За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптирането му към пазарните условия, земеделският стопанин ще продължи да отглежда наличните трайни насаждения и ще увеличи площите с череши със 7,813 дка, чрез създаване на нова градина на площите под угар през ноември 2020г. Със създаване на черешовата градина той ще изпълни изискванията на Цел 1.„Увеличаване икономическия размер на земеделското стопанство, измерен в СПО (минимум с 2000 евро СПО)” и цел 6 "Създадени нови трайни насаждения, ягодоплодни и лозя, включително винени - най-малко 2 дка".Новосъздадените градина ще се отглежда по метода на конвенционалното земеделие. За намаляване на разходите за външни механизирани услуги и поддържане на площите в добро земеделско състояние чрез минимални обработки, фермера предвижда да закупи дискова брана през юли -август 2020г.. Закупуването на дискова брана ще е дейността с която ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана най-късно до девет месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ. За да отговори стопанството на Закона за защита на растенията,фермерът ще продължи стриктно да води дневник за приложение на продуктите за растителна защита, торове и подобрители на почвата. По този начин ще бъде изпълнена цел 4 "Достигане на съответствие със Стандартите на Общността по отношение на ветеринарните и фитосанитарните изисквания, хуманното отношение към животните, опазването на околната среда, хигиената, сигурността и безопасните условия на труд". To restructure the holding and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will continue to cultivate existing permanent crops and increase the area of cherries by 7.813 ha by creating a new set-aside garden in November 2020. With the creation of the cherry garden it will meet the requirements of Objective 1 “Increase the economic size of the agricultural holding measured in OSPs (minimum of EUR 2000 OSP)” and Objective 6 “Created new permanent crops, berries and vineyards, including wine — at least 2 decares”. The newly created garden will be cultivated using the conventional farming method. To reduce the cost of external mechanised services and maintain areas in good agricultural condition through minimum treatments, the farmer plans to purchase a disc harrow in July-August 2020. The purchase of a disk harrow will be the activity with which the implementation of the business plan will start at the latest within nine months from the date of conclusion of the contract for the provision of financial assistance. In order for the farm to comply with the Plant Protection Act, the farmer will continue to keep a strict record of the application of plant protection products, fertilisers and soil improvers. In this way, Objective 4 “Reaching compliance with the Community Standards as regards veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, animal welfare, environmental protection, hygiene, safety and safety at work” will be met. Afin de restructurer l’exploitation et de l’adapter aux conditions du marché, l’agriculteur continuera à cultiver des cultures permanentes existantes et à augmenter la superficie des cerises de 7,813 ha en créant un nouveau jardin en jachère en novembre 2020. Avec la création du jardin de cerises, il répondra aux exigences de l’objectif no 1 «Améliorer la taille économique de l’exploitation agricole mesurée en OSPs (minimum de 2 000 EUR OSP)» et de l’objectif 6 «Création de nouvelles cultures permanentes, baies et vignobles, y compris le vin — au moins 2 décares». Le jardin nouvellement créé sera cultivé selon la méthode agricole conventionnelle. Afin de réduire le coût des services mécanisés externes et d’entretenir des zones en bon état agricole grâce à des traitements minimaux, l’agriculteur prévoit d’acheter une herse à disques en juillet-août 2020. L’achat d’une herse à disque sera l’activité avec laquelle la mise en œuvre du plan d’entreprise débutera au plus tard dans un délai de neuf mois à compter de la date de conclusion du contrat d’assistance financière. Afin que l’exploitation se conforme à la Loi sur la protection des végétaux, l’agriculteur continuera de tenir un registre strict de l’application de produits phytopharmaceutiques, d’engrais et d’amendements. De cette manière, l’objectif no 4 «Atteindre le respect des normes communautaires en ce qui concerne les exigences vétérinaires et phytosanitaires, le bien-être des animaux, la protection de l’environnement, l’hygiène, la sécurité et la sécurité au travail» sera atteint. Um den Betrieb umzustrukturieren und an die Marktbedingungen anzupassen, wird der Landwirt im November 2020 weiterhin bestehende Dauerkulturen anbauen und die Kirschenfläche um 7,813 ha erhöhen, indem er im November 2020 einen neuen Stillegungsgarten errichtet. Mit der Schaffung des Kirschgartens wird er die Anforderungen von Ziel 1 „Erhöhung der wirtschaftlichen Größe des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs, gemessen in OSPs (mindestens 2 000 EUR OSP)“ und Ziel 6 „Neue Dauerkulturen, Beeren und Weinberge einschließlich Wein – mindestens 2 Decares“ und Ziel 6 „Erstellte neue Dauerkulturen, Beeren und Weinberge einschließlich Wein – mindestens 2 Decares“ erfüllen. Um die Kosten externer mechanisierter Dienstleistungen zu senken und Flächen in gutem landwirtschaftlichen Zustand durch Mindestbehandlungen zu erhalten, plant der Landwirt, im Juli-August 2020 eine Scheibenegge zu erwerben. Der Kauf eines Scheibenmarks ist die Tätigkeit, mit der die Umsetzung des Geschäftsplans spätestens neun Monate nach Abschluss des Vertrags über die Bereitstellung von Finanzhilfen beginnt. Damit der Betrieb dem Pflanzenschutzgesetz entspricht, wird der Landwirt weiterhin eine strikte Aufzeichnung über die Anwendung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln, Düngemitteln und Bodenverbesserungsmitteln führen. Ziel 4 „Die Einhaltung der Gemeinschaftsnormen in Bezug auf veterinär- und pflanzenschutzrechtliche Anforderungen, Tierschutz, Umweltschutz, Hygiene, Sicherheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz“ wird auf diese Weise erfüllt. Om het bedrijf te herstructureren en aan te passen aan de marktomstandigheden, zal de landbouwer de bestaande meerjarige teelten blijven verbouwen en de oppervlakte kersen met 7,813 ha vergroten door in november 2020 een nieuwe braakgelegde tuin te creëren. Met de oprichting van de kersentuin zal het voldoen aan de vereisten van doelstelling 1 „Verhoging van de economische omvang van het landbouwbedrijf gemeten in OSP’s (minimaal 2 000 EUR OSP)” en doelstelling 6 „Gebouwde nieuwe meerjarige teelten, bessen en wijngaarden, met inbegrip van wijn — ten minste 2 decares”. De nieuw aangelegde tuin zal worden geteeld met behulp van de conventionele landbouwmethode. Om de kosten van externe gemechaniseerde diensten te verlagen en gebieden in goede landbouwconditie te houden door middel van minimale behandelingen, is de landbouwer van plan in juli-augustus 2020 een schijfeg te kopen. De aankoop van een schijfegg is de activiteit waarmee de uitvoering van het businessplan uiterlijk negen maanden na de datum van sluiting van het contract voor het verlenen van financiële bijstand van start gaat. Om ervoor te zorgen dat het bedrijf de gewasbeschermingswet naleeft, zal de landbouwer een strikt register bijhouden van de toepassing van gewasbeschermingsmiddelen, meststoffen en bodemverbeteraars. Op die manier zal worden voldaan aan doelstelling 4 „De naleving van de communautaire normen op veterinair en fytosanitair gebied, dierenwelzijn, milieubescherming, hygiëne, veiligheid en veiligheid op het werk”. Per ristrutturare l'azienda e adattarla alle condizioni di mercato, l'agricoltore continuerà a coltivare le colture permanenti esistenti e ad aumentare la superficie delle ciliegie di 7,813 ettari creando un nuovo giardino di messa a riposo nel novembre 2020. Con la creazione del ciliegio risponderà ai requisiti dell'Obiettivo 1 "Aumentare la dimensione economica dell'azienda agricola misurata in OSP (minimo 2000 OSP)" e dell'Obiettivo 6 "Nuove coltivazioni permanenti, acini e vigneti, compreso il vino — almeno 2 decares". L'orto di nuova creazione sarà coltivato con il metodo di coltivazione convenzionale. Per ridurre il costo dei servizi meccanizzati esterni e mantenere le superfici in buone condizioni agronomiche attraverso trattamenti minimi, l'agricoltore prevede di acquistare un erpico a disco nel luglio-agosto 2020. L'acquisto di un erpico a disco sarà l'attività con la quale l'attuazione del piano aziendale inizierà al più tardi entro nove mesi dalla data di conclusione del contratto per la fornitura di assistenza finanziaria. Affinché l'azienda sia conforme alla legge sulla protezione delle piante, l'agricoltore continuerà a tenere un registro rigoroso dell'applicazione di prodotti fitosanitari, fertilizzanti e ammendanti. In tal modo sarà rispettato l'obiettivo 4 "Raggiungere il rispetto delle norme comunitarie per quanto riguarda i requisiti veterinari e fitosanitari, il benessere degli animali, la protezione dell'ambiente, l'igiene, la sicurezza e la sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro". Para reestructurar la explotación y adaptarla a las condiciones del mercado, el agricultor seguirá cultivando cultivos permanentes existentes e incrementando la superficie de cerezas en 7.813 hectáreas mediante la creación de un nuevo jardín de retirada de tierras en noviembre de 2020. Con la creación del cerezo cumplirá los requisitos del objetivo n.º 1 «Aumentar el tamaño económico de la explotación agrícola medida en OSP (mínimo de 2 000 EUR OSP)» y del objetivo n.º 6 «Creado nuevos cultivos permanentes, bayas y viñedos, incluido el vino — al menos 2 decares». Para reducir el coste de los servicios mecanizados externos y mantener las zonas en buenas condiciones agrícolas a través de tratamientos mínimos, el agricultor planea comprar una grada de disco en julio-agosto de 2020. La compra de una grada de disco será la actividad con la que la ejecución del plan de negocio comenzará a más tardar en un plazo de nueve meses a partir de la fecha de celebración del contrato para la prestación de asistencia financiera. Para que la explotación cumpla con la Ley de Protección Fitosanitaria, el agricultor seguirá manteniendo un registro estricto de la aplicación de productos fitosanitarios, fertilizantes y enmiendas del suelo.
