За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптирането му към пазарните условия, земеделският стопанин ще продължи да отглежда наличните култури и ще увеличи площите на стопанството чрез наемане/закупуване на земя през октомври 2021г. и създаване на сливова градина през ноември 2021г. Със създаването на градината ще се изпълни изискванията на Цел 1.„Увеличаване икономическия размер на земеделското стопанство, измерен в СПО (минимум с 2000 евро СПО)” и Цел 6 "Създадени нови трайни насаждения, ягодоплодни и лозя, включително винени - най-малко 2 дка". Новосъздадената градина ще се отглежда по метода на конвенционалното земеделие. За намаляване на разходите за външни механизирани услуги и за извършване на всички Р.З. мероприятия в кратки срокове и в най-подходящ момент, фермерът предвижда да закупи пръскачка през март 2021г.. За да отговори стопанството на Стандартите на Общността по отношение на фитосанитарните изисквания и Закона за защита на растенията фермерът ще продължи стриктно да води дневниците и ще премине курс за работа с препарати за Р.З. през май 2020г.. По този начин ще бъде изпълнена цел 4 "Достигане на съответствие със Стандартите на Общността по отношение на ветеринарните и фитосанитарните изисквания, хуманното отношение към животните, опазването на околната среда, хигиената, сигурността и безопасните условия на труд". Завършване на курса за работа с препарати за Р.З. ще е дейността с която ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана, но не по най-късно до девет месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ. To restructure the holding and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will continue to cultivate available crops and increase the area of the holding through renting/purchase of land in October 2021. and creation of a plum garden in November 2021. The establishment of the garden will meet the requirements of Objective 1 “Increasing the economic size of the agricultural holding measured in OSPs (minimum of EUR 2000 OSP)” and Objective 6 “New permanent crops, berries and vineyards, including wine — at least 2 decares created”. The newly created garden will be cultivated using the method of conventional agriculture. To reduce the cost of external mechanised services and to carry out all R.H. events at short notice and at the most appropriate time, the farmer plans to buy a sprayer in March 2021. In order to meet the Community Standards on Phytosanitary Requirements and the Plant Protection Act, the farmer will continue to keep the logbooks strictly and undergo a course of handling preparations for R.H. in May 2020. In this way, Objective 4 “Reaching compliance with the Community Standards as regards veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, animal welfare, environmental protection, hygiene, safety and safety at work” will be met. Completion of the course of work with preparations for R.H. will be the activity with which the implementation of the business plan will start, but not later than nine months from the date of conclusion of the contract for granting financial assistance. Pour restructurer l’exploitation et l’adapter aux conditions du marché, l’agriculteur continuera à cultiver les cultures disponibles et à augmenter la superficie de l’exploitation par la location/achat de terres en octobre 2021. et la création d’un jardin de prunes en novembre 2021. L’établissement du jardin répondra aux exigences de l’objectif no 1 «Accroître la taille économique de l’exploitation agricole mesurée en OSP (minimum de 2 000 EUR OSP)» et de l’objectif 6 «Nouvelles cultures permanentes, baies et vignobles, y compris le vin — au moins 2 soins créés». Le jardin nouvellement créé sera cultivé selon la méthode de l’agriculture conventionnelle. Afin de réduire le coût des services mécanisés externes et d’effectuer tous les événements de R.H. à bref délai et au moment le plus approprié, l’agriculteur prévoit d’acheter un pulvérisateur en mars 2021. Afin de respecter les normes communautaires sur les exigences phytosanitaires et la Loi sur la protection des végétaux, l’agriculteur continuera de tenir strictement les journaux de bord et de se préparer à la R.H. en mai 2020. De cette manière, l’objectif no 4 «Atteindre le respect des normes communautaires en ce qui concerne les exigences vétérinaires et phytosanitaires, le bien-être des animaux, la protection de l’environnement, l’hygiène, la sécurité et la sécurité au travail» sera atteint. L’achèvement des travaux avec la préparation de R.H. sera l’activité avec laquelle débutera la mise en œuvre du plan d’entreprise, mais au plus tard neuf mois à compter de la date de conclusion du contrat d’octroi de l’aide financière. Um den Betrieb umzustrukturieren und ihn an die Marktbedingungen anzupassen, wird der Landwirt im Oktober 2021 weiterhin verfügbare Kulturen anbauen und die Betriebsfläche durch Anmietung/Kauf von Flächen erhöhen. und Schaffung eines Pflaumengartens im November 2021. Die Einrichtung des Gartens wird den Anforderungen von Ziel 1 „Erhöhung der wirtschaftlichen Größe des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs, gemessen in OSPs (mindestens 2 000 EUR OSP)“ und Ziel 6 „Neue Dauerkulturen, Beeren und Rebflächen einschließlich Wein – mindestens 2 Decares“ entsprechen. Der neu geschaffene Garten wird mit der Methode der konventionellen Landwirtschaft angebaut. Um die Kosten externer mechanisierter Dienstleistungen zu senken und alle R.H.-Veranstaltungen kurzfristig und zum geeignetsten Zeitpunkt durchzuführen, plant der Landwirt, im März 2021 ein Sprühgerät zu kaufen. Um die Gemeinschaftsnormen für pflanzengesundheitliche Anforderungen und das Pflanzenschutzgesetz zu erfüllen, wird der Landwirt die Logbücher weiterhin streng halten und sich im Mai 2020 einer Behandlung der Vorbereitungen für R.H. unterziehen. Ziel 4 „Die Einhaltung der Gemeinschaftsnormen in Bezug auf veterinär- und pflanzenschutzrechtliche Anforderungen, Tierschutz, Umweltschutz, Hygiene, Sicherheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz“ wird auf diese Weise erfüllt. Om het bedrijf te herstructureren en aan te passen aan de marktomstandigheden, zal de landbouwer in oktober 2021 de beschikbare gewassen blijven telen en het areaal van het bedrijf vergroten door grond te huren/aankopen. en de creatie van een pruimentuin in november 2021. De aanleg van de tuin zal voldoen aan de vereisten van doelstelling 1 „Verhoging van de economische omvang van het landbouwbedrijf gemeten in OSP’s (minimaal 2 000 EUR OSP)” en doelstelling 6 „Nieuwe meerjarige teelten, bessen en wijngaarden, met inbegrip van wijn — ten minste 2 decares gecreëerd”. De nieuw gecreëerde tuin zal worden gecultiveerd met behulp van de methode van de conventionele landbouw. Om de kosten van externe gemechaniseerde diensten te verlagen en alle R.H.-evenementen op korte termijn en op het meest geschikte tijdstip uit te voeren, is de landbouwer van plan in maart 2021 een sproeier te kopen. Om te voldoen aan de communautaire normen inzake fytosanitaire voorschriften en de Wet gewasbescherming zal de landbouwer de logboeken strikt blijven bijhouden en in mei 2020 de voorbereidingen voor R.H. ondergaan. Op die manier zal worden voldaan aan doelstelling 4 „De naleving van de communautaire normen op veterinair en fytosanitair gebied, dierenwelzijn, milieubescherming, hygiëne, veiligheid en veiligheid op het werk”. De voltooiing van de werkzaamheden met de voorbereidingen voor R.H. is de activiteit waarmee de uitvoering van het businessplan van start gaat, maar uiterlijk negen maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor de toekenning van financiële bijstand. Per ristrutturare l'azienda e adattarla alle condizioni di mercato, l'agricoltore continuerà a coltivare le colture disponibili e ad aumentare la superficie dell'azienda attraverso la locazione/acquisto di terreni nell'ottobre 2021. e creazione di un giardino di prugne nel novembre 2021. L'istituzione dell'orto risponderà ai requisiti dell'obiettivo 1 "Aumentare la dimensione economica dell'azienda agricola misurata in OSP (minimo 2 000 EUR)" e dell'obiettivo 6 "Nuove colture permanenti, bacche e vigneti, compreso il vino — almeno 2 decari creati". Il giardino di nuova creazione sarà coltivato con il metodo dell'agricoltura convenzionale. Per ridurre i costi dei servizi meccanizzati esterni e per realizzare tutti gli eventi di R.H. in tempi brevi e nel momento più opportuno, l'agricoltore prevede di acquistare uno spruzzatore nel marzo 2021. Al fine di rispettare le norme comunitarie sui requisiti fitosanitari e la legge sulla protezione dei vegetali, l'agricoltore continuerà a tenere rigorosamente i giornali di bordo e a sottoporsi a un corso di trattamento dei preparativi per la salute e la salute nel maggio 2020. In tal modo sarà rispettato l'obiettivo 4 "Raggiungere il rispetto delle norme comunitarie per quanto riguarda i requisiti veterinari e fitosanitari, il benessere degli animali, la protezione dell'ambiente, l'igiene, la sicurezza e la sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro". Para reestructurar la explotación y adaptarla a las condiciones del mercado, el agricultor seguirá cultivando los cultivos disponibles y aumentando la superficie de la explotación mediante el alquiler/compra de tierras en octubre de 2021. y la creación de un jardín de ciruelas en noviembre de 2021. El establecimiento del jardín cumplirá los requisitos del objetivo n.º 1 «Aumento del tamaño económico de la explotación agrícola medida en OSP (mínimo de 2 000 EUR)» y del objetivo n.º 6 «Nuevos cultivos permanentes, bayas y viñedos, incluido el vino — al menos 2 decares creados». El jardín recién creado se cultivará utilizando el método de la agricultura convencional. Para reducir el coste de los servicios mecanizados externos y llevar a cabo todos los eventos de R.H. a corto plazo y en el momento más adecuado, el agricultor tiene previsto comprar un pulverizador en marzo de 2021. Con el fin de cumplir las normas comunitarias sobre requisitos fitosanitarios y la Ley de protección fitosanitaria, el agricultor seguirá manteniendo estrictamente los cuadernos diarios de pesca y se someterá a un curso de preparación para la manipulación de R.H. en mayo de 2020. De este modo, se cumplirá el objetivo n.º 4 «Hacia el cumplimiento de las normas comunitarias en materia de requisitos veterinarios y fitosanitarios, bienestar animal, protección del medio ambiente, higiene, seguridad y seguridad en el trabajo».
