The main project objective is strengthening of institutional infrastructure and services to the SME sector with an aim to strengthen competitiveness through building of the cluster approach in the following sectors: creative industry, tourism and rural development. Key Project outputs are as follows: identified and introduced cluster development concept; Main groups of actors within each of three sectors identified and clusters established; Cross border clusters networks established; Cluster support institutions equipped and trained to deliver advices and trainings to Clusters; Incresed business skils and knowledge of Clusters and their memebrs; established an e commerce platform/portal for Cluster promotion. Main target groups are SMEs and entrepreneurs, clusters, support institutions, local, regional and national administration, educational institutions. The electronic portal will enable a more efficient promotion of the enterprise, products but also a cross border-region as whole. The establishment of a unique database will provide faster access to information significant for business operations and it will enable simpler mutual networking of the cluster members, as well as their networking with support institutions.
