    Low level of competitiveness and generally unfavourable business environment, in comparison to EU countries is a problem present in B&H, Croatia and Montenegro. The shortage of skilled workers and lack of relevant competences in products is the problem that has implications on the competitiveness of enterprises, which export semi-products and low added-value products. Project aims to address this challenge by improving the access to relevant competences in programme area through improvement of relevant infrastructure and services, training programs for unemployed and companies and establishing transnational cluster, thus raising the overall competence levels and opportunities of the labour force and SMEs. Therefore the main objective of the project is: to strengthen business support organizations in Zenica-Doboj canton (B&H), Vukovar- Srijem county(CRO) and Podgorica (MNE) teritorry by applying innovative models and approaches in enhancement of competitiveness of local SMEs. The main project results are: 1. Developed one transnational business cluster, 2. Improved business-related competences of partners permanent sfaff and unemployed persons through training and practical mentoring programs, 3. Raised knowledge of MSMEs on introducing new technologies and innovative solutions in business operations through pilot projects, and 4. Upgraded cross border partnership model of public, private and research sector for access to and exchange of competences, experiences and know-how for favorable business environment. Target groups include: export-oriented SMEs, unemployed young people, business support and research institutions, local self-governments.Project cross-border value is in joint sharing of access to competences among all SMEs of project territory, by using webinars, transnational network of all stakeholders, cooperation with scientific organizations, thus creating more favorable business environment.
