Стопанството на Стоян Жечев е растениевъдно, свързано с отглеждането на овощни насаждения – праскови. Разположено е в землището на с. Селиминово, общ. Сливен, обл. Сливен. Овощните насаждения са разположени на 5 парцела стопанисвани по силата на договори за наем. Всички площи са поливни, но към момента има изградена система за капково напояване само на част от от тях. Създадени са през периода 2000 - 2005 г., застъпени са сортове както за прясна консумация, така и за преработка: „Сентри”, „Ред хейвън” и „Глоу хейвън”, „Блек стар”, „Хале”, „Реджина” и „Фантазия”. Схемата на засаждане е 4,5 Х 3,00 – или отглежданите дръвчета в декар са 74 бр. Бенефициента започва началото на своята земеделска дейност на 10.08.2017 г., когато сключва договор за отглеждането на овощните градини с праскови, по-късно на 12.03.2018 г. се регистрира като земеделски стопанинин по реда на Наредба № 3 от 1999 г. Сключил е договор със сертифицираща организация за преминаване към биологично отглеждане на овощните насаждения. Планира увеличаване на размера на стопанисваните насаждения и включването на нови овощни видове, чрез създаване на нови насаждения от череши – 10,000 дк, които да отглежда също по биологичен начин. Към момента той не разполага с необходимата земеделска техника и ползва външни механизирани услуги, затова другата цел на кандидата е подобряване механизацията на стопанството, като намеренията му са да инвестира част от средствата в закупуването на трактор за извършване на основната част от агротехническите мероприятия при овощните насаждения, който да отговаря на нуждите на стопанството му. Наред с подобряване на материалното състояние на стопанството ще извърши необходимото за придобиване на умения и компетентности чрез преминаване на обучение по основните проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор, а създаването на допълнителна заетост чрез разкриване на ново работно място с производствена насоченост в стопанството ще има и социален ефект. They were created in the period 2000-2005, varieties were used for both fresh consumption and processing: Sentry, Red Haven and Glove Haven, Black Star, Halle, Regina, and Fantasia. The planting scheme is 4.5 x 3.00 — or 74 trees are grown in decare. The beneficiary started its agricultural activity on 10 August 2017, when it concluded a contract for the cultivation of the orchards with peaches, later on 12 March 2018 it was registered as a farmer in accordance with Regulation No 3 of 1999. He concluded a contract with a certifying organisation for the conversion to organic cultivation of the orchards. Plans to increase the size of the plantations managed and to include new orchards by creating new plantations of cherries — 10,000 decares — to grow organically as well. At present, he does not have the necessary agricultural equipment and uses external mechanised services, so the applicant’s other objective is to improve the mechanisation of the farm, and his intention is to invest part of the funds in the purchase of a tractor to carry out the main part of the agricultural works in the orchards to meet the needs of his holding. In addition to improving the farm’s physical condition, it will carry out the necessary skills and competences through training on the main problems of environmental protection in the agricultural sector, and the creation of additional employment through the creation of a new place of production on the farm will also have a social impact.
