Стопанството на Петя Байчева Тодорова е растениевъдно, свързано с отглеждането на овощни насаждения череши и круши и зеленчуци на открито. Разположено е в землището на с.Тополчане, община Сливен. През настоящата стопанска 2017/2018 г. тя обработва 18,201 дк градини с череши, 0,400 дк. круши и 1,700 декара зеленчуци. При черешите се отглеждат 2 сорта „Ван” и „Бинг”. Насажденията са млади - създадени през 2017 г. Зеленчуците са на открито - 1,700 дк, като предкултура спанак и основна култура домати. Бенефициентката започва началото на своята земеделска дейност на 18.04.2018 г., когато сключва договор за стопанисването на 3 УПИ в с.Тополчане. През настоящата г. е сключила договор със сертифицираща организация за преминаване към биологично отглеждане на овощните насаждения. Планира увеличаване на размера на обработваемата земя и стопанисваните овощни насаждения, които да отглежда също по биологичен начин. За изпълнение целите на бизнес плана, предвижда да закупи 6.000 дка. земеделска земя и на нея да създаде овощно насаждение от череши. Друга цел на кандидатката е подобряване механизацията чрез закупуване на селскостопанска техника, машини, съоръжения и оборудване за нуждите на земеделското стопанство.Намеренията й са да инвестира част от средствата в закупуването на навесна пръскачка за извършване на едни от най-важните агротехнически мероприятия–воденето на борба с вредителите и болестите по насажденията. Наред с подобряване на материалното състояние на стопанството тя ще извърши необходимото за придобиване на професионални умения и компетентности чрез преминаване на обучение от минимум от 150 ч. в областта на селското стопанство, включващ обучение по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор. Проектът си поставя и цели със социална насоченост - разкриване на нови работни места.Предвижданията на кандидатката са да създаде допълнителна заетост чрез разкриване на едно ново работно място с производствена насоченост в стопанството.
