Стопанството е растениевъдно, свързано с отглеждането на овощни насаждения – праскови и череши. Разположено е в землището на с. Чинтулово, община Сливен, обл. Сливен. Насажденията са разположени на два парцела, стопанисвани по силата на договор за наем за срок от 10 години. Насажденията от праскови са създадени през 2014 година. Схемата на засаждане е 4,5 Х 3 – или в 1 декар се отглеждат 74 бр. дръвчета в декар. Застъпен е един сорт - „Катерини”. Насажденията от череши са създадени през 2015 година. Схемата на засаждане е 5 Х 2,5 – или в 1 декар се отглеждат 80 бр. дръвчета в декар. Застъпени са сортовете -„Кордия”, „Блек стар”, „Феровия” и „Регина”. Насажденията се поливат, има изградена система за капково напояване. През настоящата година бенефициентката е сключила договор със сертифицираща организация за преминаване към биологично отглеждане на насажденията. Планира увеличаване на размера на обработваемата земя и стопанисваните насаждения, чрез наемане на нови насаждения от праскови, които да отглежда също по биологичен начин. Намеренията й са да инвестира средства в закупуването на моторна помпа за извършване на част от агротехническите мероприятия в насажденията /поливане/, която да отговаря на нуждите на стопанството й. Наред с подобряване на материалното състояние на стопанството кандидатът ще извърши необходимото за придобиване на професионални умения и компетентности чрез преминаване на обучение от минимум от 150 ч. в областта на селското стопанство, включващ обучение по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор по подмярка 1.1 „Професионално обучение и придобиване на умения“. Проектът си поставя и цели със социална насоченост - разкриване на нови работни места. Предвижданията на кандидата са да създаде допълнителна заетост чрез разкриване на едно ново работно място с производствена насоченост в стопанството. (Bulgarian)

The plantations are watered, there is a system for drip irrigation. The beneficiary concluded a contract with a certification body for conversion to organic farming in the current year. Plans to increase the size of arable land and farmed crops by renting new plantations of peaches to grow organically as well. Her intentions are to invest funds in the purchase of a motor pump to carry out part of the agrotechnical activities in the plantations (watering) to meet the needs of her farm. In addition to improving the physical condition of the farm, the applicant will carry out the necessary for the acquisition of professional skills and competences by undergoing training of a minimum of 150 hours in the field of agriculture, including training on basic problems in environmental protection in the agricultural sector under sub-measure 1.1 “Professional training and acquisition of skills”.
