Проектът предвижда изграждането на предприятие за преработка на риба (пъстърва) на терен, собственост на „ Рибената ферма“ АД, намиращ се мест. „Луковица”, земл. на гр. Самоков. Технологичният проект и прилежащите му проектни части са изготвени съгласно изискванията на приложимото европейското и национално законодателство и при спазването на индикативната рамка на СУК и система за анализ и управление на критичните точки (НАССР). Изпълнението на проектът предвижда поетапното му изграждане, както отделните етапи са обособени по начин, позволяващ оперативна самостоятелност и експлоатационна независимост на първия и последващите етапи. Технологичният проект вкл. изграждането на три производствени линии: I -ва за преработка на фракции от 280-320 и 390-580 гр. като охладен продукт, II-ра за преработка на фракция 320-390гр. като филетиран продукт и III-та обработка на фракция 0,9 до 2,5 кг. I - ят етап, предвижда изграждане на производствена сграда и пускането в експлоатация на първа производствена линия, за производство на охладена риба в диапазона 280–580гр.,обслужвана от 12 нови работни места и вкл. процесите по: приемане на суровина,преработка ѝ чрез технология базирана на затворен вакуумен цикъл за събиране на СЖП и автоматичното им отвеждане в контейнер за съхранение, опаковка на готова продукция в бокс-кутии с лед и експедиция към краен потребител.Проектът планира въвеждане на ISO14001:2015 за опазване на околната среда и изграждане на локални съоръжения за 100 % -во събиране на производствените отпадъци, повишавайки значително екологичния фактор на целия производствен процес. Разработката е на база на иновативни технологични решения,с възможност за разширяване на асортимента и гарантиране на устойчивост на инвестицията чрез гъвкава производствена програма. *Вторият етап на Инвестиционния Проект включва закупуването на машини и оборудване за Втора и Трета поточни линии, което е планирано след първата година от пускането на предприятието в експлоатация. The project envisages the construction of a fish processing plant on a land owned by “Ribenata Farm” AD, located in a local area. Lukovitsa, land in the town of Samokov. The technological design and its adjacent design parts have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the applicable European and national legislation and in compliance with the indicative framework of the MCS and Critical Point Analysis and Management System (HACCP). The implementation of the project provides for its gradual construction, as the different stages are defined in a way that allows for discretion and operational independence in the first and subsequent phases. The technological project including the construction of three production lines: I for processing fractions of 280-320 and 390-580 g as chilled product, II for processing fraction 320-390 g as filleted product and third treatment of the 0.9 to 2.5 kg fraction. Stage I foresees the construction of a production building and the commissioning of the first production line for the production of chilled fish in the range of 280-580 g, served by 12 new jobs and including the processes of: reception of raw material, its processing using a closed vacuum cycle for collecting ABP and their automatic disposal in a storage container, packaging of finished products in box boxes with ice and dispatch to the end user. The project plans to introduce ISO14001:2015 for environmental protection and construction of local facilities for 100 % — collection of production waste, significantly increasing the environmental factor of the entire production process. The development is based on innovative technological solutions, with the possibility to expand the assortment and guarantee the sustainability of the investment through a flexible production program. *The second stage of the Investment Project includes the purchase of machines and equipment for the Second and Third Production Lines, which is planned after the first year of the enterprise’s commissioning. Le projet prévoit la construction d’une usine de transformation du poisson sur un terrain appartenant à «Ribenata Farm» AD, situé dans une zone locale. Lukovitsa, terre dans la ville de Samokov. La conception technologique et ses pièces de conception adjacentes ont été préparées conformément aux exigences de la législation européenne et nationale applicable et conformément au cadre indicatif du système MCS et d’analyse et de gestion des points critiques (HACCP). La mise en œuvre du projet prévoit sa construction progressive, étant donné que les différentes étapes sont définies de manière à permettre la discrétion et l’indépendance opérationnelle dans les phases initiales et ultérieures. Le projet technologique comprenant la construction de trois lignes de production: I pour la transformation de fractions de 280-320 et 390-580 g sous forme de produit réfrigéré, II pour la transformation de la fraction 320-390 g en filet et le troisième traitement de la fraction 0,9 à 2,5 kg. L’étape I prévoit la construction d’un bâtiment de production et la mise en service de la première ligne de production pour la production de poissons réfrigérés de l’ordre de 280-580 g, desservis par 12 nouveaux emplois et comprenant les procédés suivants: la réception de la matière première, son traitement à l’aide d’un cycle de vide fermé pour la collecte des SPA et leur élimination automatique dans un conteneur de stockage, l’emballage des produits finis dans des boîtes de glace et l’expédition à l’utilisateur final. Le projet prévoit d’introduire ISO14001:2015 pour la protection de l’environnement et la construction d’installations locales pour la collecte à 100 % des déchets de production, augmentant de manière significative le facteur environnemental de l’ensemble du processus de production. Le développement est basé sur des solutions technologiques innovantes, avec la possibilité d’élargir l’assortiment et de garantir la durabilité de l’investissement grâce à un programme de production flexible. *La deuxième étape du projet d’investissement comprend l’achat de machines et d’équipements pour les deuxième et troisième lignes de production, qui est prévue après la première année de mise en service de l’entreprise. Das Projekt sieht den Bau einer Fischverarbeitungsanlage auf einem Grundstück im Besitz der AD „Ribenata Farm“ vor, die sich in einem lokalen Gebiet befindet. Lukovitsa, Land in der Stadt Samokov. Das technologische Design und seine benachbarten Konstruktionsteile wurden gemäß den Anforderungen der geltenden europäischen und nationalen Rechtsvorschriften und im Einklang mit dem indikativen Rahmen des MCS und des kritischen Punktanalyse- und Managementsystems (HACCP) ausgearbeitet. Die Durchführung des Projekts sieht seinen schrittweisen Aufbau vor, da die verschiedenen Phasen so definiert sind, dass in der ersten und nachfolgenden Phase Diskretion und operative Unabhängigkeit möglich sind. Das technologische Projekt einschließlich des Baus von drei Produktionslinien: I für die Verarbeitung von Fraktionen 280-320 und 390-580 g als gekühltes Erzeugnis, II zur Verarbeitung der Fraktion 320-390 g als Filetprodukt und dritte Behandlung der 0,9 bis 2,5 kg Fraktion. Phase I sieht den Bau eines Produktionsgebäudes und die Inbetriebnahme der ersten Produktionslinie für die Herstellung von gekühltem Fisch im Bereich von 280-580 g vor, die durch 12 neue Arbeitsplätze und die Prozesse von: Aufnahme von Rohstoffen, seine Verarbeitung mittels eines geschlossenen Vakuumkreislaufs für die Abholung von ABP und ihre automatische Entsorgung in einem Lagerbehälter, Verpackung von Fertigprodukten in Boxboxen mit Eis und Versand an den Endverbraucher. Das Projekt plant die Einführung ISO14001:2015 für den Umweltschutz und den Bau lokaler Anlagen für 100 % – Sammlung von Produktionsabfällen, wodurch der Umweltfaktor des gesamten Produktionsprozesses deutlich erhöht wird. Die Entwicklung basiert auf innovativen technologischen Lösungen mit der Möglichkeit, das Sortiment zu erweitern und die Nachhaltigkeit der Investition durch ein flexibles Produktionsprogramm zu garantieren. *Die zweite Phase des Investitionsvorhabens umfasst den Kauf von Maschinen und Geräten für die zweite und dritte Produktionslinie, die nach dem ersten Jahr der Inbetriebnahme des Unternehmens geplant ist. Het project is van plan om ISO14001:2015 in te voeren voor milieubescherming en de bouw van lokale faciliteiten voor 100 % — inzameling van productieafval, waardoor de milieufactor van het gehele productieproces aanzienlijk wordt verhoogd. De ontwikkeling is gebaseerd op innovatieve technologische oplossingen, met de mogelijkheid om het assortiment uit te breiden en de duurzaamheid van de investering te garanderen door middel van een flexibel productieprogramma. *De tweede fase van het investeringsproject omvat de aankoop van machines en apparatuur voor de tweede en derde productielijn, die gepland is na het eerste jaar van de inbedrijfstelling van de onderneming. Il progetto prevede la costruzione di un impianto di lavorazione del pesce su un terreno di proprietà di "Ribenata Farm" AD, situato in una zona locale. Lukovitsa, terra nella città di Samokov. La progettazione tecnologica e le sue parti progettuali adiacenti sono state preparate conformemente ai requisiti della legislazione europea e nazionale applicabile e nel rispetto del quadro indicativo del sistema di analisi e gestione dei punti critici (HACCP). L'attuazione del progetto prevede la sua graduale costruzione, in quanto le diverse fasi sono definite in modo da consentire la discrezione e l'indipendenza operativa nella prima e nelle fasi successive. Il progetto tecnologico che prevede la costruzione di tre linee di produzione: I per la trasformazione di frazioni di 280-320 e 390-580 g come prodotto refrigerato, II per la trasformazione della frazione 320-390 g come prodotto filettato e terzo trattamento della frazione da 0,9 a 2,5 kg. La fase I prevede la costruzione di un edificio produttivo e la messa in servizio della prima linea di produzione per la produzione di pesce refrigerato nella gamma di 280-580 g, servita da 12 nuovi posti di lavoro e comprendente i processi di: la ricezione della materia prima, la sua lavorazione a vuoto chiuso per la raccolta dei SOA e il loro smaltimento automatico in un contenitore di stoccaggio, l'imballaggio dei prodotti finiti in scatole con ghiaccio e la spedizione all'utilizzatore finale. Il progetto prevede di introdurre ISO14001:2015 per la tutela dell'ambiente e la costruzione di impianti locali per il 100 % — raccolta dei rifiuti di produzione, aumentando significativamente il fattore ambientale dell'intero processo produttivo. Lo sviluppo si basa su soluzioni tecnologiche innovative, con la possibilità di ampliare l'assortimento e garantire la sostenibilità dell'investimento attraverso un programma di produzione flessibile. *La seconda fase del progetto di investimento comprende l'acquisto di macchine e attrezzature per la seconda e la terza linea di produzione, che è prevista dopo il primo anno di messa in servizio dell'impresa. El proyecto prevé introducir ISO14001:2015 para la protección del medio ambiente y la construcción de instalaciones locales para el 100 % — recogida de residuos de producción, aumentando significativamente el factor medioambiental de todo el proceso de producción. El desarrollo se basa en soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras, con la posibilidad de ampliar el surtido y garantizar la sostenibilidad de la inversión a través de un programa de producción flexible. *La segunda etapa del Proyecto de Inversión incluye la compra de máquinas y equipos para la Segunda y Tercera Líneas de Producción, que se planea después del primer año de puesta en marcha de la empresa.
