Фирма "Пчелица-36" ЕООД е регистрирана като земеделски производител на 31.10.2017г. съгласно Наредба № 3 от 29.01.1999 г. за създаване и поддържане на регистър на земеделските производители и настъпилите изменения и допълнения към нея, обн. в ДВ, бр. 2 от 08.01.2008 г. Дружеството е ориентирано към сектор "Животновъдство", като развива за първи път земеделска дейност с регистриране на животновъден обект - пчелин на 23.10.2017 г. Стопанството на фирмата се състои от 175 бр. пчелни семейства, които се отглеждат в пчелин с нов рег. номер № 1403000026 (№ 9419-0042 по ВетИС). Животновъднияt обект е разположен на имот в село Габер, община Крушари, област Добрич, за който земеделския производител има право на ползване съгласно влязъл в сила договор за наем.Целта на проектното предложение на "Пчелица-36" ЕООД е развиване на устойчиво и жизнеспособно земеделско стопанство, затвърждаване на пазарни позиции и повишаване на конкурентоспособността. За постигане на желаната цел се предвиждат инвестиции в увеличаване на капацитета на пчелното стопанство с нови 70 бр. пчелни семейства и отглеждането им по биологичен начин, съгласно изискванията за биологично отглеждане и контрол. Допълнително се планират инвестиции в придобиване на дълготраен материален актив /пчеларско оборудване - центрофуга/, преминаване на курс по опазване на околната среда и създаване на заетост в стопанството.С реализиране на предвидените инвестиции, фирма "Пчелица-36" ЕООД ще има възможност да извършва производствената си дейност по качествен начин и ще разгръща своите възможности и конкурентоспособност с реализиране на биологична и конвенционална продукция. The company was registered as a farmer on 31 October 2017 in accordance with Regulation No 3 of 29 January 1999 on the establishment and maintenance of a register of agricultural producers and the amendments thereto, promulgated in State Gazette No 2 of 8 January 2008. The company is oriented towards the livestock sector, developing for the first time agricultural activity with registration of an apiary holding on 23 October 2017. The company’s holding consists of 175 bee colonies kept in apiary with new registration number 1403000026 (VetIS No 9419-0042). The animal breeding site is located on a property in the village of Gaber, Krushari municipality, Dobrich region, for which the farmer has the right of use under a lease agreement entered into force. The objective of the project proposal of “Pchelita-36” Ltd. is to develop a sustainable and viable agricultural holding, consolidate market positions and increase competitiveness. In order to achieve the desired objective, investments are envisaged in increasing the capacity of the beekeeping holding with a new 70 bee colonies and organic farming, in accordance with the requirements for organic farming and control. Additional investments are planned in the acquisition of long-lasting tangible asset (bee equipment — centrifuge), passing a course on environmental protection and creation of employment on the farm. With the realisation of the planned investments, the company “Pchelita-36” Ltd. will have the opportunity to carry out its production activity in a qualitative way and will unleash its capabilities and competitiveness with the realisation of organic and conventional production. La société a été enregistrée en tant qu’agriculteur le 31 octobre 2017 conformément au règlement no 3 du 29 janvier 1999 concernant l’établissement et la tenue d’un registre des producteurs agricoles et ses modifications, promulguées au Journal officiel no 2 du 8 janvier 2008. La société est orientée vers le secteur de l’élevage, développant pour la première fois l’activité agricole avec enregistrement d’une exploitation rucher le 23 octobre 2017. L’exploitation de la société se compose de 175 colonies d’abeilles détenues dans un rucher avec un nouveau numéro d’immatriculation 1403000026 (VetIS no 9419-0042). Le site d’élevage est situé sur une propriété dans le village de Gaber, municipalité de Krushari, région de Dobrich, pour laquelle l’agriculteur a le droit d’utilisation en vertu d’un contrat de bail entré en vigueur. L’objectif de la proposition de projet de «Pchelita-36» Ltd. est de développer une exploitation agricole durable et viable, de consolider les positions sur le marché et d’accroître la compétitivité. Afin d’atteindre l’objectif recherché, des investissements sont envisagés pour accroître la capacité de l’exploitation apicole avec 70 nouvelles colonies d’abeilles et l’agriculture biologique, conformément aux exigences en matière d’agriculture et de contrôle biologiques. Des investissements supplémentaires sont prévus dans l’acquisition d’actifs corporels de longue durée (équipement d’abeille — centrifugeuse), passant un cours sur la protection de l’environnement et la création d’emplois sur la ferme. Avec la réalisation des investissements prévus, la société «Pchelita-36» Ltd. aura la possibilité de réaliser son activité de production d’une manière qualitative et libérera ses capacités et sa compétitivité avec la réalisation de la production biologique et conventionnelle. Die Gesellschaft wurde am 31. Oktober 2017 gemäß der Verordnung Nr. 3 vom 29. Januar 1999 über die Einrichtung und Führung eines Registers der landwirtschaftlichen Erzeuger und der im Staatsanzeiger Nr. 2 vom 8. Januar 2008 verkündeten Änderungen als Landwirt eingetragen. Das Unternehmen ist auf den Viehsektor ausgerichtet und hat am 23. Oktober 2017 erstmals eine landwirtschaftliche Tätigkeit mit der Eintragung eines Bienenzuchtbetriebs entwickelt. Die Holding der Gesellschaft besteht aus 175 Bienenvölkern, die in Bienenzucht mit der neuen Eintragungsnummer 1403000026 (VetIS-Nr. 9419-0042) gehalten werden. Das Tierzuchtgebiet befindet sich auf einem Grundstück im Dorf Gaber, Gemeinde Krushari, Region Dobrich, für das der Landwirt im Rahmen eines Pachtvertrags das Nutzungsrecht hat. Ziel des Projektvorschlags von „Pchelita-36“ Ltd. ist es, einen nachhaltigen und rentablen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb zu entwickeln, Marktpositionen zu konsolidieren und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu steigern. Um das angestrebte Ziel zu erreichen, sind Investitionen in die Erhöhung der Kapazitäten des Bienenzuchtbetriebs mit neuen 70 Bienenvölkern und ökologischer Landwirtschaft gemäß den Anforderungen an den ökologischen Landbau und die Kontrolle vorgesehen. Mit der Realisierung der geplanten Investitionen wird das Unternehmen „Pchelita-36“ Ltd. die Möglichkeit haben, seine Produktionstätigkeit qualitativ durchzuführen und seine Fähigkeiten und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit mit der Realisierung der organischen und konventionellen Produktion zu entfalten. De vennootschap is op 31 oktober 2017 als landbouwer geregistreerd overeenkomstig verordening nr. 3 van 29 januari 1999 inzake de instelling en het bijhouden van een register van landbouwproducenten en de wijzigingen daarvan, bekendgemaakt in Staatsblad nr. 2 van 8 januari 2008. De vennootschap is gericht op de veehouderij en ontwikkelt voor het eerst landbouwactiviteiten met registratie van een bijenhouderij op 23 oktober 2017. Het bedrijf van de vennootschap bestaat uit 175 bijenkolonies in bijenstal met nieuw registratienummer 1403000026 (VetIS nr. 9419-0042). Het fokgebied van dieren bevindt zich op een terrein in het dorp Gaber, gemeente Krushari, regio Dobrich, waarvoor de landbouwer het gebruiksrecht heeft op grond van een huurovereenkomst. Het doel van het projectvoorstel van „Pchelita-36” Ltd. is het ontwikkelen van een duurzaam en levensvatbaar landbouwbedrijf, het consolideren van marktposities en het vergroten van het concurrentievermogen. Om het beoogde doel te bereiken, worden investeringen overwogen om de capaciteit van het bijenhouderijbedrijf met nieuwe 70 bijenkolonies en biologische landbouw te vergroten, in overeenstemming met de eisen inzake biologische landbouw en controle. Extra investeringen zijn gepland in de aankoop van langdurige materiële activa (bijenapparatuur — centrifuge), het doorlopen van een cursus over milieubescherming en het scheppen van werkgelegenheid op het bedrijf. Met de realisatie van de geplande investeringen zal het bedrijf „Pchelita-36” Ltd. de mogelijkheid hebben om zijn productieactiviteit op een kwalitatieve manier uit te voeren en zal het zijn capaciteiten en concurrentievermogen ontketenen met de realisatie van biologische en conventionele productie. La società è stata registrata come agricoltore il 31 ottobre 2017 ai sensi del regolamento n. 3 del 29 gennaio 1999 relativo all'istituzione e alla tenuta di un registro dei produttori agricoli e alle relative modifiche, promulgato nella Gazzetta statale n. 2 dell'8 gennaio 2008. La società è orientata al settore zootecnico, sviluppando per la prima volta l'attività agricola con registrazione di un'azienda apiaria il 23 ottobre 2017. L'azienda è costituita da 175 colonie di api tenute in apiario con nuovo numero di registrazione 1403000026 (VetIS n. 9419-0042). Il sito di allevamento degli animali si trova su una proprietà nel villaggio di Gaber, comune di Krushari, regione di Dobrich, per la quale l'agricoltore ha il diritto di utilizzare in virtù di un contratto di locazione è entrato in vigore. L'obiettivo della proposta di progetto di "Pchelita-36" Ltd. è quello di sviluppare un'azienda agricola sostenibile e redditizia, consolidare le posizioni di mercato e aumentare la competitività. Al fine di raggiungere l'obiettivo perseguito, sono previsti investimenti per aumentare la capacità dell'azienda apicola con una nuova 70 colonie di api e l'agricoltura biologica, conformemente ai requisiti per l'agricoltura biologica e il controllo. Ulteriori investimenti sono previsti per l'acquisizione di beni materiali di lunga durata (attrezzature api — centrifughe), passando un corso sulla tutela dell'ambiente e la creazione di posti di lavoro in azienda. La empresa fue inscrita como agricultor el 31 de octubre de 2017 de conformidad con el Reglamento n.º 3 de 29 de enero de 1999, relativo a la creación y mantenimiento de un registro de productores agrícolas y sus modificaciones, promulgada en el Boletín Oficial n.º 2 de 8 de enero de 2008, dirigida al sector ganadero, desarrollando por primera vez una actividad agraria con registro de explotación colmena el 23 de octubre de 2017. La explotación de la empresa consta de 175 colonias de abejas mantenidas en apiario con nuevo número de registro 1403000026 (VetIS n.º 9419-0042). El lugar de cría de animales se encuentra en una propiedad del pueblo de Gaber, municipio de Krushari, región de Dobrich, para la que el agricultor tiene derecho de uso en virtud de un contrato de arrendamiento. El objetivo de la propuesta de proyecto de «Pchelita-36» Ltd. es desarrollar una explotación agrícola sostenible y viable, consolidar posiciones de mercado y aumentar la competitividad. Con el fin de alcanzar el objetivo deseado, se prevén inversiones para aumentar la capacidad de la explotación apícola con una nueva 70 colonias de abejas y la agricultura ecológica, de conformidad con los requisitos de la agricultura y el control ecológicos.
