Стопанството на бенефициента е растениевъдно, свързано с отглеждането на овощни насаждения /череши и сливи/ и зеленчуци на открито. Разположено е в землището на гр. Кермен, община Сливен, обл. Сливен. Насажденията са разположени на три парцела, двата стопанисвани по силата на договори за наем със срок 10 години, а третият е собственост на кандидата. През настоящата 2017/2018 стопанска година стопанисваните площи са 23,846 дк: черешите са 2,769 дк, сливите са 18,164 декара. Предстоящи за засяване са 1,500 дк с пъпеши. Стопанисва и 1,413 дк, които поддържа под угар. През настоящата година бенефициентът е сключил договор със сертифицираща организация за преминаване към биологично отглеждане на овощните насаждения. Планира увеличаване на размера на обработваемата земя и стопанисваните овощни насаждения, чрез закупуване или наемане на 6,000 дк. земеделска земя и създаване на нея насаждение от сливи, които да отглежда също по биологичен начин. Към момента кандидатът не разполага с необходимата земеделска техника и ползва външни механизирани услуги. Затова намеренията му са да инвестира част от средствата в закупуването на пръскачка прикачна, която да отговаря на нуждите на стопанството за извършване на част от агротехническите мероприятия в насажденията. Наред с подобряване на материалното състояние на стопанството кандидатът ще извърши необходимото за придобиване на умения и компетентности чрез преминаване на обучение по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор по подмярка 1.1 „Професионално обучение и придобиване на умения“. The beneficiary’s holding is plant-related to the cultivation of orchards (cherries and plums) in the open air. It is located in the land of Kermen, Sliven municipality, region. It’s Sliven. The plantations are located on three plots of land, the two operated under ten-year lease agreements, and the third is owned by the applicant. In the current 2017/2018 marketing year, there are 23,846 decare areas: cherries are 2,769 dc, plums are 18,164 acres. There are 1,500 decares with melons for sowing. It also manages 1,413 decares, which maintains set-aside. During the current year, the beneficiary has concluded a contract with a certifying organisation for the conversion to organic cultivation of the fruit plantations. Plans to increase the size of arable land and farmed orchards by purchasing or renting 6,000 hectares of agricultural land and creating a plum plantation for cultivation also organically. Currently, the applicant does not have the necessary agricultural equipment and uses external mechanised services. Its intentions are therefore to invest part of the funds in the purchase of a sprinkler that meets the needs of the farm to carry out part of the agricultural plantations. In addition to improving the farm’s physical condition, the applicant will carry out the necessary skills and competences by undergoing training on key environmental protection issues in the agricultural sector under sub-measure 1.1 ‘Professional training and skills acquisition’. Der Betrieb des Begünstigten ist pflanzenbezogen mit dem Anbau von Obstgärten (Kirschen und Pflaumen) im Freien. Es liegt im Land Kermen, Sliven Gemeinde, Region. Es ist Sliven. Die Plantagen befinden sich auf drei Grundstücken, die beide im Rahmen von zehnjährigen Pachtverträgen betrieben werden, und die dritte befindet sich im Eigentum der Klägerin. Im laufenden Wirtschaftsjahr 2017/18 gibt es 23,846 Decare-Bereiche: Kirschen sind 2.769 dc, Pflaumen sind 18.164 Acres. Es gibt 1.500 Decares mit Melonen zur Aussaat. Es verwaltet auch 1.413 Decares, die stillgelegt werden. Im laufenden Jahr hat der Begünstigte mit einer Zertifizierungsstelle einen Vertrag über die Umstellung der Obstplantagen auf den ökologischen/biologischen Anbau geschlossen. Pläne, die Größe von Ackerland und bewirtschafteten Obstgärten durch den Kauf oder die Anmietung von 6.000 Hektar landwirtschaftlichen Flächen und die Schaffung einer Pflaumenplantage für den Anbau auch ökologisch zu erhöhen. Derzeit verfügt der Antragsteller nicht über die erforderlichen landwirtschaftlichen Ausrüstungen und nutzt externe mechanisierte Dienstleistungen. Seine Absicht besteht daher darin, einen Teil der Mittel in den Kauf eines Sprinklers zu investieren, der den Bedürfnissen des Betriebes entspricht, einen Teil der landwirtschaftlichen Plantagen durchzuführen. Neben der Verbesserung des körperlichen Zustands des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebes wird der Antragsteller die erforderlichen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen ausüben, indem er sich im Rahmen der Teilmaßnahme 1.1 „Berufsbildung und Qualifikationserwerb“ zu wichtigen Umweltschutzfragen im Agrarsektor ausbildet. Zij beheert ook 1.413 decares, die braaklegging in stand houdt. In het lopende jaar heeft de begunstigde een contract gesloten met een certificeringsorganisatie voor de omschakeling naar biologische teelt van de fruitaanplantingen. Plannen om de omvang van bouwland en gekweekte boomgaarden te vergroten door 6.000 hectare landbouwgrond aan te kopen of te huren en een pruimenplantage voor de teelt ook biologisch aan te leggen. Momenteel beschikt de aanvrager niet over de nodige landbouwuitrusting en maakt zij gebruik van externe gemechaniseerde diensten. Het is daarom de bedoeling een deel van de middelen te investeren in de aankoop van een sprinkler die voldoet aan de behoeften van het bedrijf om een deel van de landbouwaanplantingen uit te voeren. De aanvrager zal niet alleen de fysieke toestand van het bedrijf verbeteren, maar ook de nodige vaardigheden en competenties uitvoeren door een opleiding te volgen over belangrijke milieubeschermingskwesties in de landbouwsector in het kader van submaatregel 1.1 „Professionele opleiding en verwerving van vaardigheden”. L'azienda del beneficiario è legata alla coltivazione di frutteti (ciliegie e prugne) all'aperto. Si trova nella terra di Kermen, comune di Sliven, regione. Sono Sliven. Le piantagioni sono situate su tre appezzamenti di terreno, i due gestiti in base a contratti di locazione decennali, e il terzo è di proprietà della ricorrente. Nell'attuale campagna 2017/2018, ci sono 23.846 aree decare: le ciliegie sono 2.769 mc, le prugne sono 18.164 acri. Ci sono 1.500 decares con meloni per la semina. Gestisce inoltre 1.413 decares, che mantiene la messa a riposo. Nel corso dell'anno in corso, il beneficiario ha concluso un contratto con un'organizzazione di certificazione per la conversione alla coltivazione biologica delle piantagioni da frutto. Prevede di aumentare le dimensioni dei seminativi e dei frutteti coltivati acquistando o affittando 6.000 ettari di terreno agricolo e creando una piantagione di prugne per la coltivazione anche biologicamente.
