Common challenge of the programme area jointly tackled by the projectThe reduced health care spending (under Eu average 8,5%) in both countries,obsolete medical equipment, old and improper buildings,lack of interconnected emergency response service on one hand and on the other hand, currently, the quality of health care services is higher in Hungary,which results in health care migration between the two countries–mainly from Romania to Hungary,are common territorial challenges on the Romanian-Hungarian cross-border.The need to have in Timisoara a building whose destination is from the beginning a clinic of obstetrics-gynecology and neonatology,as well as the reconstruction/rehabilitation of some morally outdated spaces,in which clinics in Szeged are performing important activities vital for obstetrics-gynecology and intensive care in neonatology and to replace old medical equipment or to fill it where it is missing,has determined the doctors of the Emergency Clinical County Hospital Pius Brinzeu Timisoara-ECCHT,Clinic Gynecology Obstetrics and Pediatric(neonatology health department) and the Clinic of Obstetrics-Gynecology belonging to the University of Szeged, to unite their efforts and to support each other.Thus they initiated together with the Timis County Council the BABYROHU project.Romanian and Hungarian physicians have specialized competencies in the same fields but complement each other so they considered that through this project they would improve their knowledge by exchanging experience in the medical field,analyzing the legal framework,including the cross-border directive health and the development of medical protocols (those lacking ).The new knowledge acquired through this project will be applied to improve the medical services offered and will be transferred to doctors of other specialties,including family doctors.With the help of new knowledge acquired, specialist doctors will help family doctors to raise awareness of the need for access to preventive and treatment medical services in dissemination actions (based on the results of exchanges of experience),both in the communities in Timis County and in the two clinics from Szeged within meetings for pediatricians and for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology meeting for professionals.Therefore,the joint proposed actions will tackle the improvement of medical infrastructure,purchase of new medical equipment and soft elements ensuring the exchange of experience, knowledge and information common medical protocols and also information of the population.Overall objective of the project and the expected change made to the current situation Project overall objective is: IMPROVING PREVENTION AND HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN THE OBSTETRICS-GYNECOLOGY AND NEONATOLOGY SERVICES FROM HUNGARIAN-ROMANIAN CROSS BORDER AREA, THROUGH A STRATEGIC APPROACH BY INVESTING IN MEDICAL INFRASTRUCTURE, INCLUDING EQUIPMENT AND IMPLEMENTING SOFT MEASURES RESULTED FROM COLLABORATION AND KNOW-HOW EXCHANGE IN ORDER TO REDUCE HEALTH INEQUALITIES AMONG POPULATION.Project specific objectives are:1.Ensure preventive and curative health care services across the eligible area by building and equipping a new obstetrics–gynecology clinic in Timisoara,reconstructing and endowing with professional equipment of the two health departments in Szeged;2.Harmonization and improvement of cross-border medical staff capacity through experience exchange(know-how) in order to provide better health care services (preventive and curative in Timis and Csongrad with impact in all eligible area;3.Increase accessibility to specialized health care services by providing transparent information and involving a wider range of population.New and reconstructed/rehabilitated infrastructure,modernized equipment improved knowledge base and networking between the Clinics Of Timisoara and Szeged,are needed in order to improve the treatment results for women and babies. Informing the population through the dissemination of project results will help increase access to medical services.The expected changes after the successful implementation of the project activities will result in improved infrastrastructure and better medical expertise and finally in improved health care services in the field of obsterics-gynecology and neonatalogy in the cross-border area.Main outputs and main beneficiares:Through the analysis of the problems and needs in the border region we proposed an integrated set of activities/main outpus to be undertaken in order to reach the formulated objectives:Public procurement of the design services and elaborated planning documentation;Public procurement for construction works for the Emergency Clinical County Hospital "Pius Brinzeu",Obstetrics-Gynecology Clinic Bega and reconstruction for the University of Szeged, the Perinatal Intensive Care Unit of the Pediatric Clinic and Child Health Care and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology; Construction and reconstruction/rehabilt. works for the (English)

Common challenge of the programme area jointly tackled by the projectThe reduced health care spending (under Eu average 8,5%) in both countries,obsolete medical equipment, old and improper buildings,lack of interconnected emergency response service on one hand and on the other hand, currently, the quality of health care services is higher in Hungary,which results in health care migration between the two countries–mainly from Romania to Hungary,are common territorial challenges on the Romanian-Hungarian cross-border.The need to have in Timisoara a building whose destination is from the beginning a clinic of obstetrics-gynecology and neonatology,as well as the reconstruction/rehabilitation of some morally outdated spaces,in which clinics in Szeged are performing important activities vital for obstetrics-gynecology and intensive care in neonatology and to replace old medical equipment or to fill it where it is missing,has determined the doctors of the Emergency Clinical County Hospital Pius Brinzeu Timisoara-ECCHT,Clinic Gynecology Obstetrics and Pediatric(neonatology health department) and the Clinic of Obstetrics-Gynecology belonging to the University of Szeged, to unite their efforts and to support each other.Thus they initiated together with the Timis County Council the BABYROHU project.Romanian and Hungarian physicians have specialized competencies in the same fields but complement each other so they considered that through this project they would improve their knowledge by exchanging experience in the medical field,analyzing the legal framework,including the cross-border directive health and the development of medical protocols (those lacking ).The new knowledge acquired through this project will be applied to improve the medical services offered and will be transferred to doctors of other specialties,including family doctors.With the help of new knowledge acquired, specialist doctors will help family doctors to raise awareness of the need for access to preventive and treatment medical services in dissemination actions (based on the results of exchanges of experience),both in the communities in Timis County and in the two clinics from Szeged within meetings for pediatricians and for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology meeting for professionals.Therefore,the joint proposed actions will tackle the improvement of medical infrastructure,purchase of new medical equipment and soft elements ensuring the exchange of experience, knowledge and information common medical protocols and also information of the population.Overall objective of the project and the expected change made to the current situation Project overall objective is: Verbetering van de PREVENTIE en de gezondheidsdiensten in de OBSTETRICS-GYNECOLOGIE EN NEONATOLOGIE DIENSTEN VAN HUNGARIAN-ROMANIAN CROSS BORDER AREA, DROUG een STRATEGISCHE APPROACH DOOR IN DE MEDISCHE INFRASTRUCTURE, met inbegrip van uitrusting en uitvoering van SOFT MEASURES RESULTATEN VAN COLLABORATIE EN KNOW-HOW EXCHANGE IN ORDER TO REDUCE HEALTH INEQUALITIES AMONG POPULATION.Project specifieke doelstellingen are:1.Ensure preventieve en curatieve gezondheidszorg in het in aanmerking komende gebied door het bouwen en uitrusten van een nieuwe verloskunde-gynecologie kliniek in Timisoara, heropbouw en begiftiging van professionele uitrusting van de twee gezondheidsafdelingen in Szeged;2.Harmonisatie en verbetering van de grensoverschrijdende capaciteit van medisch personeel door uitwisseling van ervaringen (kennis) om betere gezondheidszorgdiensten te bieden (preventief en curatief in Timis en Csongrad met gevolgen voor alle in aanmerking komende gebieden;3.Verhoging van de toegankelijkheid tot gespecialiseerde gezondheidszorgdiensten door het verstrekken van transparante informatie en het betrekken van een breder scala van bevolkingen.Nieuwe en gereconstrueerde/rehabilitatie-infrastructuur, gemoderniseerde apparatuur verbeterde kennisbasis en netwerken tussen de klinieken van Timisoara en Szeged,zijn nodig om de behandelingsresultaten voor vrouwen en baby’s te verbeteren. Obveščanje prebivalstva z razširjanjem rezultatov projekta bo pripomoglo k povečanju dostopa do zdravstvenih storitev.Pričakovane spremembe po uspešnem izvajanju projektnih aktivnosti bodo privedle do izboljšanja infrastrukture in boljšega medicinskega strokovnega znanja ter nazadnje do izboljšanja zdravstvenih storitev na področju obsterike-ginekologije in neonatologije na čezmejnem območju.Majni rezultati in glavne koristi: Z analizo problemov in potreb v obmejni regiji smo predlagali integriran sklop dejavnosti/glavni outpus, ki ga je treba izvesti za dosego zastavljenih ciljev: Javno naročanje projektnih storitev in dodelane dokumentacije načrtovanja; Drubinsko naročanje za gradbena dela za obmejno univerzo, Zdravstvena bolnišnica Plinska in Kmetijska bolnišnica, Družbena Kmetijska bolnišnica, Gradbena Kmetijska bolnišnica, Gradbena Kmetijska fakulteta, Gradbeništvo Gradbeništvo Gradbeništvo Gradbeništvo Gradinska Kmetijska bolnišnica Gradnja in rekonstrukcija/rehabilt. dela za (Slovenian)

Common challenge of the programme area jointly tackled by the projectThe reduced health care spending (under Eu average 8,5%) in both countries,obsolete medical equipment, old and improper buildings,lack of interconnected emergency response service on one hand and on the other hand, currently, the quality of health care services is higher in Hungary,which results in health care migration between the two countries–mainly from Romania to Hungary,are common territorial challenges on the Romanian-Hungarian cross-border.The need to have in Timisoara a building whose destination is from the beginning a clinic of obstetrics-gynecology and neonatology,as well as the reconstruction/rehabilitation of some morally outdated spaces,in which clinics in Szeged are performing important activities vital for obstetrics-gynecology and intensive care in neonatology and to replace old medical equipment or to fill it where it is missing,has determined the doctors of the Emergency Clinical County Hospital Pius Brinzeu Timisoara-ECCHT,Clinic Gynecology Obstetrics and Pediatric(neonatology health department) and the Clinic of Obstetrics-Gynecology belonging to the University of Szeged, to unite their efforts and to support each other.Thus they initiated together with the Timis County Council the BABYROHU project.Romanian and Hungarian physicians have specialized competencies in the same fields but complement each other so they considered that through this project they would improve their knowledge by exchanging experience in the medical field,analyzing the legal framework,including the cross-border directive health and the development of medical protocols (those lacking ).The new knowledge acquired through this project will be applied to improve the medical services offered and will be transferred to doctors of other specialties,including family doctors.With the help of new knowledge acquired, specialist doctors will help family doctors to raise awareness of the need for access to preventive and treatment medical services in dissemination actions (based on the results of exchanges of experience),both in the communities in Timis County and in the two clinics from Szeged within meetings for pediatricians and for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology meeting for professionals.Therefore,the joint proposed actions will tackle the improvement of medical infrastructure,purchase of new medical equipment and soft elements ensuring the exchange of experience, knowledge and information common medical protocols and also information of the population.Overall objective of the project and the expected change made to the current situation Project overall objective is: Izboljšanje storitev PREVENCIJE IN ZDRAVJE V OBSTETRIJI – GYNECOLOGIJA IN NEONATOLOGIJA SERVIC od HUNGARIAN-ROMANIAN CROSS BORDER AREA, THROUGH STRATEGIC APPROACH BYNVESTING IN MEDICALNE INFRASTRUCTURE, Vključevalna OPREMA IN IMPLEMENTING SOFT MEASURES, OBLIKOVANJE OBLIKOVANJA IN KI JIH PRIČAKUJEJO NASLEDNJO ZDRAVJE.Specifični cilji projekta: storitve preventivnega in kurativnega zdravstvenega varstva po celotnem upravičenem območju z gradnjo in opremljanjem nove porodniško-ginekološke klinike v Timisoari, za izboljšanje rezultatov zdravljenja za ženske in dojenčke so potrebni rekonstrukcija in obdelovanje strokovne opreme dveh zdravstvenih oddelkov v Szegedu;2.harmonizacija in izboljšanje zmogljivosti čezmejnega zdravstvenega osebja z izmenjavo izkušenj(znanja), da bi zagotovili boljše zdravstvene storitve (preventivno in kurativno v Timisu in Csongradu z vplivom na vsa upravičena področja;3.Povečati dostopnost do specializiranih zdravstvenih storitev z zagotavljanjem preglednih informacij in vključevanjem širšega kroga prebivalstva.Nova in rekonstruirana/rehabilitirana infrastruktura, posodobljena oprema je izboljšala bazo znanja in mreženje med klinikama Timisoara in Szeged, so potrebni za izboljšanje rezultatov zdravljenja za ženske in dojenčke. Obveščanje prebivalstva z razširjanjem rezultatov projekta bo pripomoglo k povečanju dostopa do zdravstvenih storitev.Pričakovane spremembe po uspešnem izvajanju projektnih aktivnosti bodo privedle do izboljšanja infrastrukture in boljšega medicinskega strokovnega znanja ter nazadnje do izboljšanja zdravstvenih storitev na področju obsterike-ginekologije in neonatologije na čezmejnem območju.Majni rezultati in glavne koristi: Z analizo problemov in potreb v obmejni regiji smo predlagali integriran sklop dejavnosti/glavni outpus, ki ga je treba izvesti za dosego zastavljenih ciljev: Javno naročanje projektnih storitev in dodelane dokumentacije načrtovanja; Drubinsko naročanje za gradbena dela za obmejno univerzo, Zdravstvena bolnišnica Plinska in Kmetijska bolnišnica, Družbena Kmetijska bolnišnica, Gradbena Kmetijska bolnišnica, Gradbena Kmetijska fakulteta, Gradbeništvo Gradbeništvo Gradbeništvo Gradbeništvo Gradinska Kmetijska bolnišnica Gradnja in rekonstrukcija/rehabilt. dela za (Slovenian)

Common challenge of the programme area jointly tackled by the projectThe reduced health care spending (under Eu average 8,5%) in both countries,obsolete medical equipment, old and improper buildings,lack of interconnected emergency response service on one hand and on the other hand, currently, the quality of health care services is higher in Hungary,which results in health care migration between the two countries–mainly from Romania to Hungary,are common territorial challenges on the Romanian-Hungarian cross-border.The need to have in Timisoara a building whose destination is from the beginning a clinic of obstetrics-gynecology and neonatology,as well as the reconstruction/rehabilitation of some morally outdated spaces,in which clinics in Szeged are performing important activities vital for obstetrics-gynecology and intensive care in neonatology and to replace old medical equipment or to fill it where it is missing,has determined the doctors of the Emergency Clinical County Hospital Pius Brinzeu Timisoara-ECCHT,Clinic Gynecology Obstetrics and Pediatric(neonatology health department) and the Clinic of Obstetrics-Gynecology belonging to the University of Szeged, to unite their efforts and to support each other.Thus they initiated together with the Timis County Council the BABYROHU project.Romanian and Hungarian physicians have specialized competencies in the same fields but complement each other so they considered that through this project they would improve their knowledge by exchanging experience in the medical field,analyzing the legal framework,including the cross-border directive health and the development of medical protocols (those lacking ).The new knowledge acquired through this project will be applied to improve the medical services offered and will be transferred to doctors of other specialties,including family doctors.With the help of new knowledge acquired, specialist doctors will help family doctors to raise awareness of the need for access to preventive and treatment medical services in dissemination actions (based on the results of exchanges of experience),both in the communities in Timis County and in the two clinics from Szeged within meetings for pediatricians and for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology meeting for professionals.Therefore,the joint proposed actions will tackle the improvement of medical infrastructure,purchase of new medical equipment and soft elements ensuring the exchange of experience, knowledge and information common medical protocols and also information of the population.Overall objective of the project and the expected change made to the current situation Project overall objective is: Подобряване на ПРЕВЕНЦИЯТА И ЗДРАВЕТО УСЛУГИ В БСТЕТРИКС-Гинекологии и НЕОНАТОЛОГИЙНИ УСЛУГИ ОТ УНГАРИЯ-Романиански Брос Брадер Ареа, ТРАТЕГИЧНА АПРОАХ, ИНВЕСТИНГИЯ В МЕДИЦИОННА ИНФРАСТРУКТУРА, ВКЛЮЧВАНЕ НА ИЗПЪЛНЕНИЕТО И ИЗПЪЛНЕНИЕТО НА СОБСТВЕНОСТТА ОТ КОЛАБОРАЦИЯТА И ЗНАЧЕНИЕТО В ПРЕДСТАВЯВАНЕТО НА ЗДРАВЕ И НЕКВАЛИТИРАНЕ НА ПОПРАВЛЕНИЕТО.Проект специфични цели:Превантивни и лечебни здравни услуги в цялата допустима зона чрез изграждане и оборудване на нова акушер-гинекологична клиника в Тимишоара, реконструиране и осигуряване на професионално оборудване на двете здравни отдели в Сегед;2.Хармонизация и подобряване на трансграничния капацитет на медицинския персонал чрез обмен на опит (ноу-хау) с цел осигуряване на по-добри здравни услуги (превантивна и лечебна в Тимишоара и Ченград с въздействие във всички допустими области;3.Увеличаване на достъпността до специализирани здравни услуги чрез предоставяне на прозрачна информация и включване на по-широк кръг от населението.Нова и реконструирана/рехабилитирана инфраструктура, модерно оборудване, подобрена база от знания и работа в мрежа между клиниките на Тимишоара и Сегед са необходими, за да се подобрят резултатите от лечението на жените и бебетата. Common challenge of the programme area jointly tackled by the projectThe reduced health care spending (under Eu average 8,5%) in both countries,obsolete medical equipment, old and improper buildings,lack of interconnected emergency response service on one hand and on the other hand, currently, the quality of health care services is higher in Hungary,which results in health care migration between the two countries–mainly from Romania to Hungary,are common territorial challenges on the Romanian-Hungarian cross-border.The need to have in Timisoara a building whose destination is from the beginning a clinic of obstetrics-gynecology and neonatology,as well as the reconstruction/rehabilitation of some morally outdated spaces,in which clinics in Szeged are performing important activities vital for obstetrics-gynecology and intensive care in neonatology and to replace old medical equipment or to fill it where it is missing,has determined the doctors of the Emergency Clinical County Hospital Pius Brinzeu Timisoara-ECCHT,Clinic Gynecology Obstetrics and Pediatric(neonatology health department) and the Clinic of Obstetrics-Gynecology belonging to the University of Szeged, to unite their efforts and to support each other.Thus they initiated together with the Timis County Council the BABYROHU project.Romanian and Hungarian physicians have specialized competencies in the same fields but complement each other so they considered that through this project they would improve their knowledge by exchanging experience in the medical field,analyzing the legal framework,including the cross-border directive health and the development of medical protocols (those lacking ).The new knowledge acquired through this project will be applied to improve the medical services offered and will be transferred to doctors of other specialties,including family doctors.With the help of new knowledge acquired, specialist doctors will help family doctors to raise awareness of the need for access to preventive and treatment medical services in dissemination actions (based on the results of exchanges of experience),both in the communities in Timis County and in the two clinics from Szeged within meetings for pediatricians and for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology meeting for professionals.Therefore,the joint proposed actions will tackle the improvement of medical infrastructure,purchase of new medical equipment and soft elements ensuring the exchange of experience, knowledge and information common medical protocols and also information of the population.Overall objective of the project and the expected change made to the current situation Project overall objective is: Melhorar os SERVIÇOS DE PREVENÇÃO E CUIDADOS DA SAÚDE NOS SERVIÇOS OBSTETRICOS-GINECOLÓGICOS E DE Neonatologia DA ÁREA HUNGARIAN-ROMANIAN CROSS BORDER, THROUGH UMA APROVAÇÃO ESTRATÉGICA POR INVESTIGAÇÃO EM INFRASTRUCURA MEDICA, INCLUÇÃO EQUIPAMENTOS E IMPLEMENTOS SOFT MEASURS RESULTADOS DA COLABORAÇÃO E KNOW-HOW EXCHANGE IN ORDER to REDUCE HEALTH INEQUALITIES AMONG POPULATION.Projeto objetivos específicos are:1.Ensure serviços de cuidados de saúde preventivos e curativos em toda a área elegível, construindo e equipando uma nova clínica de obstetrícia-ginecologia em Timisoara, reconstruindo e dotando com equipamentos profissionais dos dois departamentos de saúde em Szeged; 2.A harmonização e a melhoria da capacidade do pessoal médico transfronteiriço através do intercâmbio de experiências (saber-fazer) a fim de prestar melhores serviços de cuidados de saúde (preventivos e curativos em Timis e Csongrad com impacto em todas as áreas elegíveis;3.Aumentar a acessibilidade a serviços de saúde especializados, fornecendo informações transparentes e envolvendo um maior leque de população.Infraestruturas novas e reconstruídas/reabilitadas, equipamentos modernizados melhoraram a base de conhecimentos e a ligação em rede entre as Clínicas de Timisoara e Szeged, são necessárias para melhorar os resultados do tratamento das mulheres e dos bebés. Common challenge of the programme area jointly tackled by the projectThe reduced health care spending (under Eu average 8,5%) in both countries,obsolete medical equipment, old and improper buildings,lack of interconnected emergency response service on one hand and on the other hand, currently, the quality of health care services is higher in Hungary,which results in health care migration between the two countries–mainly from Romania to Hungary,are common territorial challenges on the Romanian-Hungarian cross-border.The need to have in Timisoara a building whose destination is from the beginning a clinic of obstetrics-gynecology and neonatology,as well as the reconstruction/rehabilitation of some morally outdated spaces,in which clinics in Szeged are performing important activities vital for obstetrics-gynecology and intensive care in neonatology and to replace old medical equipment or to fill it where it is missing,has determined the doctors of the Emergency Clinical County Hospital Pius Brinzeu Timisoara-ECCHT,Clinic Gynecology Obstetrics and Pediatric(neonatology health department) and the Clinic of Obstetrics-Gynecology belonging to the University of Szeged, to unite their efforts and to support each other.Thus they initiated together with the Timis County Council the BABYROHU project.Romanian and Hungarian physicians have specialized competencies in the same fields but complement each other so they considered that through this project they would improve their knowledge by exchanging experience in the medical field,analyzing the legal framework,including the cross-border directive health and the development of medical protocols (those lacking ).The new knowledge acquired through this project will be applied to improve the medical services offered and will be transferred to doctors of other specialties,including family doctors.With the help of new knowledge acquired, specialist doctors will help family doctors to raise awareness of the need for access to preventive and treatment medical services in dissemination actions (based on the results of exchanges of experience),both in the communities in Timis County and in the two clinics from Szeged within meetings for pediatricians and for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology meeting for professionals.Therefore,the joint proposed actions will tackle the improvement of medical infrastructure,purchase of new medical equipment and soft elements ensuring the exchange of experience, knowledge and information common medical protocols and also information of the population.Overall objective of the project and the expected change made to the current situation Project overall objective is: Mejora de los servicios de prevención y sanidad en la zona de ostótricos-ginecología y neonatología de la zona de cultivo hengariano-robanico, a través de un proyecto estratégico de inversión en infraestructuras médicas, incluyendo el EQUIPO Y LA EJECUCIÓN DE MEDIDAS DE SOFT RESULTADOS DE COLABORACIÓN Y CONOCIMIENTO EN ORDEN PARA REDUZAR LAS INEQUALIDADES DE SALUD AMONG POPULATION.Objetivos específicos del proyecto: Los servicios de atención médica preventiva y curativa en todo el área elegible mediante la construcción y equipamiento de una nueva clínica de obstetricia-ginecología en Timisoara, la reconstrucción y la dotación de equipo profesional de los dos departamentos de salud de Szeged;2.Harmonización y mejora de la capacidad del personal médico transfronterizo mediante el intercambio de experiencias (know-how) con el fin de proporcionar mejores servicios de atención de la salud (preventivos y curativos en Timis y Csongrad, con impacto en todas las áreas elegibles;3) Aumentar el acceso a los servicios de atención médica especializados proporcionando información transparente e involucrando a una gama más amplia de población.Infraestructura nueva y reconstruida/rehabilitación, equipo modernizado mejoró la base de conocimientos y la creación de redes entre las Clínicas de Timisoara y Szeged, son necesarias para mejorar los resultados del tratamiento para mujeres y bebés. Common challenge of the programme area jointly tackled by the projectThe reduced health care spending (under Eu average 8,5%) in both countries,obsolete medical equipment, old and improper buildings,lack of interconnected emergency response service on one hand and on the other hand, currently, the quality of health care services is higher in Hungary,which results in health care migration between the two countries–mainly from Romania to Hungary,are common territorial challenges on the Romanian-Hungarian cross-border.The need to have in Timisoara a building whose destination is from the beginning a clinic of obstetrics-gynecology and neonatology,as well as the reconstruction/rehabilitation of some morally outdated spaces,in which clinics in Szeged are performing important activities vital for obstetrics-gynecology and intensive care in neonatology and to replace old medical equipment or to fill it where it is missing,has determined the doctors of the Emergency Clinical County Hospital Pius Brinzeu Timisoara-ECCHT,Clinic Gynecology Obstetrics and Pediatric(neonatology health department) and the Clinic of Obstetrics-Gynecology belonging to the University of Szeged, to unite their efforts and to support each other.Thus they initiated together with the Timis County Council the BABYROHU project.Romanian and Hungarian physicians have specialized competencies in the same fields but complement each other so they considered that through this project they would improve their knowledge by exchanging experience in the medical field,analyzing the legal framework,including the cross-border directive health and the development of medical protocols (those lacking ).The new knowledge acquired through this project will be applied to improve the medical services offered and will be transferred to doctors of other specialties,including family doctors.With the help of new knowledge acquired, specialist doctors will help family doctors to raise awareness of the need for access to preventive and treatment medical services in dissemination actions (based on the results of exchanges of experience),both in the communities in Timis County and in the two clinics from Szeged within meetings for pediatricians and for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology meeting for professionals.Therefore,the joint proposed actions will tackle the improvement of medical infrastructure,purchase of new medical equipment and soft elements ensuring the exchange of experience, knowledge and information common medical protocols and also information of the population.Overall objective of the project and the expected change made to the current situation Project overall objective is: Îmbunătățirea serviciilor de PREVENȚIE ȘI SERVICII SĂNĂTATE în zona OBSTETRICĂ-GYNECOLOGIE ȘI SERVICII NEONATOLOGIE DIN Zăpada HUNGARIAN-ROMANIANĂ, ÎNTREBĂTORUL DE INFRASTRUCTURĂ MEDICĂ, incorporarea si punerea in aplicare a masurilor de protectie a sanatatii rezultate din COLABORARE si cunoastere – Cine este EXCHANGE IN ORDEREAZA DE SĂNĂTATE INEQUALITATE AMONG POPULATION.Obiective specifice proiectului are:1.Ensure servicii de ingrijire medicala preventiva si curativa in zona eligibila prin construirea si dotarea unei noi clinici obstetrica-ginecologie in Timisoara, reconstrucția și dotarea cu echipamente profesionale a celor două departamente de sănătate din Szeged;2. Armonizarea și îmbunătățirea capacității personalului medical transfrontalier prin schimbul de experiență (know-how) în vederea furnizării de servicii medicale mai bune (preventive și curative în Timiș și Csongrad cu impact în toate domeniile eligibile;3. Creșterea accesibilității la servicii medicale specializate prin furnizarea de informații transparente și implicarea unei game mai largi de populație.Infrastructură nouă și reconstituită/reabilitată, echipamente modernizate îmbunătățite baza de cunoștințe și crearea de rețele între Clinicile Timișoara și Szeged, sunt necesare pentru îmbunătățirea rezultatelor tratamentului pentru femei și nou-născuți. Informarea populației prin diseminarea rezultatelor proiectului va contribui la creșterea accesului la serviciile medicale.Modificările preconizate după implementarea cu succes a activităților proiectului vor duce la îmbunătățirea infrastrastructurii și la o mai bună expertiză medicală și, în final, la îmbunătățirea serviciilor de asistență medicală în domeniul obsteric-ginecologiei și neonatalogiei în zona transfrontalieră.
