nieuwe functionaliteiten, d.w.z. de vervanging van de huidige niet-duurzame en dure toepassingen. Η ουσία του έργου είναι να διασφαλίσει τη διαθεσιμότητα επιλεγμένων και ασφαλών δεδομένων υγείας από το VFN στην Πράγα σε εγκεκριμένους ιατρικούς συμμετέχοντες και ασθενείς που συνδέονται με την τεχνολογική ετοιμότητα των συνδέσμων με άλλα έργα ηλεκτρονικής υγείας. Ένα νέο σύστημα πληροφοριών θα αποκτηθεί με τέσσερις νέες λειτουργίες, δηλαδή θα αντικατασταθούν οι τρέχουσες μη βιώσιμες και δαπανηρές εφαρμογές. A projekt lényege annak biztosítása, hogy a prágai VFN-ből kiválasztott és biztonságos egészségügyi adatok álljanak rendelkezésre az engedéllyel rendelkező orvosok és a más e-egészségügyi projektekhez való kapcsolódás technológiai felkészültségével összefüggő betegek számára.
