Проектното предложение „Повишаване на конкурентоспособността на предприятие за млекопреработване „Сердика – 94“ ООД в с. Горна Малина“ представлява инвестиционното намерение на кандидата „Сердика – 94“ ООД да разшири и модернизира дейността си чрез въвеждане на нови и енергоспестяващи технологии и иновации в преработвателното си предприятие. Дружеството ще извърши всички дейности в свой собствен новозакупен имот, а именно: Урегулиран поземлен имот с площ 7 900 квадратни метра, находящ се в село Горна Малина, Община Горна Малина, УПИ X „За промишлена и складова дейност“. Проектното предложение предвижда да бъдат изпълни следните основни дейности: 1.Реконструкция на съществуващ цех за производство и съхранение на млечни продукти, съгласно инвестиционен проект за подобект 1: „ПРЕУСТРОЙСТВО НА КОРПУС А". В корпус А ще бъде извършено частично преустройство на помещенията с цел увеличаване на площта на приемно-пастьоризационния участък и изграждане на нов цех за производство на прясно мляко. В цехът за пастьоризация се предвижда доставка и монтаж на ново технологично оборудване за производство на кисело и прясно мляко. 2.СМР за изграждане на нов цех за производство и съхранение на млечни продукти, съгласно инвестиционен проект за подобект 2: „ИЗГРАЖДАНЕ НА КОРПУС Б". В него се предвижда изграждането на цех за бяло саламурено сирене, цех за производство на кашкавал, хладилни камери за зреене, хладилни камери за съхранение на готовата продукция. 3.Изграждане, доставка и монтаж на технологично оборудване на иновативно пречиствателно съоръжение за отпадните води, съгласно инвестиционен проект за подобект 3: „ПРЕЧИСТВАТЕЛНО СЪОРЪЖЕНИЕ".4.Доставка и монтаж на ново технологично оборудване, включително и иновативно, съгласно инвестиционен проект част: „МАШИННО ТЕХНОЛОГИЧНА“.За целия терен се предвижда извършване на строителни работи за вертикална планировка. The project proposal “Increasing the competitiveness of a dairy processing plant”Serdika — 94“OOD in the village of Gorna Malina” represents the investment intention of the candidate Serdika-94 OOD to expand and modernise its activities by introducing new and energy-saving technologies and innovations in its processing plant. The company will carry out all activities in its own newly purchased property, namely: Regulated plot of land with an area of 7 900 square meters, located in the village of Gorna Malina, Municipality of Gorna Malina, UPI X “For industrial and storage activities”. The project proposal envisages the implementation of the following main activities: 1.Reconstruction of an existing workshop for the production and storage of dairy products, according to investment project for sub-site 1: RECONSTRUCTING HULL A. In Corps A, a partial reconstruction of the premises will be carried out in order to increase the area of the reception and pasteurisation area and to build a new facility for the production of fresh milk. The pasteurisation workshop provides for the delivery and installation of new technological equipment for the production of yoghurt and fresh milk. 2. Construction works for the construction of a new workshop for the production and storage of dairy products, according to investment project for sub-site 2: “CONSTRUCTION OF HULL B”. It provides for the construction of a workshop for white brine cheese, a workshop for the production of yellow cheese, refrigeration chambers for ripening, refrigeration chambers for the storage of finished products. 3.Construction, supply and installation of technological equipment of innovative waste water treatment facility, according to investment project for sub-site 3: “Purification COOPERATION”.4.Supply and installation of new technological equipment, including innovative, according to investment project part: “Machine TECHNOLOGICAL”. La proposition de projet «Accroître la compétitivité d’une usine de transformation laitière»Serdika — 94«OOD dans le village de Gorna Malina» représente l’intention d’investissement du candidat Serdika-94 OOD pour développer et moderniser ses activités en introduisant de nouvelles technologies et des innovations économes en énergie dans son usine de transformation. La société exercera toutes les activités dans ses propres biens nouvellement achetés, à savoir: Terrain réglementé d’une superficie de 7 900 mètres carrés, situé dans le village de Gorna Malina, municipalité de Gorna Malina, UPI X «Pour les activités industrielles et de stockage». La proposition de projet prévoit la mise en œuvre des principales activités suivantes: 1.Reconstruction d’un atelier existant pour la production et le stockage des produits laitiers, selon le projet d’investissement pour le sous-site 1: RECONSTRUCTION DE LA COQUE A. Dans le Corps A, une reconstruction partielle des locaux sera réalisée afin d’augmenter la superficie de l’aire d’accueil et de pasteurisation et de construire une nouvelle installation de production de lait frais. L’atelier de pasteurisation prévoit la livraison et l’installation de nouveaux équipements technologiques pour la production de yaourt et de lait frais. 2. Travaux de construction pour la construction d’un nouvel atelier pour la production et le stockage de produits laitiers, selon le projet d’investissement pour le sous-site 2: «CONSTRUCTION DE LA COQUE B». Il prévoit la construction d’un atelier pour le fromage à saumure blanche, un atelier de production de fromage jaune, des chambres frigorifiques pour l’affinage, des chambres frigorifiques pour le stockage des produits finis. 3.Construction, fourniture et installation d’équipements technologiques d’installation innovante de traitement des eaux usées, selon le projet d’investissement pour le sous-site 3: «COOPERATION DE L’Apurement».4.Approvisionnement et installation de nouveaux équipements technologiques, y compris innovants, selon la partie projet d’investissement: «Machine TECHNOLOGIQUE». Der Projektvorschlag „Erhöhung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit einer Milchverarbeitungsanlage“Serdika – 94„OOD im Dorf Gorna Malina“ stellt die Investitionsabsicht der Kandidatin Serdika-94 OOD dar, ihre Aktivitäten durch Einführung neuer und energiesparender Technologien und Innovationen in der Verarbeitungsanlage zu erweitern und zu modernisieren. Das Unternehmen wird alle Tätigkeiten in seinem eigenen neu erworbenen Grundstück ausüben, nämlich: Reguliertes Grundstück mit einer Fläche von 7 900 Quadratmetern, befindet sich im Dorf Gorna Malina, Gemeinde Gorna Malina, UPI X „Für Industrie- und Lagertätigkeiten“. Der Projektvorschlag sieht die Durchführung folgender Haupttätigkeiten vor: 1.Rekonstruktion einer bestehenden Werkstatt für die Herstellung und Lagerung von Milchprodukten, entsprechend Investitionsprojekt für Unterstandort 1: REKONSTRUKTION DES RUMPFES A. Im Korps A wird eine teilweise Sanierung der Räumlichkeiten durchgeführt, um den Bereich des Empfangs- und Pasteurisierungsgebiets zu vergrößern und eine neue Anlage für die Erzeugung von Frischmilch zu errichten. Die Pasteurisierungswerkstatt sieht die Lieferung und Installation neuer technologischer Geräte zur Herstellung von Joghurt und Frischmilch vor. 2. Bauarbeiten für den Bau einer neuen Werkstatt für die Herstellung und Lagerung von Milchprodukten, entsprechend Investitionsprojekt für Unterstandort 2: BAU DES RUMPFES B. Es sieht den Bau einer Werkstatt für Weißlakenkäse, eine Werkstatt für die Herstellung von gelbem Käse, Kühlkammern für die Reifung, Kühlkammern für die Lagerung von Fertigprodukten. 3.Bau, Lieferung und Installation von technologischen Ausrüstungen der innovativen Abwasserbehandlungsanlage, entsprechend Investitionsprojekt für Unterstandort 3: „Reinigung COOPERATION“.4.Lieferung und Installation neuer technologischer Ausrüstung, einschließlich innovativer, gemäß Investitionsprojektteil: „Maschinentechnik“. Het projectvoorstel „Verhoging van het concurrentievermogen van een melkverwerkingsinstallatie”Serdika — 94„OOD in het dorp Gorna Malina” vertegenwoordigt de investeringsdoelstelling van de kandidaat Serdika-94 OOD om haar activiteiten uit te breiden en te moderniseren door de invoering van nieuwe en energiebesparende technologieën en innovaties in haar verwerkingsbedrijf. De onderneming zal alle activiteiten uitvoeren in haar eigen nieuw aangekochte onroerend goed, namelijk: Gereglementeerd perceel met een oppervlakte van 7 900 vierkante meter, gelegen in het dorp Gorna Malina, gemeente Gorna Malina, UPI X „Voor industriële en opslagactiviteiten”. Het projectvoorstel voorziet in de uitvoering van de volgende hoofdactiviteiten: 1.Reconstructie van een bestaande werkplaats voor de productie en opslag van zuivelproducten, volgens investeringsproject voor sub-site 1: RECONSTRUCTIE VAN ROMP A. In korps A zal een gedeeltelijke reconstructie van het pand worden uitgevoerd om de oppervlakte van het ontvangst- en pasteurisatiegebied te vergroten en een nieuwe faciliteit voor de productie van verse melk te bouwen. De pasteurisatieworkshop voorziet in de levering en installatie van nieuwe technologische apparatuur voor de productie van yoghurt en verse melk. 2. Het voorziet in de bouw van een werkplaats voor witte pekelkaas, een werkplaats voor de productie van gele kaas, koelkamers voor rijping, koelkamers voor de opslag van eindproducten. 3.Bouw, levering en installatie van technologische apparatuur van innovatieve afvalwaterzuiveringsinstallatie, volgens investeringsproject voor sub-site 3: „Zuivering COOPERATION”.4.Levering en installatie van nieuwe technologische apparatuur, met inbegrip van innovatief, volgens deel investeringsprojecten: „Machine TECHNOLOGICAL”. La proposta di progetto "Aumentare la competitività di un impianto di trasformazione lattiero-casearia"Serdika — 94"OOD nel villaggio di Gorna Malina" rappresenta l'intenzione di investimento della candidata Serdika-94 OOD di espandere e modernizzare le proprie attività introducendo nuove tecnologie e innovazioni a risparmio energetico nel suo stabilimento di trasformazione. La società svolgerà tutte le attività del suo immobile di recente acquisto, ossia: Appezzamento di terreno regolamentato con una superficie di 7 900 mq, situato nel villaggio di Gorna Malina, Comune di Gorna Malina, UPI X "Per attività industriali e di stoccaggio". La proposta di progetto prevede l'attuazione delle seguenti attività principali: 1. Ricostruzione di un'officina esistente per la produzione e lo stoccaggio di prodotti lattiero-caseari, secondo il progetto di investimento per il sottosito 1: RICOSTRUZIONE DELLO SCAFO A. Nel Corpo A verrà effettuata una parziale ricostruzione dei locali al fine di ampliare l'area di accoglienza e pastorizzazione e costruire un nuovo impianto per la produzione di latte fresco. L'officina di pastorizzazione prevede la consegna e l'installazione di nuove attrezzature tecnologiche per la produzione di yogurt e latte fresco. 2. Lavori di costruzione per la costruzione di una nuova officina per la produzione e lo stoccaggio di prodotti lattiero-caseari, secondo il progetto di investimento per il sottosito 2: "COSTRUZIONE DELLO SCAFO B". Esso prevede la costruzione di un'officina per il formaggio bianco salamoia, un'officina per la produzione di formaggio giallo, camere di refrigerazione per la maturazione, camere di refrigerazione per lo stoccaggio di prodotti finiti. 3.Costruzione, fornitura e installazione di attrezzature tecnologiche di impianto innovativo di trattamento delle acque reflue, secondo il progetto di investimento per il sottosito 3: "Cooperazione di purificazione".4.Fornitura e installazione di nuove attrezzature tecnologiche, anche innovative, secondo la parte del progetto di investimento: "Macchine TECHNOLOGICAL". La propuesta de proyecto «Incremento de la competitividad de una planta de transformación lechera»Serdika — 94«OOD en el pueblo de Gorna Malina» representa la intención de inversión de la candidata Serdika-94 OOD para ampliar y modernizar sus actividades mediante la introducción de nuevas tecnologías e innovaciones de ahorro de energía en su planta de procesamiento. La empresa llevará a cabo todas las actividades en su propio inmueble recién adquirido, a saber: Parcela regulada con una superficie de 7.900 metros cuadrados, situada en el pueblo de Gorna Malina, municipio de Gorna Malina, UPI X «Para actividades industriales y de almacenamiento». La propuesta de proyecto prevé la realización de las siguientes actividades principales: 1.Reconstrucción de un taller existente para la producción y almacenamiento de productos lácteos, de acuerdo con el proyecto de inversión para el subsitio 1: RECONSTRUCCIÓN DEL CASCO A. En el Cuerpo A, se llevará a cabo una reconstrucción parcial de los locales con el fin de aumentar la superficie de la zona de recepción y pasteurización y construir una nueva instalación para la producción de leche fresca. El taller de pasteurización prevé la entrega e instalación de nuevos equipos tecnológicos para la producción de yogur y leche fresca. 2. Prevé la construcción de un taller para el queso blanco de salmuera, un taller para la producción de queso amarillo, cámaras de refrigeración para la maduración, cámaras de refrigeración para el almacenamiento de productos acabados. 3.Construcción, suministro e instalación de equipos tecnológicos de instalaciones innovadoras de tratamiento de aguas residuales, de acuerdo con el proyecto de inversión para el subsitio 3: «COOPERACIÓN DE DEpurificación».4.Aprovisionamiento e instalación de nuevos equipos tecnológicos, incluyendo innovadores, según parte del proyecto de inversión: «Machine TECHNOLOGICAL».
